I planned a bachelorette weekend in Chattanooga for my sister and this was our first activity. Our instructor Alicia was phenomenal. Probably the best yoga instructor Iβve ever had.
She made us all feel welcome and comfortable in our bodies. Her instructions were clear and she provided easy and hard modifications for every move. Her use of the props were tasteful and the music was so fitting (meant to ask for her playlist haha)
The room was beautiful, all of the staff were kind and friendly. Iβm going to have to stop in for a session next time Iβm in Chatt. We had the best experience and the price was fantastic as well. Canβt recommend this place enough!

This studio was so warm and welcoming! Hannah was so sweet in ensuring I got to take the class when I called in like 30 minutes before it started. I loved her elemental class- exactly what I needed! I felt peaceful, warm, grounded and stretched out throughout and after the class. Not only the instructor, but the other yogis in the room was very friendly and kind. What a great community. I cannot wait to come back and take more classes here!

Beautiful yoga studio with wonderful teachers and staff. I felt so welcomed when I visited this yoga studio during a recent trip to Chattanooga. I visited the downtown location and both the receptionist and yoga teacher warmly welcomed me to the space. I attended a relaxing Yin and meditation class in the upstairs studio space. When I arrived the teacher had already set up a space for me with blocks, blankets, and a bolster. The studio had a nice soft floor and it was bright and warm with the shades drawn and candles flickering.
The teacher, Casey, skillfully guided us thru a beautiful class and meditation with a beautiful theme on the changing of the seasons.
I'm looking forward to visiting this studio again the next time I'm in town.

First off, I really appreciate the opportunity to do a 10-day $10 trial with the studio to see if it's the right fit, so kudos for that. I also appreciate the water bottle filling stations, multiple bathrooms, and clean facility. What I didn't like was that, unless you attend class at 6am or the middle of the workday, the class is packed so full you can't actually get in a yoga flow or do inversions because there is absolutely no space. The studio really needs to rethink how many yogis per class is optimal for everyone to enjoy the flow safely, since not everyone can take time away from work for exercise. I tried a mix of teachers and Daniel was my favorite-- the only one who I felt gave me a real workout, and I loved the core work! I would come again for his classes.

So happy to have this studio nearby. Just took a heated vinyasa with Kat. Amazing teacher! She has a wonderful energy about her. All the instructors Iβve had are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love that the classes provide hands-on assists: they feel so good.

I'm from Georgia but have been wanting to try Yoga Landing for years each time I'm in Chattanooga. I met one of their teachers Ashi back in 2021 at Get Off The Grid Fest and ever since the studio has been on my radar. This past weekend my partner and I finally got to attend two classes there. It's awesome. You can feel the vibe of a great community as soon as you walk in the door. The staff at the front desk was so kind. The 1st class on Friday (The 90 minute heated week day wind down) was phenomenal. The teacher Geena was wonderful. The building is beautiful and the rooms are all very nice. They have filtered water. The bathrooms are clean. The showers are great. They have towels, recycled bags for your clothes, and pretty much everything you need to have a great experience. If I lived in Chattanooga, this would be my home studio. We went back for a 2nd class on Saturday morning and had an equally terrific experience. Thank you so much!

Yoga Landing is my yoga home and my peaceful "coming home to myself" location for my yoga practice.
I love the variety of classes, the fabulous teachers and the beautiful downtown location. The ease of access from the new frontage road offramp system makes getting here even more convenient.
If you're looking for just the right group class, whether you're experienced or looking to start yoga for the first time, if you want to explore different yoga lineages and styles, or if you want to explore becoming a yoga teacher yourself, Yoga Landing has you covered. Yoga Landing is steeped in various yoga traditions and teachers here have years of practice behind them to share with you on your yoga journey.
I highly recommend checking out Yoga Landing, one of the longest running yoga studios and schools in our region. I know you'll feel at home from the moment you open the door to step inside.

This is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever been to. EXTREMELY clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Jessica will KICK YOUR A** but then make you feel so amazing afterwards. She really knows how to tie into the "Mind, Body, Spirit" aspect of Yoga. She will leave you constantly wanting more. If you have an opportunity to participate in her "follow the Yogi" please take it, your mind and body will be thanking you.

This is where the yoga energy is in Chattanooga. They have an upstairs and downstairs studio and nice locker rooms. I did a 75-minute hot flow class on a weekday night. Unexpectedly one of the best classes I've ever had. Started with 10 minutes of breath work, which normally I'm bored with but found tantalizing. The teacher incorporated several different methods, putting her own spin on it and using movement to superpower the work. By the time we got to the asana part of the class I was nearly overwhelmed with oxygenated energy so even if the flow had been weak I think I would have loved it. The flow was not weak! Original and challenging yet simple, it was really fun. Can't wait to get back!

