Earned my respect. Door wasn't working so I had to get a day pass at UFC gym. Called to see if they would reimburse me. They said they would within 3-5 business days. Clayton and the manager (didn't get their name) were extremely helpful during the process.

As for the gym itself, couldn't complain. They have what I need, usually not too busy when I go, and are 24 hours.

I love this location and have been coming here for about 5 years. I live in Gallatin, and even though there is a WOA just 3 minutes from me, I choose to drive to Hendersonville specifically because of the space, options and cleanliness. The only reason I cant give 5 stars, is because the after hours scanner at the front door never works. I can only work out after hours and can never get in, as well as other members. This has been brought up before, but the scanner has only gotten worse. Please fix the after hours access scanner, and I would gladly move to 5 stars.

I recently left a negative review regarding workout anytime hendersonville. In the past i found this location unwelcoming at times, however upon returning I have had very positive and welcoming experiences with multiple members of the current staff at this location.
I have had issues with gym members in the past, and the most recent prompted me to leave that negative review, however it was unfair of me to hold past experiences and negative interactions with members against the current members of the staff at this location. My recent experiences have completely changed my mind and i apologize for what i said, this is a good gym.

Honestly I’ve let a lot of stuff slide here with slightly disrespectful interactions with their staff idk if it’s because they hire nothing but teens but I ignored a lot when it to requesting things because the staff is having chats with their friends so much that I’ve walked in several times scanned in and never received a greeting or anything because they were talking to their friends and today I requested the sauna they said someone was in there till 11 it was around 1030-1040 so I said ok I’ll wait no biggie so I sat down at the tables right in front of their desk where all three workers were sitting and talking to each other when it hit 11 I asked them is the sauna available now at the same time someone else did next thing they tell me is that there’s a list you write your name down to get in line for the sauna so not only if I wanted to still use it I would have to wait after the first person on the list then the person who requested it and in those 20-30 minutes where I was waiting none of them said a single thing to me about a list or anything and it wasn’t a case of they weren’t paying attention I made eye contact with each one several times so they knew I was there

You can only cancel in person, they just charged me my monthly fee yesterday and I went to cancel today to learn you have to pay the whole fee again just to cancel, I pay for 2 memberships, I just lost $80. To add insult to injury they even have a box to check why you’re canceling and an option for “I can’t afford it” yet they make you pay anyways. Honestly I only chose this gym because it was close, I really never felt like I got a full workout because of the lack of some equipment I needed. Staff is nice and the gym is clean but charging someone a full fee to cancel and not being able to do it online or over the phone to make it harder feels slimey. And it doesn’t even end there, you go in person to cancel and then they give you a card to go online anyways. Absolutely not user friendly and feels like a lot of work to stop you from canceling.

I left another gym in the area, closer to my house, to join WOA Hendersonville because of the cleanliness and kindness of the staff. The gym is family owned and the owners are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. After only 6 months of working out here, I feel like I belong to a community. I love this gym! It's family owned, clean, well maintenanced, and open 24/7 for members. It has every piece of workout equipment that anyone could ask for and is never too busy that you'd have to wait to use something. Overall great vibes in this place and after being to all of the big chain gyms (Crunch, Planet Fitness, etc) I much prefer the energy of this place. I cannot stress it enough, this IS the gym for you!

Where do I even start oh my goodness. Workout Anytime has been the most amazing gym for me to start my fitness journey and the first gym I’ve loved since moving across country. The staff are great, the environment is so welcoming, the equipment is up to date (and they have all kinds of it!!!), they have a plethora of wellness equipment to use during staffed hours (which has helped me recover so much better!), and they have the most amazing Assistant Manager, Ella! She has been the friendliest face at the gym every time I come in, she makes hilarious videos for social media (and makes how-to videos for workouts) and will literally help you with anything you need at the gym. There’s so many good things I could say about her and Workout Anytime Hendersonville, it’s the best gym I’ve been a member of!

I have 3 children that have joined this location and they absolutely love it.

We left another gym (Hint: color purple) and Workout Anytime has so much more to offer as far as weight and strength training as well as just a great atmosphere.

So now the negative.... During the Tornado repairs we tried both the Hermitage as well as the Gallatin locations and I have to say that my children really missed the quality of the Hendersonville location, We are just glad that the repairs were ahead of schedule as Hendersonville is THEIR favorite gym.

