The moment I stepped into this little Eastridge “‘gem”, I felt right at home. The staff are incredibly professional and actually care about their members health journey. The gym (including bathrooms, tanning and water massage areas) are kept immaculately. I can’t say enough great things about Tucker W., the manager. He is so attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and makes this gym the phenomenal community that it is!

Someone close to me had a very upsetting experience at this gym after suffering a painful injury at this gym's other location that required medical attention. Multiple attempts were made to contact staff, report what happened, and request a cancellation due to the incident. Unfortunately, no one responded personally; only generic automated messages were sent back.

The lack of accountability and care has caused ongoing stress and frustration. An appropriate and professional response to the situation would have been to speak with the member directly to clarify the situation. Instead, there was no communication at all, and only after public reviews were posted, expressing concern and frustration, did the company reply to reviews and deny the claims, rather than requesting more information. Unfortunately, the company was accusatory and defensive, rather than being receptive to this situation.

This is the location where I originally signed up. After experiencing a health-related issue at another one of their gyms, I reached out to this location as well — but only received an automated response. I eventually had to send a formal cancellation notice by email to end my membership. Very disappointing lack of communication from the place that originally signed me up.

The gym itself is nice, but there is never a staff member in the mornings, which really sucks if you want to tan. I've only been able to tan once since December because I can never find a staff member to set it up. I really wish I had just stayed at Planet Fitness. Now, I'm stuck for another six months before I can cancel and return to my old gym.

Started today and upgraded with the help of McKenzie, Sweet pretty young lady with a definite and pleasing people person personally. Being out of date at 66yrs looking lost with the up to date equipment McKenzie was a great help showing me how to use it. I had plenty other questions through my 1st visit and she was so helpful and smiling every time. She is definitely a Big Plus for 24/7 had me feeling at ease and comfortable from the get go. I usually go to the one in Hixson, but when go this once for convenience. It definitely has a few more pieces of equipment that I wish we had at the Hixson location, such as the Bulgarian split squat rest and the sissy squat machine. The employee working was helpful in adjusting the rest for me. I gave four stars because the women’s locker room floor was dirty with lots of hair everywhere.

I am disgusted by the greed and audacity of this gym's franchisee. I signed up for a premium membership at the Workout Anytime in Chatsworth, GA specifically so I could bring my girlfriend as a guest to any Workout Anytime location as she had expressed interest in getting into the gym. When I brought her into this gym today, I was told that the East Ridge location, alongside the other locations owned by this franchisee in the area, do not honor the premium membership's feature of being allowed a guest (a feature of the premium membership most locations honor). Instead, I was told that I could buy a "day pass" for ten dollars each time I wanted to bring her! She cannot afford a membership and cannot afford to spend ten dollars a day for a day pass. She left dejected, crying the entire ride home, and ultimately has been turned off of the gym as a whole from this experience. The Workout Anytime website states that all gyms have a membership Reciprocity Policy but this is obviously untrue as shown by this location. As stated at the top, I am saddened at the greed of this gym's owner and doubly saddened by my girlfriend's discouragement caused by this gym's policies.

Seriously, "G" the manager is awesome, the staff is awesome, and they have a large variety of free weights, cables and cardio equipment, almost everything. Almost! Actually, they have added some new equipment recently that is greatly appreciated, but I do need to have a pendulum squat machine, like, yesterday. Another thing is that the place needs to expand; with so many machines and with a lot of new customers it can get a little crowded, especially around 9/10am, during the lunch hour 12/1pm, and right after work, 5:30/6pm. (Keep in mind this place is open 24/7, so come when it's convenient for you!) Members are of all ages and everyone, regardless of ability or experience, is welcome. Oh, and if you need help getting started, this facility also has some really great trainers and coaches, who can help you begin your fitness journey. So, if you want to get into shape, lose some weight, tone, lift some serious iron or body build, come join us!

We enjoy the gym. Aside from some terrible male members who leave their underwear hanging in the men's restroom. There are men who cannot control the weight they lift and so they slam the weights. It makes a lot of noise and it is annoying. The music is often too loud I bring my headphones and I turned my system up as loud as it can go and I can still hear the gym music. However the equipment is clean and in good condition. They are open 24/7 which is great cause our schedule makes workouts after midnight possible.

This is our first time hitting the gym so far it's nice it is smaller than we're used to, but the people are polite.

The convenience of 24 hr was great and the equipment always in good condition. The floor space is limited during busier hours of the day which was challenging. Unfortunately, the key card process and cancellation process were the worst I've ever experienced at a gym.

Trying to get my key card to work each time was always inconsistent-- some days it would work quickly but most days the scanner wouldn't work which didn't let you open the door. Several others were always having issues with their cards as well while I'd be there. When I decided to cancel my membership (started using a different gym), I looked online and saw that you have to contact the local gym. I called and the gentleman told me he would email me the cancellation instructions-- 48 hr later and no email. I called again and spoke with a lady who let me know that they didn't even have an email on file for me so he couldn't have sent it anyways. She was able to send me the email and I accessed it on my phone. I followed the lengthy prompts to download the app and set it up with all my info only to find no way to cancel the membership. I had to call back again to find out cancellation can only be done on the computer (which is ironic since the video the app shows during download raves about having everything you need on your phone). After getting onto the computer, I had to register through yet another website only to FINALLY be able to cancel my membership-- but only after paying for ANOTHER month after I had just paid for the current month. I understand there is a 30 day notice (I have been a member for 2 yrs, so probably overlooked and forgot about this) which is fine but a little aggravating only since the payment for the current month had just been submitted. While the second employee was friendly and helpful after the first gentleman led me astray, the whole process was time consuming and incredibly frustrating and apparently not uncommon, per the employee I spoke with.

This place is awesome! I have been apprehensive about going to the gym for a long time, but finally after a friend recommended this place I gave it a shot. It has been great. The staff is friendly and helpful and a personal trainer to help me get going. Can't recommend this place enough!

Definitely one the best gyms in the area. Clean, friendly staff and they have pretty good floor space by the free weights so you aren't bumping arms with your neighbor. 5 stars.

This gym is awesome! I honestly prefer it over most other locations I’ve been to. Staff are so nice and always remember my name, and the members are always friendly too! Honestly look forward to coming here every day.

I have been able to get a great workout on my legs tonight. It helped to strengthen my knees, and i am now walking the workout on the treadmill so that I don't collapse from the exhaustion of over exertion because I went two steps further than I had planned originally. Worth it though as I walk the days exertion away.

I can't wait for this gym to open! I love the membership options and the deals you get when signing up as well as all the extra's included in the premium membership! Very affordable and love that it's 24/7 and allows entry into every other club!!!!

This gym is fantastic!! It has everything! The card reader to unlock the door was tricky!! Its too close to the corner!? If it were to mirror North Shore for the door unlock I would easily give this place 6 stars. This place is well kept and up to date! It’s my playground 😁

Friendly staff and clean gym. It has everything you need from machines and free weights. They have two power racks with deadlift platforms. It gets really busy though around 5-7 PM. I wish they gym is more spacious and I wish they have more than two power racks and one bench rack. Price is affordable and got a big parking lot.

Been coming here for about a year now. Gym is clean, affordable & suitable for my fitness goals. I wish they had more benches & other types of equipment that would make all the difference & maybe a Spanish-speaking staff member. Overall not bad for what you pay.
