Gym is fine, billing was not clarified when I signed up. Was not made aware there would be a 70$ annual fee 45 days after sign up on top of my monthly fee that month. Just wanted to clarify for anyone signing up. I received no paperwork outlining any of this either physically or digitally.

I began going to this gym February 3rd since then Thomas has help me loose about 30 pounds, in the moment I hate the workouts and I definitely feel the burn but at the end of the day I’m proud of myself for getting through the workout. I also feel so much better health wise and I plan this new summer body lol. So I say all that to say I’m grateful I went and I’m grateful for my trainer Thomas.

Good place to get a workout in, if you go at the right time. Limited space in this gym can leave you feeling claustrophobic and having to step over and around other gymgoers is frustrating. But not bad during non-peek hours.

The equipment is ok but many times you'll find something broken. Missing a lot of equipment you'd typically find in a good gym, but since this is a franchise gym, apparently they're only allowed very specific equipment and machines. They could do a lot with it if they'd retire the rarely used machines and get some of the equipment currently lacking.

The price and the fact the location is most convenient for me is about the only reason I go.

I'm here to visit family. 2023 when I was here last I seen the gym. This year j made sure that I would stop by. I trained 3 days out of the 5 days I was here. Thomas who seems to manage this place was cool.
The gym itself is tight but doable. Equipment, Matrix which I'm not a fan of. At the end of the day I got my training in and I'm sure I'll be back again for Christmas.

Poor management the whole staffing needs replacement. Gym is affordable yes but most of the cheap worn out equipment is already used up and I can’t even workout like I want to. The reason I rated 1 star is my horrific experience with with the staff; I stopped going and was still making payments however I was tired of money I didn’t have being wasted I tried to cancel the manager said he’d do it. I call back again a month later and asks why I still have payments I said I thought you canceled ( he did not ) he got very rude and told me he will get his money either way and to pay up and to not bother stepping foot at his gym again. I was baffled at the audacity to speak to your clients like this. Long story short I changed my cards to avoid charges and they sent it to collections to garnish my wages over 187 dollars of unused gym fees. I do not even go over in this area anymore because I don’t want to involve myself in a low quality poor management area. Take the extra drive and please take your money and time where staff cares

Horrible. I canceled and was told I had to pay for the last month. Fine. I would've next payday though I hadn't been in 2 months.

Within days abc workout tried repeatedly to charge $19.99. Within a week it was over $40. I had my card off thankfully so they didn't steal any money.

I report my card lost to stop the harassment. Multiple times a week "abc workout has tried to charge your lost card."

Within a month that 19.99 had morphed into $88 and change.

I emailed them and asked them to stop yesterday. No response. And reported them to my bank. They put a stop merchant thing on them.

This morning they tried to charge my lost card AGAIN. I'm sure they will keep doing it. I'm powerless to stop them it seems except to warn others of what they do. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

By Cleveland standards it's probably ok but it has, let's say, an intriguing aroma. Like an old cheese log, on a shrimp boat, in a heatwave, at low tide, in Bangkok.
Machines are kind of old. Poorly ventilated.
Small. But I've seen worse.

Update: must be under new management since last review. Equipment is great. Clean space, and the weird smell has happily wafted its way out the door!

Today while I was working out I observed the manager, the assistant manager, and a receptionist doing a thorough cleaning of every weight lifting equipment, cleaning and dusting underneath. All three working as a team. This gym is very clean. The cleaning is being done constantly from top to the bottom. It is a pleasure to be a member of Workout Anytime.

I truly enjoy coming here. I’ve have worked out at different facilities, but this one has everything I need and available any time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are always helping patrons and/or making sure equipment and facility are in working condition and clean.

Thomas, the trainer, is a big help to me. I’m an older adult who has had major setbacks with my arms and shoulders. He has been working with me to strengthen my upper body. He always has different exercises for me to do in order to help me get stronger. He is very patient and quite knowledgeable in what I need. I would highly recommend Workout Anytime and Thomas to everyone who wants to get healthier.

Workout Anytime is my absolute favorite. I have visited and been a member at several different gyms in the area, but I love the environment and atmosphere of Workout Anytime. I have went all of hours of the day and I have always felt safe here (even during unstaffed hours). I love the small feel of the gym. I have been able to walk up to others that are working out and ask them questions about their workout and have always been greeted with nothing but kindness and encouragement. The staff is always so kind and encouraging as well. I've been going here for 4+ years. This place has all the free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, and mats for floor exercises you'll ever need. You can even go out back and do exercises outside if you so desire. The place has a great staff and trainers so the place is well maintained and all your needs will be taken care of. There are multiple plans with reasonable price points. Great place with everything you need at great prices. Hard combo to beat. Check it out.

RIP OFF!! Beware of this place, they have hidden fees that are not disclosed upfront. They take advantage of teenagers that do not know anything about contracts! $79 registration fee and after three months they hit you with a $40 yearly fee, in addition to your monthly fee!! Go somewhere else! If you sign a contract with them, read all the fine print and get a copy of your contract!!! Will gladly pay my daughter's cancellation fee so she doesn't have to go here anymore! Will also tell everyone I know about your actual rates and fees!!

I came in from out of town and had bought a one day pass. I asked if they sold any pre workout and the GM said he didn’t but then gave me some from his own personal container. 5 minutes into my workout I had to leave and didn’t make it back. The following day (today) I came in again. When I went to pay he said not to worry about it because I didn’t get a workout in last time. After I insisted to pay he told me to enjoy my workout. Being from Florida, that type of kindness is rare to come across lol and I’m glad I came here. Great gym and great people.

Workout anytime is T R A S H. I joined on the 10th of this month, found a more convenient gym to go to the next day (literally, the next day), called to cancel my membership at workout anytime and they told me they could cancel my membership but could not refund me my money. i NEVER used the gym, only walked into the building a total of 3 times within these 3 days. A manager is never around to speak to, even walking in there to sign my cancellation paper (on the 12th), there was no manager around. The place is basically ran by fresh out of college girls. I would’ve been fine with the policy of not being able to refund a month-to-month membership, because I understand people may workout for 2 weeks and then decide they’re done. For me to have never even used any of the equipment, literally was only joined for a total of 36 hours (if that) and not issued a refund is ridiculous and unfair. I basically paid to walk in the gym. If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. Bottom line, don’t join this gym unless you plan on staying forever or don’t care to be ripped off.

I joined this gym and loved it at first, the staff were so helpful and friendly. However, I moved out of state and I called them to CANCEL my membership. Six months later, on my credit card bill I have been charged for the month of January as if I renewed my membership. WHAT?! I call them, and I'm told that my membership was only froze and not cancelled and that it was signed by me, apparently the guy I spoke with forged my name on the freeze form. Because I wasn't even in the state of TN when I called to cancel my membership. Then I'm told I have to be there within 3 days to keep them from charging my card again. Excuse me? I'm 4 states away..maybe you should realize that one of your employee's just committed fraud before you threaten to charge my card again.

Just started working about about 4 and half months ago. My buddy said I should try Workout Anytime. Best decision I've ever made! Not only is the gym great but that staff are all wonderful. Ryan and Tanner are my go to guys if I have any issues or questions. The prices are great too. For just $25 a month I can bring a friend with me and there is no cap on it. I'm glad to be a member of Workout Anytime!
