The facility is filthy. The indoor fitness area weight rack has so much dust it’s years of not being cleaned. The foot petals and belt on every machine has thick layers of dirt. And they seem to only support foxnews on 4 tvs. It’s ridiculous and needs to be cleaned up and welcoming for all! Do better Williamson county.

Great facility. $5 for a day pass. Pool is Olympic sized. Some days set to 25m and some to 50m there is always a 4ft 3 lane 25m. Staff is very helpful a d friendly.

Great facility. Love the pool and the locker room showers are adequate

2 suggestions to management:

1. Post on the website and/or on the message machine the hours when the pool is setup to swim long course 50M.

2. The lifeguards should allow adult lap swimmers to use all available lanes when the pool is setup for the 50M format. Currently they restrict lap swimmers to a few lanes when the other lanes are not being used. For people who roughly swimming the same speed it is not a big deal to have 2 and even 3 swimmers in a lane (50M setup), but for swimmers who swim significantly faster than a slower swimmer it is uncomfortable for both the faster swimmer and the slower swimmer to be in the same lane.

The last time I swam there in the 50M format there were 4 lanes unused, but the lifeguard mandated I swim in a lane with a swimmer who was swimming at half my speed or less. It made me feel bad every time I had to swim past him.

It was a completely unnecessary mandate with half the pool sitting empty.

Paid for two day passes to play pickleball since there are no free public pickleball courts in the county. Lasted all of 15 minutes before approached mid game by someone that reserved the court. Do not understand why outdoor courts must be reserved and paid for. The amount of tax dollars that this county receives and still can't make it more accessible. Pickleball is becoming super popular and should not be a privilege.

Amazing facility at a great value. Wish we lived closer to take advantage more often. At this point we play in the coed recreational volleyball league for kids. It’s been fun and a great opportunity without all the competitive focus on winning. All counties need places like this!

We love this outdoor splash pad. They have stuff for toddler and kids. My kids love the slides. There's 4 different slides. There's other splash toys and things they can play with. Most of the seating is in the sun. I wish there was more shaded umbrellas however.

The Williamson County recreation center is very nice. They have indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. There is indoor tennis, lots of exercise equipment, classes, pool. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The Center is housed in a large, modern building with many indoors tennis courts, a wide and short swimming pool (I guess 25+ lanes, each 25 m long) and a great splash park.
You can also find an exercise gym with threadmills, bicycles, and other equipment, a gym with two volleyball or basketball courts (convertible to a large basketball court or 4 pickleball courts), an outdoor pickleball court, a yoga room, and a group exercise room.
The parking lot is very large, with plenty of parking space.
I-65 allows easy access to the Center.

The indoor pool is not really for kids. Just a lap pool for exercise. The only water for kids is outside on the splash pad. Was nice and kids liked it but we all wanted to submerge in the pool. The splash pad doesn't have any water deeper than ankle deep.

The cleanliness of the pool over the last 2 years is a reoccurring issue. The facility mgr. Always reacts quickly when things are brought to his attention but the pool mgr. Needs to more conscience of the decline in cleanliness.
The cardio/ fitness room on the other hand is always neat and clean as are the restrooms, locker room and the remainder of the facility.

I was at the splash pad in Brentwood on Saturday June 25. It was packed!! They were not operating at 50% capacity. I even asked the kids at the front desk; full capacity. This was disappointing and I didn’t feel safe. I will not be going back. Yes they took temperatures before entry and asked for names; but no phone number. So how would you do contact tracing with only a name?!

The place really small and not much room for spectators when it comes to hosting a swim meet. The chlorine smell is much stronger than other pools I have taken my son to for swim meets. Makes it hard to breathe in the pool area. I waited outside until my son's turn to swim. Not a lot of parking either partly due to the construction they are currently under going.

Getting upset with the pool closure. Only reason I have a membership is so my son can practice swimming. As another reviewer mentioned 6 weeks is a long time to be closed for "maintenance" particularly for an insanely over-crowded and over-used pool, but we're currently sitting at 2.5 months with no word as to if/when it will open. When it is open the lap pool seems decent enough - but again way over crowded and if have a school age child either expect to circle swim and possibly not be able to at all. Teams swim here and need lap time, members swim and cant get it even when it's opened! I've even called to get lap time in the summer was told quite rudely by the receptionist that it's too busy and don't come.

I have been doing water aerobics at this pool for 3 years and have seen a steady decline in the maintenance of the pool and locker rooms. I went to waters aerobics today after having been gone for 6 weeks and was very disappointed at the dirt & grime around the pool. I did not take a shower due to mold, dirt & hair. I did see they are going to close the pool for 6 weeks ( yes 6 weeks) to do routine maintenance. Folks this is not routine maintenance, it is much more and will end up back at this without a good maintenance program. Do they have a crew that comes in for a thorough cleaning or is it left up to the lifeguards? I don't even know if it is in the budget for a regular cleaning crew but it certainly should be. Closing a facility for 6 weeks should never happen and is certainly a big inconvenience to its members.
