The guy running this place is very rude. I pay for a premium membership that allows for one guest to join me each visit for free and have used this many times. But apparently this only is applicable to the particular Workout Anytime that I originally signed up with, not other locations. It's a shame all I can do is write a bad review and they can do whatever they want and not honor what I pay for.

I wouldn't have originally purchased the premium membership if I had known it couldn't be used in other spots nearby because I have no other use for the premium instead of the cheaper basic option.

He said he would call the cops if I didn't pay again for what I already pay for monthly. Unbelievable.

Workout Anytime Sevierville , had It's Grand Opening last Weekend , and As You can See It Is Absolutely Stunning !!! Went in one night either my brother, who has always been my “guest” when I go to the gym with him. And the other night when we went in together, the man at the front desk stopped us and said he NEEDED to pay $10 for a day pass, which is ridiculous because in the Jefferson City workout anything it’s fine and I just sign him in as a guest and the same was done here for a while, until the other night and we were both livid, crazy switch ups

After realizing that the new location was not going to work for me, I tried numerous times by phone, email, website/app to cancel my month to month membership before anything accrued. They try to charge an additional three months to cancel which was never discussed. Now, it has been sent to collections and apparently is still not cancelled. Absolute scam!

Went to workout after getting a "free" 3 day pass after inquiring online. High pressure after first workout to get a "refunfable" membership. When I told them that I would make decision after 2 more workouts on my "free" 3 day pass I was told that would be $20 dollars ($10 per workout). He said this was a bargain since I should have been charged $15 for my first workout.

Equipment was nice and well maintained loved the treadmills. Have everything you need for most gym goers. I train from strongman they didn't have any equipment for that ,but that's ok I was only in town for a week so I switched training to more of a powerlifting style and made due.

Great gym. The weak entry was very reasonable. I’m a 4 am guy so no staff but everyone was very friendly when I signed up. The gym was clean everyone wore clean gym shoes so no rock and stuff on the floor. Plenty of room and equipment.

We joined for 3 months as we are here doing a campground job. We are members of Planet Fitness, but the closest one is in Knoxville. This gym pales in comparison to Planet Fitness. Equipment is old and worn out, seats are wobbly on much of the machines and dirty. No signs that say wipe machines after use, and upon watching after people get off, they don't. Men's locker room is not clean, floor is dirty and only one bench to use. Not enough machines and people on their phones in between reps so you have to wait. Nothing posted about this either. Website says you can come for free trial, but this is not applicable here. And sauna cost 10.00 for each use? Come on...at least let those that are paying over 30.00 a month use sauna for free.
Very disappointed and would not recommend this gym.
Visited on a Sunday. No staff. Place was filthy. Trash overflowing. Massage chair and bed out of order. Ridiculous.

Decent gym. They just moved and the new location is better than the old one. It's clean, fairly large, and has a decent amount of equipment.
The building is a sweat box. Their air conditioning does not come close to keeping up.
They also don't really have enough dumbells. A 15 minute wait for the weight you need is not uncommon.
Worst is the parking. The spots are small and cramped, and there aren't nearly enough. I've shown up before and left because every space in the lot is taken.
Overall, I would recommend this gym, but only because of the convenient location.

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for years. I cancelled that membership because I never went due to traffic on 66. I went to Workout Anytime to check it out and was totally impressed. Much bigger and layed out more conveniently to what I use. I was happy to see actual locker rooms with lockers to change and store things rather than having to change in a bathroom. Overall very happy with my choice to join Workout Anytime.

