I called Blake about 9 months ago. I was desperate. After several surgeries my mobility had been greatly impacted. I just wasn't moving well.
Because of the UTS training system I am stronger, more flexible, and moving better. I can't wait to go to the gym! I have fun and enjoy the other members. The gym has a great friendly atmosphere. Thank you Blake and Tyler.

UTS has been the single most important thing I’ve ever done for my health, mind and body. I have been coming for two years and I feel stronger, more confident, I have gotten so much movement back and energy, I feel educated, and I look forward to coming every week. I really can’t say enough about the UTS team! Super thankful to have found them!!

Been a member since 2023 and have consistently enjoyed every session with the coaches. UTS completely changed how I view fitness. They also host great events that bring people together through movement and community. The space has a welcoming feel and tons of equipment (even more than what you see in photos).

Working out at UTS for the past year has had a tremendous beneficial impact on my health and well-being. I feel stronger, more physically confident, and have better mobility. The coach designed workouts vary and are adapted to your physical abilities. The coaches are actively there to help and adjust your movements for safety or better effectiveness. In particular, they can adjust your workout if you are recovering from an injury or having temporary physical issues. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. They are also happy to help support other health goals like nutrition and wellness. It is a great place to work on your health goals.

I can't recommend UTS highly enough. Blake and Tyler have created a space that is welcoming, challenging, and fun. I've belonged to gyms across the country, and UTS is far and away the best at making sure their athletes are healthy and supported.

Most gyms give you a list of exercises to do and send you on your way, but Blake and Tyler make sure you understand the fundamentals of movement, the setup to to keep you functionally fit, and are happy to tailor anything based on your specific needs. The coaches are there while you're working out to give you pointers, make modifications, or just chat in between sets. UTS also focuses on the person as a whole: mental health, nutrition, rest, etc. and not just how much weight you can move. I'm super grateful to have found them!!

Having been a member of several other gyms, UTS has been my gym since 2018. The encouraging environment, friendly staff, and the programmed workouts for where you are at on your journey. I have had several setbacks and UTS has helped me work through them all: pinched nerve, recovering from TOS and hip and wrist issues. If there is an exercise that causes pain, they will find alternate options when needed.

When I joined Unlimited Training System (UTS), I was looking for a sustainable workout program and a welcoming community—and I found both! After several months, I transitioned from small group to semi-private training to address lingering knee pain and inflammation from playing tennis (because giving up tennis was not an option!).

The workout programs curated by Blake and Tyler have elevated my tennis game, strength, and endurance. I now play multiple times a week without issues and even feel inspired to properly warm up before tournament matches.

UTS truly is a welcoming community—I’ve met several wonderful friends here. I’ve always enjoyed being active, but now I’m genuinely excited to work out. A solid UTS session makes my day!

The coaches are dynamite. They truly take your individual limitations/former injuries into account and help you build a program around that. I feel like I’ve found a program that is sustainable for life. The coaches are constantly gaining new insight and knowledge through studying new technique and data so their programs are fluid and not stagnant. Most importantly they care! I highly recommend it!

I’ve been coming to this gym on and off for nearly 10 years, and it truly feels like home. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and welcoming to everyone—no matter your fitness level or stage of life. I’ve trained here through pregnancy and postpartum, and the care and encouragement I’ve received have meant so much. Over the years, I’ve built real friendships with the coaches, which says a lot about the kind of people they are. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about the people and the community they’ve built. It’s just a great place to be!

Ok, I admit it, exercising is not my favorite thing but I realize it's important, especially as I age. I’ve been a member of health clubs, gyms, fitness clubs, whatever on and off for years but never stayed with it. This has all changed since I started going to UTS. Exercise still isn’t at the top of my fun list but I feel better, physically and mentally, when I get to the gym a few days a week. What makes UTS so important to me? Many things but to rattle off a few: coaches are fantastic, programs tailored towards my goals, small group sessions where my unique challenges can be addressed (another are the coaches are awesome). There are ways you can spend your money to improve your life; I’m sure you’ll find few as rewarding as being a part of the UTS family.

