I went in to check it out and was surprised to find out they offer a 3-day trial pass. I went during peak hours on a weekday for the tour and there were still various training methods available all over depending on your training split despite it being crowded.
I went back the following day with a gym bag and used the facilities, also during a peak training time, and everybody was nice and not territorial about the gear. I signed up on the way out, and Eric helped me figure out a good membership option for my needs.
The gym is clearly not as fresh and splashy as it once was, but that doesn't interfere with its actual use, and it's clear the workers there are trying to provide a pleasant experience.

*Update* After about a year of membership I canceled my renewal. This gym has a lot of old poorly maintained and poorly cleaned equipment. For example, the big functional trainer is missing multiple weight pins so all the stations are not available. A lot of machines feel like they have a sort of film of dried sweat on them. If money is tight but gyms are important to you this could be worse, but I would recommend maybe checking out others in the area.

And no 24 hour fitness, I would not like to reach out to discuss with an agent.

Best gym in the area! Flexible options but you might as well go with the platinum membership with all the perks so you can use the pool, sauna, and steam room. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, they have an array of packages. Ask for Justin B. I just got back into working out and I was really shy at first, but the employees are so helpful. This place is always so CLEAN and welcoming. Even when I’m working out and need help, the trainers are always open to share knowledge about physical health sciences or athletic training. I can’t believe how much more affordable this place is compared to other gyms while maintaining such a high standard of quality. They also have 4 new power lifting racks downstairs! Patrick and Marco are always so helpful when it comes to needing any help!

The staff is friendly. Especially Celeste! She opens the gym on time Mon-fri and greets everyone with a cheerful smile and a pleasant good morning. She bothers to remember guests' names and is just an all around ray of sunshine.

Whoever takes care of the closing shift is regularly deralict in their assumed duties. The weights and various equipment pieces are not returned to their racks, the bathroom and locker areas are often filthy.

Whoever is in charge of the cleaning is also severely deralict in their duties. The showers are disgusting. I don't dare shower there anymore. Do not walk in there without shower shoes on. The tiles are covered in mold. Not just mildew. Black spotty mold. When you look up from some of the free weight equipment upstairs, parts of the air ducts are open and there are large pieces of dust and cobwebs hanging from them. One short breeze and the debris is going to fall on someone's face while they're doing an incline bench press. Then there's the floors throughout the gym. Downstairs is most noticeable. They are visibly dirty. Filthy.

The pool areas, specifically the pool deck and the sauna, are filthy. Mold is everywhere. When's the last time the water chemicals and PH were checked? It doesn't smell quite right. Not like a fresh and clean chlorinated pool should smell.

Saturday and Sunday, the gym will often be opened late. Not just a few minutes. Hours late. What kind of staff is that unprofessional?

People pay to use this facility. Is it too much to ask for the place to be open on time and sanitary? This facility needs a crew to come in overnight, on a regular schedule, and professionally deep clean the entire building.

I would have given the place one star, however, Celeste is such a delight and takes care of us guests so well, I had to award another star.

Get your act together 24hr fitness.

PS, some people come to this location because some of the other locations are even worse. That blows my mind. The business model is lacking in basic care and common sense.

I’ve really appreciated being a member at this gym. I started off with little experience on working out but after working with Matt I was able to gain a lot of confidence to go to the gym. I DO NOT Recommend YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GYM. They auto renewed a membership on me and I didn’t notice until a few months down the line. I was with 24 hour for 7 years and they made the mistake of taking a years worth of membership and refused to refund me. They have no customer service number and just completely stopped replying to me, even when I sent them proof of how they should not have renewed my membership. They didn’t offer me the year they charged me for nor any kind of reimbursement. To be with a company for so long and have them disregard you in this manner is completely unacceptable.

Matt at the front desk is fantastic - very friendly and personable. My main concern with this gym is the limited hours; given the name, I expected 24-hour access. Additionally, there’s a sizable annual fee. While it’s disclosed upfront, it’s not clearly shown on the website alongside the $9.99 basic package price, which feels a bit misleading. Because of that and the limited hours, I decided to cancel within a week before the annual fee was charged. Overall, though, the staff has been kind and accommodating, and my experience with them was positive.

this place is a joke. 1/3 of the machines are missing pins. the squat machine breaks ever other week. they aren't even open 24 hours. All the equipment here is 30 years old. I ended my membership and went to planet fitness which has new machines that aren't missing pins, the membership fee is less and the place is run with pride in keeping the members happy oh and its open 24/7. shame this "24 hour" fitness is only open 5-9 and the mgmt don't care to keep the pins in all the machines. Well..leaving a review because the ones lately have to be paid for or compensated or they are legally blind. No way they are real honest opinions.

I almost PIF online for a membership because I used to be a member before covid and 24hr fitness bankruptcy. It was well kept at that time. So leaving this so others don’t make that mistake.

I went in for a workout and the manager and owners should be ashamed they take people’s money for such a poorly maintained, offerings for gyms in 2025. Same equipment when I went which is ancient by gym standards now.

I have been a member at all big name gyms to include this one years ago and this by far is the most disappointing and filthiest gym I have ever walked into. Don’t believe me, go check it out.

Took a couple pics to give examples. There are open exposed wire elec outlets, active ceiling leaks, ripped gym pads all over or they are duck taped, floors are disgusting, equipment so old it’s unusable or can’t read screens, can’t find matching handles for things, parts missing all over, dried sweat salt stains all over cardio equipment, open / missing panels on treadmills that are in order, dust that’s prob been collecting 6-9 months at least. I could keep going but you get the picture.

I was so angry walking around because it was one thing after another and that they care so little. It cost nothing hardly to clean but staff obviously couldn’t care less and still try to sale you a dream gym with fake reviews that clearly does not exist.

This gym will not last at this rate and all going should demand better or find it because this is definitely not it.

—update- I see the reply but I am not taking anymore time out of my day to waste going through a contact page that will send me back to the gym mgr who was there and has been there not fixing the problems.

There are very similar reviews and complaints up to a year ago. They just used fake reviews to bury them.

If you are the owner and care go look for yourself. Pics were taken same day of review. No excuses but ultimately your investment being poorly managed and cared for.
