Logan @ Your Infinite Being has set a foundation for me to follow that has made major progress in my life.
During the Covid lockdown I just became unhealthy. My health outlook was not good. In order to live a longer life and not be stuck on medications, something had to change. I was referred to Logan and upon first contact I could tell he was different.
I started working with Logan in April of 2023. In order to show how effective following Logan’s guidance can be, I have attached a picture of my labs. Numbers don’t lie! I want to provide an explanation of what you are looking at in the picture. The far right column are my numbers from April 2022, the next column (to the left) is from April 2023. The far left column is from labs run in October 2023. Within six months ALL of my numbers have moved in the correct direction. My cholesterol reduced 36 points! My glucose reduced 13 points! My A1C went from 5.9% of pre-diabetic to 5.4%! It has never moved that much!
Logan checks in with me between sessions. He gives me plans when traveling so that I stay active. Logan encourages me and provides appropriate accountability which I require. He has aided with my food plan and this has made all the difference.
I have a high stressed job that contributed to me being on high blood pressure meds. Since working with Logan my physician has cut my dose in half! I am well on my way to getting off of these meds.

I’ve been going to group classes at Your Infinite Being for just under a month now after finishing up physical therapy for an injury. I was hesitant to try a new form of exercise after a lifetime of a specific regimen, but that first class had me hooked. Everyone at Your Infinite Being is so supportive and welcoming. It’s what I look forward to every day now.
The proof is in the results too. Even after coming off of an injury, I was able to shave over a minute off of my mile time—after not running for years. Logan’s helped me correct the fitness mistakes I was making, even if just the slightest adjustment. But those tiny details make a world of difference!
While the community and results are remarkable, what impressed me the most was the time and effort Logan puts into helping each and every member of his business. After I initially contacted him, we talked on the phone about my goals, his values as a trainer and a business owner, and what I could expect. Then, we met to talk about more details related to my goals, his fitness plans, etc.—all before stepping foot in the gym. He actually cares about the wellbeing of his members, not just the weight they lose or the muscle they gain. It’s a genuine desire to help others succeed in their health, in life, and in their personal relationships. You just can’t find that anywhere else.

IT ALL BEGINS WITH THE MIND HERE. LOGAN SPENCE USES HIS STRONG POSITIVE MIND TO NOT JUST TRAIN BUT TO ALLOW A PERSON TO UNLEASH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND REACH PERSONAL GOALS!! I PERSONALLY HAVE LOST 4.5 POUNDS IN THE TWO STRONG WEEKS OF ATTENDANCE. ITS NOT JUST FITNESS THAT HE TEACHES BUT ALSO LIFESTYLE AND QUALITY OF LIFE. "INFINITE" IS JUST WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. Knowledge and experience coupled with the motivating atmosphere of the class at Your Infinite Being and the people in it is really what has helped me the most in my journey to better myself.The other great thing about Logans program is he takes all the guess work out of working out, you dont have to worry about what exercise you need to do or what you need to eat to achieve your goals, Logan takes care of all that to fit your personal needs.All you have to do is show up and he will guide you.

I love being a member of Your Infinite Being!! Logan Spence is the best coach/personal trainer!! He treats all of his members like family and works with each person to meet their goals. Also I love the other members as we are like family. I look forward to going to Your Infinite Being on a daily basis, if I don't go for a day I feel as something is missing. Not to mention I lost 7 inches and 5 lbs in less than 21 days. Please give Your Infinite Being a try!! You WILL NOT regret it!!

Logan is the BEST! He genuinely cares about people and not just the money! He is very knowledgeable and will push you to be the best you can be! I have a neuropathy and Logan has me doing things that I never thought I could do. He's a positive influence on everyone he trains!

Oct 2016 I fell in a freak accident and broke all 3 bones in the ankle of my left leg. I had surgery to put 2 screws in one bone to hold it together, and an 8" plate with 9 screws to hold a spiral break in another bone together. I was in a non-weight baring cast for 10+ weeks. Afterwards, I endured 4 weeks of in home physical therapy and was released to continue to stretch and strengthen my ankle on my own. In April of 2016, I met Logan and started working with him to strengthen my ankle and get back into shape. When I first started working out with him, I could barely walk-- mostly shuffle without picking up my left foot. Within a month, not only was I walking normally, but I was doing body weight lunges and squats! By June, I was able to walk at least 30 minutes without stopping and could hold light weights while doing squats and deadlifts. By the end of Summer, I was able to handle leg exercises, walk on a treadmill or outside for more than 30 minutes and work out with weights. My ankle stopped swelling, is strong enough to handle agility training in his class, and I CAN EVEN JUMP NOW!!! That's huge-- never thought I'd be able to do that again. I highly recommend Logan's program for rehabbing any injury. He will help you get stronger and heal the right way thru physical training, nutrition and the right supplements if needed.