I am glad to have UTS as part of my weekly routine.

Another member referred me to this gym and I went ahead and signed up without giving it much thought because I desperately needed to try something for my physical and mental health while waiting for my body to heal. I was just over the major recovery hurdles from a severe back injury and was sick of physical therapy, but it was in no way ready to walk back into my favorite CrossFit gym.

In a reassuring, and matter fact way, Coach Blake and Coach Tyler’s programming and coaching immediately resonated with me and I was so thrilled to learn and try new movements I had never experienced in all my years of working out.

In no time at all, I realized what a special place UTS is. It is a place of growth, exploration, support, being around wholesome people, and feeling accomplished when I leave for the day.

Let me add to this: UTS is not only for people struggling with injury or limitations, it’s for any body because the programming is created for you and what you are asking of your body. There are all kinds of athletes getting stronger and faster because of the training programs.

Started training here with Coach Blake and his team to improve strength for my primary endurance focus (triathlon, running, swimming). This was the first time I've done strength training without being too sore for my endurance work. The coaches' attention to detail, creativity and knowledge of human biomechanics is what sets them apart in the gym. UTS also has a great community where every body type, age, race, interest is all welcome - it's fun, refreshing and I'm lifting heavier than ever - all without soreness and struggle. Can not recommend strongly enough!

UTS has truly changed my life. I came in two months after I had back surgery to repair a herniated disc and honestly wasn’t sure if I’d ever get back to moving without pain. From day one, the UTS team made me feel understood and supported. They built a program specifically around my needs and guided me through every step with patience and encouragement.

Over time, I gained back my strength, confidence, and a level of mobility I didn’t think was possible again. In fact, I'm stronger and more mobile than I've ever been and my back is feeling great.

They genuinely care about your progress both physically and mentally. UTS is not just a gym — it’s a place that helps you rebuild yourself. I’m beyond grateful for what they’ve helped me achieve.

I am very happy to have found Coach Blake Denny and Tyler and Heather, his exceptional trainers, at UTS! I was looking for an individualized program that could provide me with targeted ways to improve my fitness level, especially my core and upper body. After just a few weeks, this program has really delivered in terms of the way I feel and move. The varied methods make workouts interesting and challenging, and the atmosphere at the UTS facility is always encouraging and motivating, with great camaraderie among the very diverse group of people working out. I can understand why clients remain committed to UTS and Coach Blake for years as it's a system that is flexible and accommodating for people living busy lives, with options ranging from more personalized, smaller training groups to working out independently. I highly recommend this program!

Today is my 48th birthday and I spent part of it how I have spent three days a week for the better part of two years: sweating and laughing and pushing myself at Unlimited Training Systems. When I first started here, I was tired of feeling tired, of not feeling strong, I was solidly in middle age and freaking out that my best years were behind me. In spite of hating gyms in the past—they are big, crowded, stinky and intimidating—I walked into UTS and never turned back. From minute one I felt supported and knew that this wasn’t like any place I’ve ever tried to work out before. I spent 8 months in the semi-private setting before moving to small group, where I’ve made great friends and learned so much. Today at 48 I can confidently say I have never been stronger and the best part is I know it will actually only get better from here. So much gratitude to Blake, Tyler, Hailey and Heather: you’ve built something amazing and you’re stuck with me for life. ♥️♥️♥️

I am so happy I found UTS. From the first day I met with Blake, I knew that he was going to personalize my workout based on how my body moves and range of movement! I love that Blake and his coaches write out your individual program. Some clients are on the same track but even within that, things are modified and personalized to accomodate for how my body moves. I appreciate the attention to detail. As a female with autoimmune and frozen shoulder, I knew from day one that this was going to be a program that would help me achieve my goals of toning my body without injury and if I did have a flare that these coaches would modify workouts. The trainers encourage me to push myself as I progress throughout the 4 week program. They also teach me how to change different workouts to work different muscle groups . I also came to the gym for social reasons (just moved here) and love the men and women I have met. I can come in and do my workout on my own when I am rushed, or if I am wanting more a small group I can find the women that are on my track and work together. I love the app as I can track my progress and make notes. One other thing I tweaked my back and texted to say I wasn’t coming in for a week and Blake encouraged me to come in and modified all my workouts and showed me breath exercises to help. I feel this gym keeps me accountable and I attend 3-4 times a week! Finally, I went away for a week and the coaches wrote me a program based on the equipment I would have on hand! This really is a family that wants you to be successful! I have been going for 3 months.

