The quality of instruction is top tier. The attention to detail in the technique being taught is something I really appreciate. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, there's a lot of value here.

I’ve been training for 13 years on and off. I’ve been all over. Big competition schools with world class BJJ. Small schools where it’s all family. This place has the best of both. This is a fantastic place for people of all ages and skill levels to train. Emily and Felipe are some of the best coaches you will find, and Midland is blessed to have this place.
