Great place to workout and the atmosphere they’ve created is fantastic. Heavy duty equipment always clean and well maintained. Beautiful scenery while doing any Cardio.The staff is super helpful and most of all the Christian environment is the greatest aspect!

These people here have something special. Really nice workout equipment and even better, great customers who have gym etiquette. The gym is clean as a whistle, and customers keep things wiped down. The cardio equipment is up to date and gives you a great view of sumner County overlooking Westmoreland. Restrooms are clean. They have cubby holes to store your property . There are batting cages on property and a nice bike and skate park. There is not a reason to search anywhere else for gyms, but right here. The day staff people are very professional and nice . The hygiene of the equipment is great. You clean up after yourself using a disinfectant they provide. You can't beat a clean gym. Join up , the price is worth it, and your health will be much better.