I love this gym! I started my fitness journey with Gold’s Gym 3 years ago and I wish I would have started here. The environment is very welcoming, the staff is friendly, and no gym weirdos lol. I’ve been going here for about a year and I haven’t had one weird or disrespectful interaction. When I was a member of Gold’s, the environment was disgusting. Nobody wiped down equipment and it was grimy. You always see members of the gym wiping down equipment after they are done and staff keeping things tidy! A lot of people are afraid to start a fitness journey because the environment can be intimidating. You won’t have that problem here. I’ve been a member of a few gyms and this is by far the best! You guys are going an amazing job. I drive a long way to come here because I feel so comfortable. My only complaint is that you guys don’t offer childcare. I would be willing to pay more if you guys offered that lol. It would make things super convenient. Just an idea!

Signed up for this gym Jan 2023 as most do for a resolution. It's now Aug 2023, and sad to be saying goodbye as I'm moving out of the country. The very first day I walked in and requested a tour of the gym, they were so friendly and welcoming, I knew I found my gym.
The place is always super clean and the employees are always keeping busy. I feel safe every time I work out, and I'm so bummed out I have to leave.
It's not a huge gym, but there's literally everything (or alternatives) you need for weightlifting. They don't have group classes, but I wasn't looking for that, so not a con for me.

24/7 - I have really enjoyed this gym. I have been to many gyms, and always deal with the frustrations of Holiday hours and early closings on the weekends. WOA allows me to travel for work, and stay connected with a gym, at anytime. Very clean, affordable, great HydroMassage beds, and the stand-up tanning beds are a plus.

I absolutely LOVE this gym. I’ve been a regular member for a year and go several times a week.

Pros
- VERY clean and well maintained
- members are friendly and isn’t overly crowded
- whenever equipment starts to crack, they replace it
- lots of fun challenges and activities for members to participate in
- good variety of strength and cardio equipment
- it’s open 24/7 but only staffed sometimes! This was REALLY important to me and honestly one of the main reasons I chose this gym initially. I want access anytime but hate the idea of staff having to wake up at 2am or working holidays. It seems like the staff work reasonable hours, and are treated well.
- active social media with workout tips and tricks
- Veteran and locally owned. You also see the owners and managers often and the staff work out here too

Cons
- this isn’t a gym that has group classes like yoga or cycling but I honestly haven’t missed that
- there’s a lot of TVs but every once in a while I get stuck on the treadmill in front of Fox News (there’s only one tv with Fox but no way to change it when staff aren’t there). That said, I’m sure other people would find that a pro of this gym so to each his/her own

Overall, I couldn’t recommend this gym enough. If you choose to workout here you won’t be disappointed

I have been going here about 16 months. This is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. Staff is always really nice and there to answer any questions. They are all really personable as well! Equipment is always running perfect. You will often see staff wiping everything down and keeping maintenance on the equipment. I sincerely enjoy this place and I'm really happy we found a home here!

THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!! I moved to Madison a year and a half ago and hadn’t been in the gym very consistently like I should have but found Hendersonville's Workout anytime and I have absolutely fallen in love with the place. The staff is always very friendly and they run a tight ship, it’s always nice and clean and they make sure that it’s a safe environment to get a good workout in. I’d like to add that the staff really cares about your progress and they like to create fun and exciting incentives to get there members to do other workouts that they may have never done before or that they might not considered without the push from the staff. The fact that you can go when ever you want makes it easy to work around any work schedule and the price is fair and worth every penny. Since starting at this gym, I’m much more inclined to get up and get at it. I’ve seen huge results and would recommend “Workout anytime” to anyone I meet!

This is my happy place. I chose this gym as it was close to home, (Hendersonville) but also veteran owned and operated. I was absolutely terrified to start my gym journey (May 10th, 2021) but the staff and community there were super welcoming and encouraging. I stayed and here I am almost a year later with a ton of gains and a place I consider my second home. I can't think of one staff member that isn't amazing, it's always SUPER clean and it's open 24/7. They also have phenomenal social media engagement with their members. You can't get much better and it's my gym for life. 20/10 would recommend.