0 stars! I came into this establishment to renew my membership and ms JOY(store manager)decided to steal 279 dollars off my cc! I asked JOY to renew my 1 month membership for 49 dollars. Instead she charged me for a whole year at 279 dollars. But JOY told me that due to their “system” not working properly the charge didn’t go through. I believed her. Why lie right? So I had her put the correct membership and n at 1 month and she assured me to try again. So I did then my cc declined. Thank god I didn’t have a larger card on me and only a smaller one or id not found out about their theft till my monthly statement. So I called capitol one, you know largest cc company on earth, and sure enough JOYs initial charge had gone through for the 279 dollars year. When I asked joy about it she told me capitol one are liars, lol😅😅😅. Then workout anytime’s finance company told me capitol one are liars lol. So I go outside to finish call with my cc company cuz couldn’t hear well inside building and by time I got back inside JOY called the cops on me and tried to have me arrested! To their credit once they knew their scam had been caught they gave me all my cash back, but then then owner CHRIS started harassing me via phone saying I needed to return the money they gave me for stealing from me!!😅😅😅. Even after I continually showed him the recites his company and capitol one gave me. Threatening me with collection agency’s. Unreal. So if you wanna be made a criminal, have your credit score dinged, and your money stolen from you go on down to workout anytime and speak to JOY or the owner Chris and they’ll gladly rob you blind. I have recordings of my treatment in their store to prove all this. Also have our entire conversation recorded for transparency I can post here for all to see just how horrid this company and people here are!!!

Guy accused son of stealing paper towels and threw him out. He's been going here for a year and always takes 2 paper towels and wraps his glasses in, and then uses them to wipe down tanning booth. He did this every day with no problem. We'll today, Nov 8th 2024 guy decides to call him thief and tells him to leave and not come back. I'll be going in tomorrow to cancel membership and to get refunded tanning fees!! And I'll be telling everyone I know about this !!

I have been going to this Gym for a few years now and it has been excellent. A good variety of equipment as well as a very clean Gym. This facility has weights, cable pulls, cardio machines and showers. Workout Anytime is constantly open to members and made it convenient for me to get a workout in around my odd working hours at a reasonable price.

Don’t go to this gym the company will lie and scam you out of money, I got the membership and used it for not even a whole month and that was back early last year and than I moved back to Morristown and decided I didn’t need it so I called and canceled it by talking to the lady at the front and today I get a call from a collections agency wanting almost 600 dollars even tho I paid 50 for my first month before leaving this review I tried calling and talking to them but the owner is saying that I have to pay 3 months and than he will take it off even tho I only used it for one month and paid for it upfront. Don’t waste your time at this gym go to Sevierville community center or if your looking for a full gym that has much nicer staff, better equipment, and just a better gym all the way around go to planet fitness.

Great deal on a 3 day pass. All locals it seems in mid morning shift. Gal at desk nice and low key, answers my dumb questions. Treadmills deluxe, bikes. Machines are new and work well and clean as is whole place. Cleaner on site works very hard and takes pride in it. Lifting area solid with usual guys that think they are something they are not so normal. No room for stretch or Isometrics. Have med balls and such but really would be clutter to use. Overall couldn't be better for travel gym. Tourist location big time with the locals I do like that. Be back if went back

I read the various reviews about this workout anytime before coming here. I either read 5 star reviews about how amazing it was or 1 star reviews about how bad it was. The 1 star reviews talked about having to pay a fee to use the gym for one day or how the gym was crowded with machinery. Idk about the one day fee accessibility, but I know that this is standard for all workout anytime locations, which I have used for years.

Is the machine crowded with machinery? Not really. Does it have a lot of machinery? Yes. Can you move around well? Yes. Is it more crowded than your own at home gym that you may be used to if you're visiting? Yes.

Does it have machinery that I haven't seen at other workout anytimes? Yes. Was the ReAct machine working the last two times I've been there in the last couple of weeks? No. Why? Because the floor outlet needs to be replaced I was told, so I haven't gotten to use it yet. I have gotten to use their full body massage chair and a few glute machines that I'm not used to. I also got to use a different rowing machine. Pictures are attached.

All in all, it's a gym that, at least on the Monday nights when I've gone, where you either see local young people trying to work out to impress the girls who don't know how to use the machines in their booty clothes with a ton of makeup on, or you see the gym rats ignoring them all and going about their business. It works for my purposes. All in all, a good gym.

Oh, and they have a blood pressure cuff and oxygen sensor there for you to use if needed. Pics attached.

