I had previously taken a class at 105 Fever and had a great time, which is why I chose to book my milestone birthday celebration there. Initially, my experience speaking with Daphne, the owner, was positive, and I was excited about the package I selected, which included balloons, light snacks, and champagne.
Unfortunately, due to the passing of a close family member, I had to cancel my event. When I reached out to Daphne to explain the situation and request a reschedule or alternative, I was met with a lack of compassion and professionalism. Rather than offering understanding or flexibility, her response was dismissive and disrespectful. I was even told that I could reschedule—but without receiving the package I originally paid for.
It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the circumstances. Customer service and empathy matter, particularly when working in a business centered around celebrations and special moments. Based on how my situation was handled, I unfortunately cannot recommend 105 Fever for private events.

I absolutely adore this yoga studio. The hot yoga classes are exactly what my muscles crave, and the wide variety of classes are exactly what my body needs. It is so nice to be able to do Bikram, sculpt, yin, restorative, aerial, Nidra and Pilates at the same location. Plus, I get to try out a dance class on Fridays.
Each class is taught by wonderful instructors who personalize their lessons. There is a real warmth of personality and care at 105 Fever. The energy here brightens my day!

There are many yoga classes but 105 Fever stands out as one of the best , less crowded more personalized yoga class of what fits you best versus one size fits all kind of yoga class. Love the vibe and atmosphere and you can select additional individual yoga healing classes. By far one of the best I have attended, kudos the teachers and owner to help obtain better quality of life and leaning experience!! Thxs so much!!

So this was my first time attending this type of class and I can this was the most amazing experience!! The instructor was amazing, patient and sooo easy to follow (great for beginners like me lol). Not to mention the refreshing work out! This class was a 10 out of 10 and I am definitely going to return!! 😊

Aerial yoga here was great! Small class where the instructor was able to tailor her advice for each student. I loved being able to try different poses (my arms/back were sore after!) and the ending soundbath and massage were sooo relaxing.

I went to a hot yoga class recently and had a fantastic experience. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and they gave me a little tour of the studio. The class was not overly crowded like a lot of yoga studios in this area. The instructor was kind and attentive and showed me some adjustments to accommodate my wrist pain. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a yoga studio before and I'll definitely be going here regularly. Highly recommend 105 Fever!

I love it here! I’ve taken a few solid core and reformer Pilates classes to start my fitness journey, and I decided to take hot Pilates here and it was an extremely good workout! It required a really good mix of strength and endurance and I can tell that I’m going to get some really good results if I stick to it. I reached failure several times but I was able to push through it and I got a really good sweat! I also think the room was the perfect temperature and it wasn’t too hot, but I look forward to trying hotter classes that they offer in the future. Niambi is great at what she does, and the owner is super friendly and approachable. The parking situation is also very convenient which is a major plus in Houston. I can’t wait to keep taking yoga and Pilates classes here! it’s also a major plus that they have a shower. No complaints at all.

First time doing Bikram Yoga. I'm a beginner and class was very welcoming and the instructor, Daphne, was great. They also have Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. Great for beginners.

Amazing place for Bikram yoga. Have several different times and days for yoga as well as stretch classes. I am looking forward to my healing journey. Also surprise classes like meditation with sound bowls
This is an edit. It's been several weeks now and I've enjoyed so many classes. Sandra with the restorative yoga on Tuesdays and now Thursdays provides a tranquil environment and allows my body to move into positions naturally. Collins with his morning workouts is just what I need to warm my body for movement (my mobility before was really limited in the morning), and the Hot pilates alternating with the Bikram provides that evening healing stretch to set my body up for restful sleep. Im looking forward to trying flowetry next. I can honestly say this place has changed my life. So glad I found this place and these practitioners. All with special gifts and my lower debilitating back pain is now minimized

I went to my first 105 Fever class today and was so happy that I went. I tried the Aerial yoga. Today's instructor (Denise) was very helpful. The class was so much fun and challenging, I loved the mediation portion at the end. This is definitely a class I would take again and a studio I will visit regularly.

I recently attended a 90-minute hot yoga class where the temperature reached 105 degrees, focusing on breathing and body regulation. The studio provided showers and necessary equipment. I recommend bringing two towels, a large one for your mat and a smaller one for your face, along with plenty of water. The instructor was accommodating, encouraging, and emphasized inner peace. As someone with a larger build, I felt comfortable and at ease during the class and enjoyed a calm drive home, feeling a sense of serenity. I highly recommend this class to others and plan to return as often as my schedule permits.

Just discovered this place via ClassPass and it has been an incredible experience! Took a restorative yoga class last week and enjoyed the class so much I signed up for an aerial yoga class for the following weekend. A lot of pride and care goes into the aesthetics of the location with plenty of parking and friendly staff. The instructors were very patient and informative for a newcomer and I felt very safe and welcomed. Can’t wait to come back.

I visited this yoga studio for the first time today, and it was also my first-ever yoga experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and kind, which immediately put me at ease. I attended the restorative session, and it left me feeling amazing and completely relaxed after a long and stressful day at work. The location is easy to find, and the studio is very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating yoga experience. I recently discovered this amazing yoga studio that opened just a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The facility is brand new, beautifully designed, and super clean.

There is plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. It might seem expensive to some, but it is more than worth it. Bikram yoga will make you feel and look younger. Come here for Bikram yoga. Bikram yoga helps with chronic pain, weight loss, and it improves several systems like cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and endocrine. The real benefits come with time and familiarity with each posture. Therefore, one should not judge results before several months or preferably years of practice. I am not an owner or teacher. I am a student with 5 years experience now, and nothing is as effective as Bikram yoga for health optimization.