I am a TOTAL fangirl.
I've been an athlete (soccer) and gym rat my entire life, but was left with limitations including pain while doing squats and lunges, and poor upper body strength due to wrist pain and shoulder impingement. When I started working outside the home 8 years ago, physical fitness fell to the bottom of the priority list and the tipping point for me was being unable to lift a bag of potting soil. I joined UTS in January of 2024 and in that time have gained strength, range of motion, and ability to perform exercises I never thought I would be able to do. Blake, Tyler, Haley, and now Heather, are wizards at their craft. My post-menopausal body has transformed and I am stronger than I've ever been in my entire life. They will shock & awe you with their knowledge and attention to detail. It is a process, so plan to commit to at least a year, but I promise you will be glad you did.

I’ve been training at UTS for the past 6 months, and it's easily one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. Switching gyms was definitely outside my comfort zone, but from day one, I felt welcomed and supported.

What really sets UTS apart is the depth of knowledge the coaches bring—not just in terms of training techniques, but in their continual research and application of the latest in mobility, functional movement, and personalized programming. Every session feels intentional. The coaches take the time to understand your strengths and limitations, which has helped me return to more traditional lifting while feeling strong, safe, and confident.

The atmosphere is both motivating and community-driven. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about helping each person move better and feel better, not just chase numbers or aesthetics. I’ve grown not only in strength, but in movement quality and awareness.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to train with more purpose and support, UTS is a place where you’ll feel seen, challenged, and encouraged.

UTS is like no other gym I've experienced! I've been a member for about 2 1/2 years and UTS it is totally my happy place. The coaches, Blake, Tyler, Haley, and Heather are self professed fitness nerds and love being asked questions about how to approach movements in our workouts a little better. They're all teachers at heart, and genuinely want their clients (aka Fam) to rock their workouts and feel good - not only in body but in mind and spirit, too. You can feel it!

Even when you have an inevitable twinge of pain or an injury from time to time, those situations are no match for UTS. The coaches WILL show you a smart and strategic way to work around or even with what you've got going on, all while being super encouraging. It's their bread and butter.

The programming at UTS feels cutting edge, thoughtful, and built for confident, continual growth - Fitness Forever, for real! Come join the Fam!

I love how professional yet kind and carrying are all the trainer at UTS. They always greet and welcome you so kindly that it uplifts my day.

Have seen a transformation in my body , my stomach is flat my balance better, and I have lost 14 pounds without changing my diet much , I believe that my metabolism is a lot higher now due to daily work out and Ha vining more muscle mass.

Very thankful of the positive , uplifting atmosphere , Blake, Tyler and Kayla have created at UTS , I have recorded UTS to many of my friends and family and all who joined love it.

My saying is that you can invest time in going for strength training or going to Drs for all kinds of aches and pain your choice.

I’ve been a member of Unlimited Training Systems (UTS) for nearly 7 years, and I can honestly say it’s a gym experience unlike any other. From the moment you walk in, you’ll find that UTS is more than just a place to lift weights—it's a community that empowers you to learn, grow, and achieve your fitness goals.

What sets UTS apart is its unique balance between personal training support and the opportunity to deepen your understanding of how your body moves. Whether you're new to strength training or a seasoned athlete, you’ll learn how to use your body in ways that promote longevity, health, and the mind-body connection.

