I have been training with Mike since November 2023 and really pleased with his approach. Mike takes time to understand your fitness goals and tailors your workout for what you want to achieve. What I like most is his knowledge about the muscular system and how he explains the techniques, benefits and purpose of isolating different parts of the muscle. I definitely feel like I get the most out of my workouts with Mike and believe you will too.

I’ve been training with Mike for almost a year after seeing my husband make great progress with his strength from training with Mike after only a few weeks. I have a background in exercise science but didn’t have the time to make my own training plan and needed someone who understood how to work around injuries and give me guidance and motivation. Mike doesn’t let you slack off in sessions with him, he’s great at seeing your ability and helping you hit the next level, he really understands the mechanics of the workouts and is a great teacher for proper form and cueing. I have never been this strong and am so thankful for Mike’s work along with the positive changes both my husband and I have seen!

I have had a career in fitness for more than 30 years and have always worked to better my health and fitness to improve my quality of life. I recently found out despite my good habits, I have osteopenia and was reminded that weight training is a great way to battle. My husband, who also works out with Mike, suggested that I get back in the gym and use Mike to help me reach my goals.

I've been working out with Mike from Wildfire Fitness for about 2 years -- consistently 2-4 x per week. During that time, I've dropped close to 20 pounds and improved my overall fitness significantly. What I really like about Mike is that he takes a genuine interest in my overall heath and customizes my workouts to meet my needs and goals. I turn 60 next month and I need someone who can challenge me and more importantly design and guild me through workouts that won't cause injury.
