Gotta give this a 2 star, nice people, but definitely failed to mentioned to me that this place is actually not 24 hours. I believe that's very important because some of us don't realize this place isn't 24 hours when we sign up. I signed up inside so I would assume they'd tell us in person everything we need to know. I came the other night ... Closed. 24 fitness is closed ? What are we paying for ? Why doesn't the company take half off the membership. Honesty is the best policy. Maybe post a sign, can't trust google since the company isn't truthful with times and pay. Hopefully they do something about that! Be careful ! Just go to planet fitness, it's cheaper so they have a sauna as well, and at least you're not being falsely advertised. Way less money spent vs, basically losing your money. Even if it's half the week, why isn't that posted? Why is the company 24 hours ?

Came from out of town and was blown away at how nice the facility was. The 24 hr fitness’ that I have been to are half the size and contain no staff. The staff and personal trainers here were very friendly and welcoming. Shoutout Manny for the hospitality on my vacation and Kirk for running the show. Highly recommend, great place to train!

Since coming to the gym, the staff and personal trainers have been really welcoming and supportive.
I signed up for personal training sessions, and have been working with Ray. His approach of making the most use of our time in-between reps is something I have not experienced before, and it has been so incredibly beneficial! He listened to my goals, has been very supportive, and actively listens and checks in. I am so thankful for his encouragement and also his sending me the workouts we did and pictures to go along with them, they really help when trying to think back about what we did.
The machines have been pretty good and there are a wide variety for me to work with.
The pool was a big reason of my choosing 24 hour fitness, and surprisingly it’s the thing I have been using the least, once I started to get familiar with the different machines. The pool is sometimes a bit crowded, but most of the time is perfect.
The women’s locker room floors can be really slippery when wet. I wish there were some kind of traction mat or something, but that is it.
As someone who has not been to the gym in years, and was a bit apprehensive about joining, I am so glad I am here!

I just had the best experience signing up to this gym. I was a previous member and had to take a break due to an injury. I called to reinstate my membership and spoke with Bernie who was so awesome with helping me get signed back up. He helped me update the app and was so pleasant to speak with, especially since I called on a Sunday evening 30 minutes before closing time.

He didn't rush me or make me feel like I was burdening him with all my questions.

This facility is in continual disrepair. However, I will give kudos to the former GM in taking care of the pool. I messaged the home office when the city closed the pool, and never heard back. They, simply, don't care about much, except for profits. I'm sure that people join because of low cost. Unfortunately, it won't last forever. I've seen very well maintained facilities elsewhere. I've learned that a happy customer will tell 4-5 people, whereas, an unhappy one will tell 6-7.

I absolutely love training here. The gym has a real old-school bodybuilding vibe—no gimmicks, no ego, just pure hard work and iron. The equipment is solid and well-maintained, and there are plenty of machines and free weights so you never have to wait long, even during peak hours. The atmosphere is motivating, and you can tell everyone here actually comes to train, not just hang around. The staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter. If you’re serious about your fitness and want a place with real energy and heart, I highly recommend this gym.

Pros : The lockers were big enough to fit my bag. Spacious locker room. I was able to get through my workout. The machine was functional.

The pool area has been closed twice in 12 months by the health department. The front desk staff claims someone cleans the pool area weekly but I've never seen them and watched the black mold build up week-to-week on the floor and in the pool. Either hire a cleaning crew which does their job or convert the pool into something else entirely.

Where do I even begin? A couple years back I got a training session for free and the trainer was this very incompetent. After the free session of the managers proceded to harangue me for not wanting to pay for further training services. Currently, the sauna and pool was closed by the CITY OF AUSTIN for health violations and I'm wondering what I could've been exposed to as I used the sauna quite often. It's cheap and close to me but if I was looking for a gym again I'd steer away from this one.