As a yogi, the mind-body connection is essential to me. That’s why I’ve truly appreciated UTS’s focus on integrating this concept into a gym and weight training environment. It’s rare to find a place where both strength training and mindfulness are prioritized, but UTS nails it. The growth I’ve seen in my physical strength and knowledge of strength training has directly benefited my yoga practice, as well as my running and other cross-training activities.

Since joining, I’ve experienced immense progress—physically, mentally, and in my overall wellbeing. UTS has helped me become stronger, more confident, and healthier. If you’re looking for a gym that provides personalized attention while also giving you the tools to feel empowered, I highly recommend Unlimited Training Systems. You won’t regret it!

I have really enjoyed coming twice a week to UTS. I had lost some muscle mass due to menopause and was afraid of my tall thin build that I may develop osteoporosis. Blake, Hailey, and Tyler have been amazing at helping me with weights and building my strength. I think one of the best things is that they help me when I have knee or back pain. They ask me to come when I am not feeling so great and give me alternatives to the regular exercises that I have been doing. This helps me to stay active during these times and not get frustrated. They are positive and give me helpful suggestions while I am working out. The exercises change monthly so I don’t get bored.

I am so glad I started this journey and I look forward to coming every week. They truly know what they are doing!

Updating my review to say that if I could give Unlimited Training Systems more than 5 stars ⭐️, I would. For years, my son struggled with a sluggish metabolism and a very sedentary lifestyle and being at UTS has completely transformed his outlook on life, commitment to fitness, and sense of self esteem. He took Coach Blake’s advice to heart and began tracking his daily steps with a level of enthusiasm that is infectious. Then he followed Coach Tyler’s advice about nutrition and portion control and changed his eating habits with little prodding from me. Being at UTS really does feel like a family in terms of how supportive and caring the coaches are. Moreover, they are super knowledgeable about how to program and adjust workouts for every skill level, which has been so helpful for someone like me who was a complete neophyte and literally joined a gym for the first time in my life in my 40s. Coach Blake, Coach Tyler, and Coach Haley are awesome human beings and I highly recommend Unlimited Training Systems!

Did some private and semi private sessions a couple of years ago at UTS and was the strongest I've ever been. After suffering 4 herniated lumbar discs (unrelated to UTS attendance), back surgery, and rehab... I am back again at UTS! They were good before, but with added improvements and personal touch they are now awesome! Coaches are educated and informed, and can tailor your exercise program around whatever special needs you might have. For me, it's my back and my knees, sometimes my neck, even a hiatal hernia. Even with the barriers I'm making strides each week and getting stronger and more fit with each session. It's a real gym- you won't find any big screen 📺 here- because you are focused on movement and breathing and mastering positions. I'm 56 and if I can do it, anyone can! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Blake, Tyler, and other coaches for helping me make a comeback from injury! Boom!

I have been coming to this facility for 18 months and its exactly what I had hoped for when getting back into a regular routine. I actually look forward to getting into the facility and have increased my frequency because I enjoy it so much. The staff is fantastic, always supportive, friendly and safety minded. There's a place here for anyone on their journey, from a person brand new all the way to people in a routine with specific elevation goals.

I've been going to this gym consistently for about 7 months and can truly say it's one of the best decisions I made. The coaches are amazing and always find ways to not only work around any pain or discomfort I am having but help me find moves that will actually help those issues get better. They are very encouraging and knowledgeable and always get excited over even small wins in the gym. I would 100% recommend UTS to anyone of any size, shape, age or athletic ability.

I can’t say enough positive things about UTS. To even compare it to other gyms is unjust. I’ve been to them all - the rush , NFC , workout anytime etc. When I think of a gym , I think of money focused environments and push yourself til you are throwing up. I never consistently used my memberships. I have been going months straight now at UTS.

UTS is anything but that! It’s a fitness community with encouraging coaches who actually want the best for you. They work with what YOU can do and your own limitations. It’s not about the scale. It’s about being healthy. They will constantly check on you and see how they can help or what you need to be motivated. I’ve never had the level of support that you get here anywhere else. I don’t know how they do it, but they do. I have never felt judged based on my weight or anything else. Everyone that I’ve worked out with is friendly. The environment is uplifting. It’s become a safe place for me, and I’d recommend it to anyone!