It was a couple of years after moving to Chattanooga that I began taking classes at this studio, but from that point there was no going anywhere else! The space, teachers and the people that practice here make this studio truly unique and special. I have been to studios on the west coast, mid west and abroad, and Yoga Landing is truly a gem we are lucky to have in our community. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you will get a warm welcome here!

Yoga Landing is a welcoming, friendly and holistic studio that nurtures the mind, body and spirit of everyone who walks through the door. I love the variety of classes offered at yoga landing and have also enjoyed the yoga workshops I have taken at YL. Currently, I am working on completing the 500 hour teaching training program and I have been impressed at Jessica's intentionality to find teachers for our workshops from across the country who are well known leaders in the world of yoga. When I leave a class or workshop offered at YL I always feel more centered, emotionally and intellectually challenged, relaxed and refreshed.

Yoga Landing has been my yoga home almost since it first opened in its previous location. I have been able to grow and learn here in a welcoming and cozy atmosphere all while exploring various yoga traditions and pursuing educational opportunities. I completed a 200 hr and a 300 hr teacher training program under Jessica's expert guidance and feel that the training offered by Yoga Landing parallels and often even exceeds that of many esteemed and accredited in person trainings offered anywhere else. I benefit from workshops and guest teacher offerings located at Yoga Landing, something I deeply value as a lifelong learner in my own practice and as a teacher.
I love how bright and spacious Yoga Landing is, how appealing to the eye and inviting it is. I love that it is clean and organized, well stocked with props and accommodating for families. It even smells wonderful when you walk in the door. Every little detail from fresh towels to filtered water has been considered and if you can't find what you need everyone from fellow practitioners to paid and seva staff are there to make you feel at home.

Yoga Landing is a beautiful, inviting, centering space to practice and offers a wide range of class types that both new and seasoned yogis will enjoy. The teachers truly understand human anatomy and proper alignment within the poses, offering helpful cues to prevent injury and modifications that give every body the opportunity to connect movement to breath. Perhaps most importantly, Yoga Landing is an inclusive community of real people who care about what's on the inside, who show up for each other and for making the world a better place. If you come for the asanas, you'll be back for the vibes. Yoga Landing is home.

I began going to Yoga Landing only a month after moving to Chattanooga. I expected I would need to try out multiple studios in the area to see which spoke to me most, however this was not the case. I was hooked.
Not only is it the wide variety of classes being offered and the extremely knowledgeable instructors but itβs the community that makes YL truly impacting. It is the friendliness and love you feel from when you walk in the door. It is a truly special space accepting all walks of life to join through movement, breath, and meditation no matter where you are in your yoga journey.

Words truly cannot describe how much Yoga Landing (and their stellar teacher training program) has changed my life for the better. Iβve intermittently practiced yoga at wonderful studios in Asheville NC, Sarasota FL, and Atlanta, but Yoga Landing is just a step above. Yoga landing is so wonderful. The teachers are knowledgeable, confident, and attentive. I tried the 10 classes in $10 and within that time became so curious about the benefits hot yoga would have for me that I decided to commit for a yearly membership. With five or so months of going to Yoga Landing 3-4 days a week, I feel stronger and more present in my day to day than I ever have. I learn something about life every time I practice and I give the teachers a lot of that credit as they have created a very fulfilling yoga community.

While on vacation in Chattanooga this past week I checked in to Yoga Landing to take a heated Vinyasa class while my husband was cycling. The staff was warm and inviting from the start and I immediately noticed the thoughtfulness of every detail. Spotlessly clean, smooth check-in, beautiful serene restrooms with shower, bags for sweaty clothes, women's necessities, and the most thoughtful item of all, a jar of hairbands!!! Though I never leave home without at least two hairbands, I was impressed with the generosity. They have truly thought of everything.
I had such a meaningful experience that I bought a one week unlimited pass and visited everyday for the remainder of the week, taking two classes in a row on my last day. What started as a week to unplug and relax on Lookout Mountain turned into an impromptu DIY yoga retreat. The owner, Jessica, had just returned from a trip and shared a poignant thought she'd had, related to a book she'd been reading. She shared that thought in other classes during the week and turned it into a meditation in the last class I attended, bring my week full circle. It was a topic that I was meant to hear and I contemplated it, wrote about it in my journal, and am still carrying it with me.
The instructors I met were very skilled and helpful and shared a few tips that allowed me to end the week more solid in some poses I struggle with, more patient with my progress and more motivated to try new challenges. I am grateful to have been led to this generous studio and it's people. You really made a good vacation great! Thank you!

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher here and had a great experience. The teachers are very knowledgeable and kind. There are many facets and debates about yoga and how it should be taught or practiced, however, they encourage you to find your own path. A wise teacher stated in teacher training, βthis is a way, not the wayβ as he taught from his school of thought. I also had the privilege to work in the studio as a support staff. I felt nurtured and encouraged as a young aspiring teacher. I made many friends and connections that I value greatly.
