This is an awesome training facility. They have a state of the art gymnasium and performance training area. A few of my players train at vertical, and their games have really improved. They are more athletic and confident on the court. They also have a great high school basketball run on Sundays. They have a wonderful staff, who want to see the athletes do well on and off the court/field. If you or your athlete are serious about taking your games to the next level, vertical can help you get there.