This is my first time posting a review, but I wanted to personally share my experience at Unlimited Training System and express my absolute satisfaction with their individualized programming, instructive coaching, and all-around supportive gym atmosphere. The trainers at Unlimited Training System are truly exceptional. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to provide guidance and support. With their help, I have reached fitness goals I never thought possible. I was a long-time volleyball player and collegiate rower; with the help of Tyler, Haley, and Blake, I am getting into better shape than I ever had been without the aches and pains.

The UTS facility and atmosphere are also fantastic - it's always clean and well-maintained, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. But what really sets Unlimited Training System apart is the real and sustainable outcomes they provide. Their programs are designed to help you achieve long-term success, not just short-term results. I have seen real changes in my body and overall health, and I know these outcomes will last for life. I've tried boot camp programs, gyms nationwide, and personal training, and I can easily say UTS outshines them all. I highly recommend Unlimited Training System to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being. It's more than just a gym - it's a community of like-minded individuals who are all working towards a common goal - fitness for life. I can't thank the Unlimited Training System team enough for all they have done for me.

I have been going there for 9 months now and it has been a great experience. All the trainers are awesome at what they do. Blake helped to structure workouts around a significant shoulder injury and I have been able to rebuild stronger than before the injury. Tyler is also great as a trainer and so helpful. The gym is always clean and everyone is always supportive and welcoming.

I have been at UTS for almost 2 years and have really leveled up my fitness through their program and training. Blake and his team provide a team atmosphere with the added bonus of a “private training” feel while in a group fitness session (private sessions are also available). The programs he and his team design meet me where I am physically in my fitness journey while encouraging me to advance to the next level. If something needs to be tweaked, they help me along the way. He and his team truly coach me each step of the way. Huge win for me! I’ve tried other group/studio programs such as CrossFit, yoga, and barre, and UTS is hands-down the best experience I have had in a studio setting. I have improved my form, flexibility, coordination, and strength through Blake’s researched and foundational movement patterns- can’t find another program like it here in Knoxville, that’s for sure!

This place is definitely more than a gym! I started at UTS after having a knee injury that resulted in ACL surgery. I was looking to supplement my physical therapy and increase my readiness to return to sports. Blake, Kayla, Tyler, and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond my expectations. My main concern when I started was entirely on my leg but this crew has been able to incorporate total body workouts without losing focus on my knee. Everyone has been very involved in my training and every session has explosive energy and excitement behind it. I tell all of my friends and family how extensive my workout program is and everyone is always impressed. Keep up the amazing work y'all!

UTS (unlimited trainings systems) is the best gym I’ve found in Knoxville. Not your ordinary pay a little fee and get access to equipment. This is a gym where you receive personalized attention always. For real. It’s not a marketing line. Group training classes still feel like one on one trainer sessions.

I’ve had back surgery and have chronic pain in my back and legs due to the spine I’m blessed with. I have to be SUPER careful in a gym setting. UTS feels more like going to PT for me at times than a gym. The staff at UTS KNOW THEIR STUFF. They seem to be as trained and knowledgeable in PT as they do exercise science. I don’t worry about getting hurt in my workouts anymore or setting myself back 2 months for every step I take forward with a new lift or increasing weight. They are constantly monitoring my moves, adjusting where I’m not correct and helping me modify as soon as my back flares. I guess I’m trying to say, with as fragile as my body is, I’m getting stronger and stronger each week, and the Team at UTS can be trusted. They won’t let me get hurt trying to get stronger in my 50’s with a bad back. This place is incredible.

