This is a very clean facility. People are very nice. One of their policies really go to me. I was charged when I decided to leave the club. I didn't think that was fair.

I wish I could leave no stars. I had a personal trainer for a while. Decided to cancel to free myself financially. There was a withdrawal the month after my last payment. A whole month later and I haven’t gotten my refund. I cancelled my whole membership and every thing. Guess what? Another withdrawal was made today for personal training smh. I guess I’m going to have to fight and wait weeks for this refund too???? I am beyond disappointed in this club. Now my lights may be turned off thanks to YouFit Shelby drive. This is a real review. I would not have time to post this review 4 in the morning, as my blood is boiling! If my issue is not resolved, can any of you reading point me to the best lawyer!

Just joined this gym and they're great. Awesome price, the staff is incredibly friendly, but they don't hover over you while you're trying to workout. They have every machine you could need, and their hours are reasonable for a normal 8-5er! Great place to workout!

I love this gym. The staff are so friendly and the gym and bathrooms are always clean, with tons of equipment. The only thing I could ask for is another squat rack and WiFi, but hey, can’t have everything. Overall very, very happy.

Typically a decent place to workout except for tonight. Would've been nice to get a bench but apparently they were being used for phone calls, storing clothing, and selfies. Real nice. Left without finishing my work out. Must be a nice hangout for the locals that pay $10 a month but I had to pay $50 for a month because im out of town for work and needed somewhere to workout.

This gym is awesome. The staff provide outstanding customer service. They provide one on one assistance and if you need a personal trainer they offer it as well for a fair price.
