Great gym, equipment is always maintained and up to date especially for the location. I never would have expected such a classy fitness center in this part of town. Could use some eye candy for the single ladies , guess thats asking too much. I guess the equipment keeps us focused!

Not sure if everyone in our small town of Waverly realizes how privileged we are to have this level of a gym this close by. Look in most towns our size and you will find gyms 1/3 the size, with equipment from the 1980’s, or no gym at all. All the equipment here competes with high end gyms in Nashville, or other large city’s. I’m super grateful! And it’s clean! You almost never have to wait on equipment either. I can’t brag enough on how valuable this place is to our community.

I visit Waverly numerous times a year because my parents live here. In the past 18 months weight lifting has become a real passion of mine. This trip I decided to pack my gym clothes and google the nearest gym. To my surprise, Valley Fitness was less than 15 minutes away, and completely blew me away by the amount of equipment, free weights, and more they have to offer. Locker rooms are incredibly nice and the gym overall is very, very clean. I can't wait to make this gym my home away from home. They offer a weekly pass as well!

I have been a member here for a year and a half. Love the people who run it. Lots of equipment , free weights, and awesome locker rooms. Someone is always cleaning, so it is very clean too! Will remain a member indefinitely.

I called to ask about pricing and the old woman who answered the phone was utterly rude and unprofessional. The same thing happened when I called about a year ago. I was hoping to find a gym closer to me. I'd rather drive to Camden.

It's the only gym in Waverly but it is not shabby by no means. It's a nice looking gym with many different workout machines. The building is large and the people are friendly