This isn’t a teeny bopper gym. These are adults choosing healthy lifestyles. The family environment Blake and his Team create is fantastic. Don’t hesitate to join. It’s worth every dime! 💪💪

Just finishing my first 90 days and am very pleased. The introductory sessions were great and helped me define my goals and helped the coaches understand my current abilities. This is a review from someone that doesn’t even workout here anymore. Stay with me…. I have circumstances that keeps me from being able to come to Knoxville as much as I would like to. I can promise you if I lived closer, I would be at this place every day. I put so much trust in these trainers. Everyone of them are passionate about what they do and educate themselves to back it up. It is far from your typical gym setting as they make you feel like family and it is the most relaxing environment you can imagine for a gym. They have given me so much knowledge and confidence. I work out at home now more than I ever have and feel so much better than I ever have, and I credit UTS for all of this. Like I said earlier, if proximity wasn’t an issue, I’d be there as much as possible. If you’re reading this and on the fence, don’t hesitate and call them immediately and set up a coaching call. You won’t regret it!

After attending UTS facility for a few weeks I switched to their online personal programming at UTS (I moved out of state). Choosing what I enjoy “most” is difficult because I like so many things about UTS. But probably my top pick is the results-driven, personal programming. UTS coaches meet with me before each new program to review my goals. Then they create a program based on my personal goals. So far I have completed two programs and have achieved every goal I set out—increased strength (as measured by max lifts), better physique (as measured by the mirror).

Unlimited Training Systems was just what I was looking for in a gym. I love lifting weights but did not have time to think about or search programs that fit my needs every 4-6 weeks. They know my goals and created a custom workout for me. It is a group setting so you do not pay the personal trainer price however they are flexible to your needs. If you need the individual help, it is available. The community at UTS is awesome. They are like family. They have events in the gym and outside the gym. You never feel like a stranger. I had left the gym to workout at home but I like the accountability and it’s better than my basement for sure! So I came back, glad I did.

Where those other gyms charge you tons of money for training on top of your monthly fees, UTS is built on training you and building the workouts you need for you, to meet you where you are --- and they do it for a positively affordable monthly price. The workouts are fun, I'm getting stronger and the coaches are awesome at what they do - especially modifying for injuries or issues.

I have been at UTS for 3 years. I came with injuries and still healing from TOS surgeries. I had almost given up on ever being able to workout without pain but a few years later I was doing exercises and heavier weights than I thought was ever possible. I was feeling great and reaching new goals and then the unthinkable happened. I injured myself at the gym. I was deadlifting and my back/hip popped. For about 2 months, walking was difficult, and the thought of not being able to do what I did before was quite frustrating. I kept returning to the gym, constant encouragement and reminders that it takes time. So here I am a month later I am 80% back to where I was before the incident. I can't thank UTS staff for making sure I kept going and not to rush thinking I needed to be where I was at before. Progress is progress even if baby steps. Looking for a gym with no judgments and great friendly environment, this is the place.

I would recommend this place every time. I tried for years to get back in shape after my 3rd pregnancy- yeah, no luck. I'd had severe issues with my SI joint while pregnant and found that I could not squat or deadlift without causing the whole thing to flare up. I'd resigned myself to that reality. Still determined to lose that pregnancy weight, I'd initially visited another local facility. The people were great— the high intensity programming mixed with high demand movements destroyed me. In fact, I was sick for a week!

I found UTS on facebook. I was impressed with what seemed to be a unique approach at offering personalized programming paired with a real effort to build community. I paid them a visit and that is exactly what I found.

At UTS, the coaches are extremely attentive. The mere mention of an ache or pain almost always results in some sort of modification (or research to find the right modification). They manage to create results without causing undue overload (I think I was sore twice). Turns out, soreness isn't an essential element to progress. I was even given personalized workouts during weeks where I was battling migraines. The coaches know their stuff and are constantly seeking opportunities to make sure that stuff is up-to-date—and it shows.