What can I say about this location that hasn’t already been said? My wife and I joined a few weeks after it opened and I have to say, we had our doubts about going to a gym of this size. We were wrong. This location has everything we need for all our lifting needs.
But the best part of Workout Anytime-Hendersonville is the staff. It all starts with Keith. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and at home. The staff is very friendly, and it’s because of his leadership! Not only are they friendly, but they are also personable and outgoing. They post fun videos to social media and actively engage with the members.
I could say many more positive things, but long story short, if you are looking for a quality gym with fun, friendly staff, look no further than Workout Anytime-Hendersonville!

Great little gym. 24 hours is always a plus. Owners care about the cleanliness and functionality of the locker rooms and equipment and have built a pretty cool little community.

Equipment has been added as they get new members, which is great as it shows they're always looking to improve.

Only complaints are that it is a little small, kettlebells only go up to 35lb,med ball is only 14 lb, and there are only two squat racks that often have people doing curls or rows in them (the second part is not the gym's fault.... )very goasld to support this veteran owned local business.

Wanting to report a bad business practice after not canceling membership. After a couple months of not going, my wife and I canceled credit card instead of canceling membership. The gym kept accumulating missed payments instead of canceling our membership, and then reported us to the collection agency. After 4.5 months of accumulating these bills, the collection agency reported our missed payments to credit agencies.

I went to the gym to see if we could nullify these charges as we had not used the facilities, even a couple months before canceling the credit card, and they would not cancel the bill. The manager did waive the late fees and saved us quite a bit, but still had to pay $195. Only reason we paid was to get collection agency off our back and hopefully not hurt our credit more

I think it's terrible that they didn't cancel membership automatically after we missed 1 month of payments, especially since we had no activity of going in to the gym even months prior. They already made off good that we were paying and didn't go in for a couple months, but then they also collected on months of no payments, of which we definitely didn't go in during that time.

I’ve been a member of Workout Anytime in Cookeville, TN for the past 2 years. I loved that gym while going to college up there! I had the premium membership there, which allowed me to bring a friend at anytime during staffed hours. My membership also allows me to use any Workout Anytime location. About 6 months ago, I moved back home to Hendersonville after graduation. I’ve been going to WOA Hendersonville’s gym, continuing to bring a friend with me, for months now. I went in there today, and they told me that their location doesn’t honor the “bring a friend” feature that Cookeville has. I was extremely disappointed in how Hendersonville’s manager handled the situation. He wasn’t concerned with resolving the situation. He came off as very arrogant with his demeanor. I put Hendersonville’s manager on the phone with Cookeville’s to handle the situation, and he had the same rude attitude with her as well. I wish that I still lived in Cookeville, because their staff’s level of professionalism is held to a much higher standard there. Needless to say, I will not continue to be paying for a membership at a gym where I’m not valued. There are many other local gyms around here that honor Workout Anytime Cookeville’s deal. You can find me there! Edit to add: Just do a simple Google search of WOA’s Hendersonville manager. You will see mugshots attached. It is alarming to me that they’d hire someone at this Hendersonville location with an arrest record like that.

Clean, well maintained equipment, professional and friendly staff. Each staff member seems to go out of their way to create a welcoming fitness focus environment. The Spiritual Vitamins reminds me of the YMCA without the cost. As a Christian, those little pieces of paper are a gentle reminder of God's promises when things may be challenging. I have always discouraged my girlfriend from going to 24 hours gyms until I joined WAH. I particularly like the fact that there is an emergency panic button that automatically notifies the police and medical. Moreover, this gym has invested in a Diffibulator just in case a member ever were to need it.Lastly, I have been burned by gym memberships where's it is next to impossible to cancel. WAH doesn't ask for a certified mail or anything like that, if you want to cancel just let them know. If I had one suggestion it might be to add a clock near the treadmills. Otherwise everything is perfect!

When I first went to Workout Anytime Hendersonville, I really just wanted a gym close to home. Very quickly, this gym became my home. The facility itself is very clean, and the staff has taken great measures to ensure safety (COVID and otherwise). The equipment is diverse and they offer several types of classes for all experience levels. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The CPTs and Nutritionists are very knowledgeable and help you establish and exceed your goals. The operators and owners are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. This place blows every other gym in Hendersonville out of the water.

