All the people that work at the gym do an awesome job. They are friendly and kind and keep the gym spotless. Trainer Forest Potts is the best. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Forest Potts as a trainer. Lawrencburg is so blessed to have him working here at 24/7. I want to recognize Regina. She is very a dedicated team member in Lawrenceburg. On the stair climber and it’s great all the team members are polite and friendly and helpful all the workout machines you could ever need! Clean environment and machines. Bathroom and locker rooms and magnificent. Tanning beds and stand up tanning bed works great and clean: as well as the massage chair after a good workout to relax. So if you’re not a member or looking for a gym to join Workout Anytime is the one to join. I would recommend them a 10/10 GREAT come join us an become part of our family

I would like to do an update. I wrote a review a couple weeks ago on the cleanliness of the gym during flu season. They have absolutely stepped up and the facility spotless. Every time I go to the gym all employees are cleaning non stop. I recommend this gym for anyone. Friendly helpful staff and very clean facility!!

Best gym in town! Great equipment and great staff. I practically live at this gym and have never had an issue with anyone or anything in the past few years.

My only gripe is the lack of a good sauna, the chair/box is uncomfortable and just not what most look for in a sauna.

So overall I rate this gym 9.5 / 10… update the sauna and it would be top notch 💯

I have been at this gym for three weeks. It is flu and strep season in this town. When I asked if they could put a sign on the entrance door reminding people to wipe down the equipment I was told by the clueless young lady working there that I should wipe all the equipment down when I arrived. She told me this as she and another employee were sitting playing on their phones as if it’s social hour and this is not her job!! Cleanliness is not a priority her be careful!!

I’ll give this place at one stars due to the fact that they have people letting other people that don’t have a membership into the gym and that could be unsafe. I’ve been watching this happen for days now. I guess no one’s looking at them cams (summer town construction crew ) I’m going to cancel my membership a have someone open the door for me so I can workout for free as well

Having a pleasant workout till the hard core ozzy started playing. And I thought ,"Why am I here?" So I left. Nice gym nice people nice equipment. But you will have heavy metal forced down your throat. Hope you are hungry. Earphones won't help. It's loud.

I am a new mother, I came to the gym today, November 2nd. I had my baby in a wrap sling and was walking on the treadmill.

An associate came up to me after I was working out for 35 mins already and told me I had to leave.

They do not allow babies in the gym or anyone under 12 years old.

I have never been to a gym that does not support mother's and especially new mothers. I will NOT support an establishment like that!

I was on the treadmill and my baby was asleep. I am lucky I came here with my fiance but I feel embarrassed and unsupported by this community gym.

EDIT- per their reply. There are no signs up stating any age restrictions. Why is there not someone on staff 24/7 if there is this many restrictions considering there have been other children in the gym when there is no staff around? Just saying. There are family friendly gyms out there and this is definitely not one of them.

I just signed up with them two days ago I haven't been to a gym since we moved up to Tennessee from Florida 5 years ago from all the gyms I've had membership with and I've had many I've worked out almost all my life I bought me a Bowflex as soon as I moved up here so I could work out at home we recently moved from Pulaski to ethridge so we don't have room now for the Bowflex it's sitting in the shed but I really love this gym it's very clean and has all the equipment that I need I use just machine weights now that im 53 because of my joints and tendons can't handle free weights any longer so at times there is a short wait for some machines but it isnt a long wait the staff there is very friendly and helpful im gonna update my membership from the basic to the premium so I can get what all the gym has to offer luckily I get my membership free because I'm on the silver sneakers program that is offered to us if your on Medicare im on disability so this program is offered to me free so I'm definitely gonna take advantage of a free gym membership out of all the gyms in the Lawrenceburg area this is by far the best one and the only one that is open 24 hrs a day so you can't beat this gym I'm definitely loving it so far and I am gonna continue and go it's the best stress and anxiety reliever by far

I have been doing personal training with Kinley going on 3 months now and she is great. I’m new to lifting and she has taught me a lot in a short amount of time. She is also very helpful and patient with me. She works with my weird work schedule too and it is very appreciated. The gym is also very clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s a good gym, especially for beginners. Good equipment selection, not too busy at the times I go, and I always feel like I’m working out in a chill space. Price is great of course, and having a membership gives you access to any other location.

I really liked it it was clean the bathrooms were clean I love their massage chair in the back it's quite it's got curtains that closes the room so you can kind of be to yourself I like the workout equipment and I enjoy going to the tanning bed up there I really like it I would suggest everybody go and at least try it out. The only thing that I really don't like about it now is you can't go and lay in a tanning bed on Saturday or Sunday and I kind of don't like that because that's what you want to do on the weekend when you're not working I think..
