Our facility is unlike any other gym you’ve been to before. Established in 2013, we pride ourselves in providing world class fitness and nutrition coaching. We also believe in creating a motivating and dynamic environment filled with like-minded people of all ages and body types. Just finished the orientation process. Ryan set up my account and Mary did my orientation. I am only doing the workout portion and not the nutritional component.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell that there is a sense of community amongst the other clients. The staff is flexible on attending classes and make a point to reassure over thinkers like myself 😅.

The environment is chill but I also feel like I should be "doing something" when I'm there. They provide an efficient workout that's perfect for me because I have to leave and go to my overnight job.

Honestly I don’t really leave reviews, but CF Whole Strength deserves it. I’ve been to several CF gyms over the past few years and this place is paramount by far. The attention you get at the beginning to help ensure you can jump in at the appropriate pace is great. Every time you walk in the door all the coaches know your name and greet you. The follow up texts from time to time to see how things are going. Just overall superior to other gyms. Keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏼.

I love this gym and the people there.

The coaches are wonderful! Every coach does a great job pushing you to what you can do for the rep, as well as take the time to help you with your form, make adjustments for injuries, and make everyone feel welcome. This place has been such a blessing! I signed up for Crossfit and the Nutrition program. Coach Gaby was super helpful in guiding me through building healthy habits and food choices. I wish I could adequately put into words what the gym has done for me in the past 6 months but I’m not sure I’ll be able to fully do it justice. I moved to the area without any family or friends & wanted to find a new CrossFit gym (I had previously done CrossFit for a couple years). So I did what anyone would do and googled “CF gyms near me” & picked the one with the best reviews to try.. and I couldn’t be any luckier that it was whole strength.

WS is rooted in fundamentals and prioritize technique over everything else. Coming into a gym as a physical therapist- this was a non negotiable for me and i learn something new or find a way to improve my technique. The close relationship with each coach allows me to feel comfortable and confident in my abilities as an athlete. Aside from coaching, every member of the WS family is BEYOND supportive. Whether it’s to give you a tip on form, help strategize a WOD, or just to cheer you on to get you thru the end of a tough workout- they are there.

From the second I walked into their facility I knew I was home. Meeting with Ryan, the owner, personally & having him spend an entire hour getting to know me & my fitness goals.. They have also brought on a staff that is fully invested in each persons success and takes the time to get to know every member. I could not thank Ryan & his wife for cultivating a staff and community that is just beyond anything I’ve ever known and they have renewed my love for fitness, inspired me to prioritize my health (physical and mental) and pushed me towards my goals. 2 in a half years later....

Two and a half years later, and I can confidently say that Whole Strength CrossFit has only gotten better! This gym has completely transformed my life—not just physically, but mentally as well. Since joining, I’ve lost 40 pounds, gained strength I never thought I had, and built a level of confidence that carries into every part of my life. The workouts are always challenging (I may or may not be the one yelling halfway through), but the feeling of pushing through and coming out stronger keeps me coming back.

Beyond the fitness aspect, Whole Strength has become a crucial part of my mental health. If I ever miss a workout, I feel scattered and off, but the second I step back into the gym, everything falls back into place. Gaby has been an amazing experience to work with her. She really is there for you all the way of your journey. Keeping it friendly and realistic. I have been trying to see results on my body with no positive results. So I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did it! This place has been amazing and transformational since I joined! I joined when moving to Tennessee in August when I knew no one here. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and friendly, I never feel out of place. The coaches have helped me so much with movements and met me where I was at, which is amazing because I was living a sedentary lifestyle before joining. I walked into this gym and immediately felt like I was at home. Everyone was all smiles and kind, welcoming me to the gym and making small, friendly jokes. Then I began working with the coaches and felt that they really do care. I was nervous to start CrossFit because it had heard all of the scary stories, but the coaches here are very supportive as they teach you the movements and hold you to the safe standards. The gym itself has community events and while life can get busy and not everyone can always be there, it’s so nice to see friends become more like family through barbecues and river days. The first day was very intimidating but with the help of the staff I was able to not focus on what's not important and just learn to enjoy it.
In May would be my 1 year anniversary. At 38 years old this is probably the most consistent time I have had. In all my years working out.

Whole Strength CrossFit is more than just a gym, it’s a community. The members of the gym and the coaches are very welcoming.

The coaches are not only invested in the success of each member in the gym, they care about their members out of the gym as well. During the COVID pandemic, my car was stolen, along with a few thousand dollars worth of workout equipment. The gym heard about my misfortune and sent me an Amazon gift card to help in replacing my equipment. The kindness was not lost on me and is something I will never forget.

I have tried other gyms and various other workout routines and always find myself back here. The workouts are challenging and well planned and the coaches are always willing to offer strategy for completion as well as modifications and scaling for participants when needed.

This gym has greatly impacted my life both inside and outside of classes and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a close-knit and supportive gym atmosphere!

I’ve been to a ton of different CrossFit gyms over the years, and Whole Strength is quite possibly my favorite. Here are some of the reasons why:

- The coaching is incredible. Every coach is extremely knowledgeable and takes their time with members and newbies.
- Community building is huge here. Every person that walks through the doors is a part of the family. There is great member diversity compared to a lot of gyms I’ve been to, and there are frequent community building events outside of the class schedule.
- I had never used Level Method before, but I am a believer! They use it as a way to help every member scale the workouts to their ability level, and helps to track progress in a variety of different areas.
- The way the ownership has handled the pandemic was really amazing. I joined the gym a week before Tennessee required gyms to shut down, but they still helped me work out from home and I felt like a part of the group even though I hadn’t met most people in person.

If you’re looking to compete in the CrossFit Games, the coaching is certainly good enough to help you achieve that, but this gym is really geared toward somebody that just wants to get in fantastic shape, and be a part of a community that they can’t wait to see every day. My wife used to feel a bit intimidated at my old gym and never wanted to join, but she has loved working out with me here.

The coaches are absolutely amazing, and earnestly care about your wellbeing. I feel really lucky that Whole Strength was my intro to CrossFit. This place and these people have my heart!

Joining Whole Strength CrossFit was the best decision I have ever made. I’m so thankful for only joining this gym but joining into a family. Whole Strength CrossFit is an excellent gym. Ryan and Megan are extremely encouraging and knowledgeable about nutrition and exercises. Ryan helped me understand a while new way of lifting/holding a barbell that has completely changed my form in just a few quick words! The coaches actually take the time to explain and walk you thru the fundamentals of movement and giving you a solid foundation to build on. That was my experience two years ago and I'm still there. This is a fantastic gym. The programming is challenging but the coaching staff is superb and helps make members of all skill levels feel welcome. In addition, they really pay attention to the small things: being responsive and available, reaching out regularly, and asking for feedback often. I haven’t gotten the same cliquey feel that some crossfit boxes have, everyone is just friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking to start crossfit, this is likely your best option.

The coaches, programming and community are what make this gym/ box so great! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging/ motivating and they make sure that we are having fun, but doing the movements safely and with proper technique.
