Very pleasant yoga program with many levels of learning. Instructors frequently coming away from the podium stage to assist students through the movements to obtain the accurate stance or pose. Friendly both staff and participants. Well recommended. I am only a beginner or novice in this practice.

I was a new student trying to attend my first class....tried calling the studio to let them know I was running late.. something happened and my calls didn't go through (nobody's fault, the phone signal on the roads I take aren't great). When I got there the doors were locked so I couldn't get in and it was unclear if anyone was in the building. I messaged them on socials just to ask if they had class that day...and whoever I spoke to accused me of LYING about trying to call???? It was the most unprofessional interaction...especially given that they had never even met me. Maybe I caught them on a bad day...but they accused a brand new student of lying when all they had to say was, "sorry you missed class, hope to see you next week." I feel far to unwelcome to try a class at this point.

I waited 2 months after this happened before leaving this review because I didn't want to jump the gun with my hurt feelings.

I began to learn there that Yoga is much broader than exercise. It's a vehicle to find inner self...peace..etc. Its made a huge difference.