We toured a few gyms in the area before choosing WOA of Hendersonville. It is hands down the best in town! New equipment, super friendly staff, always clean, and not overpriced either. Great place to workout! Definitely recommend 👍🏻

Workout Anytime in Hendersonville is by far the best gym I have ever been a part of. The manager, Keith and the rest of the staff strive daily to make this a place that members are comfortable at. WOA is a home away from home for me with as much time as I spend there. Not only is the staff great but so are the members. I always see seasoned gym goers helping and giving direction and guidance to members who are new to the gym or who are new to working out at all.

All of the members carry towels and spray sanitizer to wipe down the equipment after each use which is a big deal to help cut down on spreading sickness of any type. It’s definitely the cleanest gym I have ever been to. This gym is unique because it caters to all aspects of fitness from first time gym goers to members training for fitness competitions.

This is the most well managed gym I have ever been a member of! Keith, Corbin, Jeff, Ella, and all of the other staff do an excellent job keeping this facility above and beyond any other gym in the area.

Cleanliness is a huge factor right now and this gym is ALWAYS spotless. I also love the family atmosphere this gym has. Daily I see seasoned gym goers helping out people that are new to working out and I love that!

Fantastic gym!! Has everything you would want/need with a staff who genuinely cares about their members! The gym is always clean and weights re-racked. They have taken great measures during COVID to keep their members safe. I often come during non-staffed hours and have always felt completely safe! Love this gym!!

Hands down the best gym in Hendersonville. After trying multiple Hendersonville gyms and even driving to east nashville for one I have found a gym to call home at workout anytime Hendersonville. The cleanliness of this gym exceeds any and all expectations and I expect it would be that way with or without Covid-19. The staff is extremely friendly, and constantly cleaning throughout the day. The gym has a great family atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome no matter what their goals are. 15 out of 10 would highly recommend!

The BEST GYM EVER!

If you are looking for a gym in the greater Nashville area, this place is the best. Out of all of the gyms I have been to, WOA Hendersonville is the cleanest, friendliest, and most encouraging place to be. I never felt completely comfortable or confident in the gym until I made the switch to WOA Hendersonville.

Best gym I have ever been to before in my life. It is literally the best cost per quality ratio from a gym you can get. I have been to many gyms around the middle Tennessee area and have not been to one like Workout Anytime. I currently have a membership which allows me to go to both gym locations in my town and bring a guest whenever I want. I have never been hit with a hidden fee nor have had an issue with this gym before. The staff are great always friendly and available to help. Best gym for new gym goers going into the next year. Oh and my god they are cleaner than planet fitness which is amazing for any gym to actually maintain a clean facility year round.

A member in PCB Florida visiting family here. Members at your gym told me to come workout at your facility when I was in town. In before staffed hours but a really nice gym. Has everything and was spotless, weights were in their places and everyone was wiping the equipment down after use. A self managed facility with great members I could tell.

I have worked out at several gyms over the years. Workout Anytime Hendersonville/Gallatin is by far the best gym experience you will find. This place is Top Notch. Great Equipment mostly plate loaded which I love. Staff is great always in a good mood and honestly Happy to see me every time that I come in. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a good place to workout and get fit. The best thing about this gym for me is that it's Veteran Owned and I for one will always support a fellow Vet. This is not a Big Box chain gym. The owner is easy to reach if need be. OMG. the space in this gym is unreal!!!!
I am a member of workout anytime and I usually go to my home gym (gallatin). I recently visited WOAH and it impressed me so much! both gyms are clean, well staffed, well managed, etc.
WOAH has a few more options when it comes to equipment, loved trying them out. The staff at both gyms will make sure to provide you a clean and welcoming gym as you come in. I always feel at home and safe in here and i have made many friends along the way! I DEFINITELY would recommend this gym to anyone and i will definitely be doing a heavy visits to both gallatin and hendersonville because they are both equally as wonderful!

Out of all the gym facilities I’ve been at, this location has been the best. The staff are extremely welcoming, personable, and attentive. The facility itself has a great variety of equipment; some I’m familiar with and some I’ve learned to use with the help of the staff and their helpful tips posted on their social media platforms. Great gym! Very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and cares about my fitness goals. I used to drive to their Gallatin location because after seeing the equipment available and how much effort the staff put in to give me a great workout in a clean environment I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else. I've never been more happy to belong to a gym. The staff is super friendly and always working to keep the gym clean. The manager is one of the best people I've ever met.
