Xplosion Cheer & Tumbling is a high-energy training facility in Lyles, TN, offering cheerleading, tumbling, ninja, and gymnastics classes for kids of all ages. Our experienced and certified coaches focus on building confidence, strength, and proper technique in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're new to the sport or aiming for competitive goals, we offer classes, camps, and teams to meet every athlete’s needs, including preschool classes, recreational cheer, All-Star teams, and more.