My big wins:
I address the muscular atrophy I didn't even know I had
I learned to move in ways that were much more friendly to my current physical state
I lost weight and saw PR gains (nice bonus!)
I was able to deadlift again (Blake's breathing positions and postural restorative programming were a miracle for me)

I eventually moved out of state and looked tirelessly for a replacement... needless to say... I am now a remote client :) Thanks UTS

I’ve been a member at Unlimited Training Systems (UTS) for 2.5 yrs. The gym does not operate like commercialized workout facilities we are accustomed to today. There are dedicated trainers available during all hours of operation. Workouts are overseen by UTS coaches to help prevent injuries. Each trainer is knowledgeable to individual needs and what each member wants to achieve. Prior to joining the gym, my thought was if thin, I was healthy. I figured, at 52, there would always be aches and pains. I’ve learned that both ideas are false. Prior to joining, I had experienced knee pain for ~ 25-30 yrs. In addition, I had little range of motion in one of my shoulders, which has significantly improved. Today, I have zero pain in my knees and shoulders. I have strength, as well as endurance, I have not experienced since my 20’s, improving my quality of life. I highly recommend UTS to anyone looking to advance their health and well-being.

I joined Unlimited Training Systems in February 2020. I was incredibly inactive and struggling with my mental health. A friend, who was already a long-time member and had been singing their praises for years, finally convinced me to go with her one night. I was terrified, but the coaches wasted no time in putting me at ease. They walked me through the movements, didn’t mind my questions, and didn’t let me put myself down when I had to end sessions early because I was so out of shape. They encouraged me to do what I could with reassurance that I would get better with every session. They were RIGHT. I went from barely able to squat my own body weight at quarter depth just a few times to full depth with added weight and getting stronger all the time. More than just improved health, better posture, and more confidence, I gained new friends and a sense of community in the UTS Fam. My only regret is not joining them sooner because they have helped me improve my life so much in the short time that I’ve been a member.

I started training with Blake and Co in 2018 at the beginning of my second pregnancy. I had daily back pain from the first pregnancy and a previous workout injury. I was terrified to start a new program, but needed some help getting stronger or I knew I would suffer throughout this pregnancy and beyond. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and kind during my initial assessment and I immediately knew I could trust him with my health and the health of my baby. He listened to me, but also knew exactly when to push me in certain situations to get past the fear of reinjuring myself. I was getting stronger every day and completely pain free by my 3rd month at the gym. I delivered a healthy baby, recovered quickly, and even went through another pregnancy and post-partum recovery with ease this past year. I would trust Blake and his team with anyone's health and fitness goals. I am 7 months post partum with my 3rd baby in 5 years and I am in the best physical shape of my entire life, all thanks to this amazing, one-of-a-kind facility and the coaches. These are the most supportive, most enthusiastic, and most knowledgeable coaches I’ve ever worked with! I joined 5 years ago after being discharged from physical therapy and was anxious about being able to keep up, as well as possibly hurting myself. I didn't need to worry -- they meet you where you are; they encourage you when you need a little push, and they rein you in when you need that, too.

They have a huge focus on inclusivity and work really hard to make fitness accessible and their gym a welcoming place to all genders, races, ethnicities, religions, body types, and fitness levels. This is not always easy to find in this area and I really respect their commitment to doing the deep, sometimes difficult work that it requires.

TL;DR Amazing coaches dedicated to ALL clients' fitness and well-being. Five stars and hugs and high-fives.

I’ve attended different gyms over the years and this is the first place that I felt really cared about their clients. Do yourself a favor and check them out you will not be disappointed!

I LOVE this gym. I have been a member of the Unlimited family for over 5 years. The knowledge and compassion that Blake and staff have for clientele is unmatched in the business. If you are looking for support at every step and level of your fitness journey, this place is for you. They’ve been with me from injury to peak fitness and everything in between. They’re part of my family and I truly can’t imagine my life without UTS.

Been going to UTS for at least 7 years. I had been going to gyms for years before, but this was the first place that gave me real results and continues to do so. The staff is knowledgable and attentive, and truly cares about their clients goals and well being. Whether you want to lose weight, pack on a lot of muscle, or just feel good in general, they have a program for you. I never have to wait for equipment, having all I need to get in the gym, smash my program and conquer the rest of my day!

