we had my sons 5th birthday party here and the experience couldn’t have been better! the set up was so easy and the kids had the best time! my son felt so special and celebrated and all of his friends enjoyed it too! Kim called two days prior to help arrange my party planning and also told me that they would arrange the course according to the kids ages! My 10-year-old just finished up a morning day camp at USA Ninja Challenge and was super excited to tell us all the fun activities he participated in. The camp had a mix of structured activity as well as free play. The staff were very friendly. There were plenty of obstacles for the children to navigate. He sure slept hard that week. He’s been in various camps all summer and said he enjoyed this one the best.

We are huge fans of USA Ninja Challenge! We’ve been coming to ninja class for several months and enjoyed every moment. We’ve even had birthday parties here!

What started out as just a fun weekend activity turned in to much more. Our daughter has been in occupational therapy to help build her core strength and beginning ninja class has helped speed run that development. She’s gotten stronger and much more confident in her physical abilities, which has had a significant impact on her therapy.

USA Ninja Challenge gym has been an absolutely wonderful experience for our family. Our daughter has always loved ANW and this gym gave her lots of challenges like she sees on TV. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and energetic. The skill levels give an idea of where she is at and where she needs to improve, as well as boosting her confidence in the things she excels at. We would recommend it to anyone!

We recently had a party here and it was FANTASTIC! The facility is extremely clean and all of the equipment was in great condition. I cannot say enough about the ladies behind the magic! They were so helpful with the setup/break down of the party and kept the kids engaged the entire time. Not once did I ever not see a smile on their faces. The kids loved the hosts and the gym. They all felt like real ninja warriors by the end of the party!!! Thank you for giving us a fantastic day!!

USA Ninja Franklin is truly outstanding—it’s our son’s favorite activity! Arjun loves tackling challenges, and this is the perfect spot for obstacle courses and challenges. The coaches are welcoming, and the owners, Kim and Jolene, are incredibly kind and accommodating. They make rescheduling makeup sessions so easy, allowing flexibility with different dates. Best party venue for birthdays!!! We just had my son’s 5th birthday here and it was so nice to have help and have the kids in a completely separate room, where you can still see them, they are getting a workout while having fun AND we adults can actually have a conversation and eat before the kids eat and do cake! To top it off, the staff organized the kids together so we could take a group photo!! No one does this! The owners are hands on and very attentive to the kids while on the ninja course.

We had my daughter's 8th birthday at USA Ninja Challenge. The kids had a blast running around and completing all the obstacle courses. The team is super organized, the venue was extremely clean and I loved that we were the only party there. It was easy for parents to drop off or sit and watch all the fun. Easy to setup and clean up. I can’t say enough positive things about this program. The coaches are phenomenal—enthusiastic, supportive, and incredibly skilled at making each session both challenging and fun. The fact that the course changes each week keeps my son excited and engaged, constantly pushing his limits and learning new skills. It’s been wonderful to see his confidence and abilities grow. I hosted my daughter's birthday party at USA Ninja Challenge Franklin. The staff was beyond accommodating to our group of younger kids. They adjusted the equipment to their size and assisted them throughout the course. The kids had a fun time while the parents got to relax and watch. I also want to add that the gym is kept super clean. We wish we lived closer so we could attend class regularly.

I am woefully late leaving this review - my son finished his first ninja camp at USA Ninja Challenge back in early June.

And I am sincerely a little hesitant to leave an honest review, because I am afraid these folks are going to get very popular, and very busy, very quickly, once word spreads.

My seven-year old boy has taken ninja classes elsewhere from two different popular places in Nashville/Cool Springs, starting at least 3 years ago. And he's loved every second of it, and gained a lot of strength and skill. The other places were good.

USA Ninja Challenge is a couple orders of magnitude better than good. We discovered them at a birthday party last spring, then signed the man cub up for a week long camp.

And it - was - awesome. The place is brand new, the equipment is amazing.

But it is the coaching that makes this place. I told the owner directly that I've seen a lot of coaching, and done a lot of coaching, and I know what great coaching looks like. This is it.

These folks somehow managed to maintain a whole lot of energy and enthusiasm for three full hours, while corralling a dozen kids of various ages. That is not easy.

But most importantly, they're obviously having fun doing it. That is rare, and contagious.

The only caution I might have is that this place is brand new. Can they keep that enthusiasm going as they get more attention? As they likely spread to new locations?

I don't know. Ask me in a year. But for now, this place is diamond in the rough. Get your kid in there.

Oh - and they do the coolest thing: they have levels of ninja, sort of like belt colors in martial arts. So they're actually striving to develop and achieve something, not just playing around.

I was also highly impressed that at the end of camp, they award the best in different categories. Not everyone gets an award, and there are no participation trophies. That is remarkably rare these days, and if you want your kid to actually have a challenge to work for, this could be it.

That's a lot words to just say: take your kid, go check this place out. Great people, good value, amazing time.

Our son loves this - his favorite after school activity of the week. The coaches are great, and you can tell they really enjoy working with the kids! The space is like a giant erector set, and they reconfigure it every week (maybe every class) for a new challenge!

Nashville area needed this. We regularly search ninja kids Nashville, and FINALLY we got a hit for something that wasn’t just an equipment rental for part, quarterly event, or a gymnastics/cheerleading gym tryin their best they could to fill this need. We tried a couple of these. While, I was thankful for the attempt, it just wasn’t the same. The same course was repeated over and over.

This is the real deal. The space is tight, but this perfect for what it needs to do. They have the real equipment, the real network, and the new business drive to make this as successful as it can be.

My 6 year old kid LOOOOVES it and leaves soaked in sweat. It is non stop. The coarse changes weekly with some repetition for achievement ranking. They have goals and levels. Eventually they may have a competition team.

We signed up with the goal of them opening in January. When there were delays, the owners did an excellent job keeping everyone looped in on opening status. There was never a doubt that this was really happening. Another ninja franchise promised for years and never delivered so this was particularly helpful to me.

We were there on opening day. And, honestly, we have only been for the 2 weeks since it opening. But, so far, we are very please.

TOA building is a lot to take in, but the ninja gym is close to entrance. Not a big deal at all.
