Was a good gym to work out until they started charging me twice a month, late fees too. I tried to cancel, multiple times, but no one could find my account ,but made sure they still found my card to charge it. I Asked to use the tanning bed, dude said he don't know how to turn it on and couldn't answer any of my questions, asked the female worker for tanning goggles, she turns away mid asking and says "you need to find someone else to help you" if I could give 0 stars, I would.

I use to train there. Late at night. I'm a competing Powerlifter with IPA World and Tenn State Records. OpenPowerlifting.org ranks me #1 2025 raw/wraps Masters 70-74 242lb with a 330 Bench Press. Loved the training equipment at 7/24 but dealing with the late night juvenile delinquents ruined it. Seems after 9pm there's no Management and in the Summer months it seemed gym was/is over run with non-members allowed in by members. Boom Boxes brought in that could be heard out side. I talked to management and they were ok with it. So it was time to move on. I still was charged another month. Since I've move to another gym many 24/7 members have talked to me saying it's gone from bad to worse. So Good Luck
As for me I'll hit a 350 bench this Summer in Competition.

Decent gym overall but crazy how bad the charges are, signed up for $30 a month, withing 3 months I’ve paid over $300! I have gotten charged “club fees” every month since I started and I cancelled last month due to management not taking care of the over charges and even after all that I was still charged another month even after I cancelled, I cancelled on the 3rd and they charged me on the 5th of the next month. Wouldn’t say this gyms worth $100/mo and due to terrible management I wouldn’t recommend.

I went by this location 12/14/24 to see about paying for my son's membership as a Christmas present. When I walked in there was nobody at the front desk which wasn't a huge deal but after waiting for a while, nobody came back. I've been told that they do personal training so maybe they were busy. I called the main number and the line rang and rang inside the gym with no answer. At this point I didn't know what was going on, or even how to get assistance, so noticing the cards on the desk I grabbed the card for the GM Cody and left a voicemail for a return call. We'll it's 12/25 and I'm still waiting on that call back to find out how to give them my money. No need to call now, we spent that money elsewhere. Just a frustrating experience all the way around.

This place is like a used car lot with weights. The sales team is as dirty as the locker rooms. Whatever you do, don’t share bank account numbers. You’ll never get the membership cancelled.

The towel dispenser in the rest room has been broken for months. The urinals have the same trash in them as last week. And the water filter has been flashing the change alert since the summer, they covered it with a home-made printed label, but it still flashes red. I won’t mention the showers. Ugh.

I joined about 2 weeks ago and this is the first gym I've ever joined. Not being familiar with a gym or it's equipment I signed up with a personal trainor, Justin Karsten. I was a little nervous starting out but he throughly walks me thru each workout and explains fully. He also takes it a step further by answering any questions about proper nutrition. And providing any help or answers to questions even out of the regular scheduled workout times. The whole staff is extremely friendly, helpful, encouraging and always supportive. And what's awesome is how the staff are also very positive about their coworkers even when they aren't around to hear it. It's a wonderful gym I highly recommend!

My advice is DON'T join this gym until they get a new GM! He doesn't know how to be a general manager at all! The equipment is never fixed. The exercise bands have been tied back together and not replaced so how safe is that for the customers! They cover the water filter with stickers so you can't see that it hasn't been changed. This place definitely needs to be ran by someone who knows what their doing. Plus, I've heard him talk to the employees and he's so unprofessional and that's why good employees don't stay here. Also, The only time this place seems to be clean is on the weekends so at least one employee is doing their job.

I have enjoy working with Justin Karsten personally trainer both physically and mentally to improve my health. He has help me establish a work out routine. He has also helped me develop a new menu for nutrition. The facility has state of art equipment to meet the needs of established patron or newbies . The gym was clean and staff friendly, but then I went to cancel my membership to go to another gym. I cancelled with the manager and was told that I could not use the gym anymore even though I was still paid up for the next 4 weeks. Four weeks later I was charged another months membership fee (that I could not use), so I went to my bank and stopped the auto withdrawal. Fast forward to six months later and they tell me my membership was "frozen" for 3 months and now I owe them + late fees. I finally went into the gym and had them cancel my membership (again). Now they have sent it to collections. After 40+ years of being a member of multiple cooperate gyms, this is my first bad experience, be better Workout Anytime.

Wow!! Reading some of these reviews makes me ill!!! First off let me say this.....I have never been to a gym in my life and I am 51 years old. 3 weeks ago I decided to join the gym to better myself and let me just say this.....Tracie the receptionist at the Greeneville location has to be the sweetest, most caring person I have met. Everyday that I go in to workout she always has a smile on her face, greets you with a hello and always tells you goodbye and have a wonderful evening. She is always up walking around the gym cleaning, wiping down equipment and even will stop and speak to you if you are working on a machine. In the 3 weeks that I have been there I have never heard her be rude to anyone. Tracie keep your head high and don't let anyone dull your shine!! Also, just throw this out there for you.....I haven't met not one single rude employee at this gym. Keep up the great work guys!!! I'm totally loving the gym!!!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful from day 1. I go super early before work and there are never over 15 people. They usually start in more around 6:30am. Super clean! I canceled my membership on the thirteenth of this month and payed the cancelation fee in cash. They took eighty eight dollars out of my banking account on the eleventh of the month. I should have been given a refund for that money but they never even offered me anything. I had heard that they still took money out of your account after you canceled. I didn't believe it but now I do. They are not honest. I heard back from the owner wanting to resolve this issue. He wanted a phone number to discuss this with me so I gave him the number and haven't heard anything back from him. I wasn't expecting to since my cousin died last year and even though they were told that she was dead they still took out the membership from her account. They are not even close to being honest. The staff member told .e when I canceled mine that they wouldn't be taking money out of my account but as I found out that was another lie they tell

I definitely like this gym more than the Y. The best
part is that it's 24/7. I love being able to swing by
after work instead of having to getting up early.
Equipment seems to be well maintained and the
employees are very friendly. My only gripe, and it's a
small gripe, is that the music is entirely too loud.
Even with my noise canceling headphones I can still
hear it. And it makes it almost impossible to have a
conversation. Other than that I entirely recommend

Originally posted 11/18/2020. Rating this a 1 until Workout Anytime can add WINDOW TINT to this area of the gym. When the sunrises it makes it very UNSAFE for about 1 hour to workout due to this glaring sun coming into the gym.

Also, if WORKOUT ANYTIME could get an extra set of dumbbells in the >20lbs range that would be super beneficial, these are always highly used with low availability!!

This gym is amazing 100/10 out of everything gym is clean and employees are friendly and nice and outgoing always helping members out and PT Staff are friendly as well and they always help and motivate people to reach their goal, gym is outstanding!! 100 percent would recommend to everyone in greeneville
