What an awesome gym. This is the cleanest gym with the nicest people who work there. Their stretch are is vast with various weights to use along with bands for stretching. Found this gym from reviews of a reasonable day pass rate in Franklin and it was everything I hoped for and more!

Day pass rate: $16.50 - well worth it!

Thomas, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived on a Sunday just before 5, not knowing that’s when the staffed hours end, after which I wouldn’t have been able to purchase a day pass. He still took the time to give me a tour of the gym, show how a few machines work that differed from what I was used to, and was very patient and friendly. I felt like they valued my experience even as a visitor, which made all the difference.

After working out there for a week, I honestly wish we lived in the area because this is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. Everything is spotlessly clean on the gym floor as well as in the locker rooms/bathrooms. Not once were the paper towels or toilet paper out and I came at various times. The machines and free weights all look brand new and incredibly well maintained.

The people who frequent this gym are friendly - no one is pushy, no one hogs machines, and people help each other - I had trouble adjusting the height on the 45 hyper bench and a fellow member promptly helped out. There’s no showing off, no grunting, no cans or trash left anywhere, people really seem to care about the gym and each other.

Some things to note (but you really have to experience it for yourself):
- plenty of weights - pin machines, plated machines, free weights, squat racks, multiple sided cable machines - so you never have to wait to train a particular muscle group or do a particular exercise;
- plenty of cardio machines of all kinds;
- ample locker space and lockers of various sizes - just remember to bring a lock!
- if you just have car keys, there’s a little rack to hang them right next to the front desk;
- cup holders on each of the pin machines! Such a nice touch;
- pre and post workout nutrition is on point - whether you want an energy drink, a protein shake (Core Power Elite for the win!) or actual food, they’ve got it all;
- plenty of parking;
- relaxation suite with massage beds and massage guns - didn’t get to try but looked awesome!
- staff and member friendliness can’t be beat.

Truly wish we lived in the area so I could join full time - hopefully one day! Hope to come back next summer and visit them again!

I just signed up for a membership on June 27, 2025. The staff was very helpful, and took a pause in their lunch to offer a tour and sign me up. The facility is large and clean with a great variety of pinned, free weight, and cardio machines. 2 massage chairs, 2 water jet massage tables, tanning, and sauna. I have been going late at night (11pm), but I was told its pretty busy during peak hours. The membership fee is cheaper than any other gyms I've been a member of.

Pros: Well kept up gym. Staff is friendly. Very clean. Not an iron and rust kind of gym, so if you want more relaxed, this is a good spot

Cons(for me): Gym is a pretty tight spaced. They have a little of everything, but will definitely be some waiting on busy days. Not a power lifting gym by any means. The music was late 90/early 2000s pop, so bring headphones if that's not your thing.

I had the highest membership at another location that allowed me to bring guests and the membership said it was accepted at all locations. In addition, on the key ring card it says “membership privileges honored at all locations”. However, when I went to this location they forced me to pay for a guest. I explained my membership but the two women working the front said they don’t accept it at that location. They gave me some run around that since my location had closed, they wouldn’t honor it. Seems like a money grab at this location and I won’t ever return, nor will my guest.

I can't recommend Thomas enough as a personal trainer. He listened carefully to my goals and limitations and designed a workout program that was both challenging and achievable. IMPRESSIVE! I'm really not one for writing reviews but I will when an experience is EXTRAORDINARY! It’s a very well kept gym with a lot of options. Light and bright too. Would love to see the tanning and red light therapy available after work. It’s basically only available during work hours, so if you’re paying for it, you will only get access on weekends. Would also like to see overhead fans added as well. It gets pretty warm in there. Overall it’s good. Not my favorite cardio equipment line, so I never use anything other than a treadmill. For the price, it’s a good deal.

Great small gym. I personally don’t love large gyms so this is perfect for me. They have an infrared sauna, hydro massage, theraguns and of course a ton of cardio and strength equipment. The owner is an athletic trainer. Super knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The new gym opened up down the street from my shop so I decided to visit. I was blown away! From the amenities to the equipment, it was all on point. Cancelled my old gym membership and joined that night.

So after a few solid months at the gym I continue to be impressed. I have gotten to know the staff and they are awesome ppl. They take care of the gym and everyone walking into the gym. Love the place.

Best gym in Franklin by far!
It's always clean & well maintained + has an incredible staff that know how to positively impact your workout experience. Very welcoming/comfortable atmosphere so it's a great place to either start your workout journey or continue it, highly recommend!