💪 I have been going to UTS for over 5 years now, and can't say enough great things about the coaching and staff. I joined UTS because I wanted something outside of a big box gym, as I was never really sure what moves to do, equipment to use, etc. I was looking for something that was more personalized to my needs and allowed me to gain strength and confidence in my abilities, and UTS does just that. Since I've been a member, I've been on every kind of program, learned all.the.moves I never thought I would do --- hello deadlift PR! --- and also got a family out of it, which was never expected but is the best part!!
UTS has grown significantly since I first joined, and they are tireless in making improvements and giving the best service in the fitness industry -- always adding in new options in the form of equipment and programs, LOTS of workout times, accessible coaches, and always movement-focused to ensure you are strong and safe. Love my UTSFam!

Been coming here for over a year and love this place. Has options for people of all levels. All the trainers are great and can really tailor workouts and programs to individuals. I came knowing absolutely nothing about how to properly build strength. They’ve given me instruction on how to develop good habits, set goals, and actually achieve long lasting fitness results.

Oh UTS? Google has suggested I review UTS since I've been going here regularly for the past 5 years. Well, sure I guess I can.
Yeah I recommend it...this is my happy place.
I started out knowing NOTHING and being soooo intimidated for my first class with Blake Denny, but my husband had suggested it so I figured why not, Happy husband right?
Blake took my completely gym inexperienced self and put me at ease. He introduced me to free weights; he introduced me to people and I never felt insecure about what I was able to lift or my lack of experience.
He coached me as I learned what goal wanted to set myself and he coached me to those goals and surpass them. He coach me as I lifted all through my pregnancy and UTS was there for me the day after my 6 weeks check up when I was cleared to go back to the gym and start the process all over again.
During the Covid quarantine UTS was there for us with home workouts and still providing coaching, And now that we're allowed back in the gym I feel so safe with the cleaning and disinfecting measures that happen place.
It's been 5 years. I would never dream of going to another gym Blake, Tyler, Kayla, and Q are my happy place. And yes, Google, I would recommend Unlimited Training Systems to anyone at any age in any phase of their fitness.

Incredibly knowledgeable trainers that keep workouts interesting and dynamic. Many programs out there push you until you are injured or are so repetitive you give up on them after a few months. The UTS team knows how to work through injury appropriately and designs workout plans that align with each individual's goals. I have battled sports injuries my entire life, and this team has helped me achieve improved mobility, reduced pain, and a ton of added strength. You are missing out if you are working out anywhere else in Knoxville.

Picture this... Knoxville 2018... my friend ( who is young enough to be my daughter) knows I am struggling to lose weight and get some exercise talks (hounds) me into going to a free class with her. I walk in to the gym and immediately think I can’t do this! I am going to make a fool out of myself. There is NO way I can keep up.... well 18 months later I haven’t missed a session. The trainers at UTS know their stuff. They want you to succeed. They help you learn. They help you push through when you need to, and help you understand when to stop. I love it

I have tried many ways to start getting into shape, and building strength, but nothing stuck. This gym has me, an extremely unmotivated person, coming back year after year. It’s not just a gym, it’s a family. I have made some lifelong friendships because of this gym atmosphere that Blake Denny created. Some gyms are made for working out, and the owner can make money. This gym is about building relationships, a support system, for all to feel comfortable working out. Whether you are someone that goes to the gym 6-7 times a week, or someone that has never stepped foot into a gym, you will feel comfortable and supported by the team of trainers that work within your individual needs. If you are looking for a change in lifestyle, a change in location, or just want some awesome people to hang out with, come to UTS. Be a part of this family.

Whether you are looking to get healthy and fit, training for a specific event or competing in an organized sport, Blake Denny has built the ultimate personal training facility in Unlimited Training Systems. While these are group classes (which keeps the price super affordable), you are following your own program at your level to support your goals. I have been a member for six months now and my only wish is that I had joined years ago. Blake, Tyler, and Allen are extremely knowledgeable and able to offer modifications for all fitness areas and work around any injuries you might have. Definitely the most unique training facility in Knoxville.