I visited this gym 1 time 3 years ago. I signed up for a membership but never used it so right after yhe Covid 19 shutdown I canceled the membership. This is on a savings account that I don't really use and my accountant calls today to say they have been charging me for an unused and canceled membership for the past 3 years! Surprisingly there is no Planet Fitness in the area so we stopped by here for a day pass. It was only 10$ which is much better compared to what we have seen at other gyms when there was no Planet Fitness nearby. They have a good mix of equipment for a smaller facility, will make this our spot when we are in the area.

We were in town vacationing and this gym happened to be the closest to our cabin. We messaged the page to get a week pass and the owner was professional, accomodating and great to deal with. He signed us up, made us key tags and gave us his lock box passcode so we could access the gym at any time. Even though our experience with him was great the gym itself is cluttered, dirty and just not appealing. There is a ton of equipment and cardio machines but the amount of weight plates, bands, cable attachments etc scattered everywhere is off putting. Now I will acknowledge this is more member laziness than anything however we did not see any staff members try to clean or help improve the appearance of the facility.

I was in PF last week for vacation. I arrived late on a Saturday but I wanted to workout every morning and Sunday wasn’t staffed. I went to their website and filled out a contact form. Krish contacted me within 5 minutes. Had me sign a emergency contact form and literally gave me a code to get in first thing the next morning without having to pay nothing more than the $10 visitor charge until staff came in. If you are looking for a smaller, more intimate, bodybuilding-style gym, then this place deserves no less than 5 starts. Perfect for the audience they are catering to. This place has a great vibe, incredibly clean (2 ladies cleaning the entire 2 hours I was training). I could certainly see it getting very crowded during peak hours, but if you are serious with your fitness, you avoid the social club hours anyways ;) Thank you guys for the 7 day 24/7 pass. Absolutely awful gym. Incredibly over crowded and way too much equipment for the space. The biggest issue of this place is the owner, he will track you down for $10 and ruin your entire workout. After me and my family members from out of town paid, he still harassed us and threatened to call the police if we did not pay another $10. He then followed us to our car and said “he has a high rent for the building and needs our money”. A probably 50 year old man was threatening 18 year olds into giving him money after we already paid a drop in fee. Words cannot describe how awful our experience was, and how disrespected we were as paying customers.

Review updated as I worked with the franchise owner and we resolved the misunderstanding. It’s not the Four Seasons, but I can load up a barbell and get a hard workout in so that works for me.

I really liked this gym. I travel into the area sometimes for work and after being frustrated with pricing at another local gym, I checked this one out. Great basic gym w/ solid pricing. Would recommend to anyone traveling through the area and still wanting to take care of themselves!

I really like this place. I have been to quite a few different gyms and this is definitely up there on the recommendation. All equipment is brand new and has everything you'd expect. Facility gets cleaned every day during the night, bathrooms are always sanitary and overall awesome environment to be in.

Only things that are a bit of a "turn off" for lack of better words would be the women's shower. It is always clean but the caulking on the floor from shower seems like it needs to be touched up and the shower head sprays no water in the center at all.... as a girl, this makes washing hair pretty difficult since there is a huge portion in the center that takes for ever to be rinsed out.

I go almost every day to this gym and will continue for sure!

Enjoyed the gym while in the area for a week. Sign up was easy. A few emails back and forth and a phone call got it all done. Stopped by during staffed hours to pick up a card key, though they offered to leave in the lockbox if I couldn't make it when staff was there. I felt cost was reasonable for a week. Overall nice place. A lot of equipment and weights. Can feel a bit crowded, but it wasn't really an issue. Early morning hours were less busy, but early morning workouts on vacation are hard :). If I'm back in the area in the future, I'd use this gym again.

Great gym for those on vacation in the Pigeon Forge area. It had many cardio options and an assortment of machines.

My powerlifting self would have liked to see an extra rack and bench but overall a great gym.

Best part is the staff is very responsive and helped me get an account and access without ever having to come in during staffed hours.

Will be back whenever I’m in the area again.

We visited while on vacation. The day rate is $10 at the time of this posting. The gym was very clean and I was happy to see they have a deadlift platform and even a bar jack.
