Rude staff, making their own rules. We went in with a 3 day pass and the lady working there said after 9pm it is 30 per person regardless of pass. Never heard of that and the pass didn't have anything that said after 9pm it's not free. We spoke to someone about memberships and the guy didn't want to help us.

The next day I called asked for the manager, he explained that if you were a member in the past you cannot use the free pass. My Wife and I never been members before so clearly lack of communication and the front desk lady was clearly lying to get money out of us. No integrity and no communication. Avoid this location.

This gym is disgustingly dirty. I definitely should have shopped around before committing to a full year. But with a name like 24, shame on me for expecting better. I’ve been looking at the same mess in the gym for over a week. The sweeper lives by my locker apparently, with all of its dusty glory surrounding it—it hasn’t moved. Toothpicks, trash, weeks worth of shower water that hasn’t obviously been mopped, the floor is that odd, dark, black funk. Definitely don’t want to take my shoes off in here.

Got a 3 day pass to try the gym before getting a membership. 3 day pass confirmation page says walk up to the self-serve kiosk to begin. I walk in go to the kiosk and the manager tells me I cannot use the self-serve kiosk, I have to wait for staff. I ask how long will the wait be. He says as long as it takes. I turned around and walked out. It’s a self-serve kiosk meaning I can do it myself. He wanted me to talk to staff so they can push for a membership. I was already set on getting one I just wanted to make sure the place was clean and staff weren’t rude that’s why I tried the pass first. The manager has terrible customer service. He needs a different job.

I’ve been going here since the gym opened. It started out as a nice clean environment with a super friendly staff. Within the last year and a half it has completely gone downhill. The majority of the equipment is broken and stays broken for six months plus at a time. As far as cleanliness goes, I would say this is about a one out of five stars. To top it all off, my wife had an incident in the parking lot where someone followed her, and then Exposed themselves next to her and her car. When she tried to get help from and inform management of what happened , the guy behind the desk, always wears a bandanna on his head, not sure what his name is at this point, went over to tell the manager, “ John John” What had happened and they both proceeded to look at the computer and start laughing with zero concern for her safety. She called me in a panic and it took me 15 minutes to get to her and when doing so, the manager John, was just now deciding to come out and act like he was looking around the parking lot to do something. I confronted him about not helping her and he made up A bunch of excuses why they were unable to help…..”it was in the parking lot he said and they don’t own it so he couldn’t do anything to help her….Come to find out after talking to another employee, he just didn’t want to report it because it would go to corporate and look bad on him. Never mind the fact that there have been multiple break-ins and car thefts on this property and he could potentially help any future assault or thefts by attending to this problem and he chose not to do so. So John, when you’re reading this just know that we are reaching out on every platform to let everyone know about the lack of safety concerns for the patrons of this gym. You would think someone who runs a gym and wears a “Superman” tattoo on his arm would be man enough to help a woman in need, But I guess there aren’t any men left at this gym. So ladies, be very mindful when you are going here and walking to your car alone. You are on your own and do not expect any help from the staff unless Kelly or Stephen are there. And don’t even bother calling DPD, THEY ARE USELESS

I have been going to this gym since it opened which was before covid. It went from being a beautiful, well maintained gym to an absolute nightmare. This is what happens w bad management and $10/month dues. Constant broken equipment, its crazy dirty and disgusting and now has become wildly unsafe. Cars continually getting stolen all times of the day, car break ins, and now, I dealt w someone who followed me to my car where I dealt w an indecent exposure incident. I went back inside the gym to inform the managers of what happened, visibly shaken and they could have cared less. At one point, I even saw them laughing as they casually came over to talk to me. Annoyed and dismissive, not once did they say “Im sorry” or ask “are you ok?” This isn't the first time Ive had creepy situations w men at this gym but it will be the last. Btw - this incident happened at 330 in the afternoon. Dont go here.

I have been coming to
This gym since last year, i typically leave reviews once i leave but since its been over a year and it doesn’t seem like im leaving anytime soon im going to review now the sales manager and gym manager are both excellent people. Everytime i come in the staff at the counter greet me and when i leave. Just found out they upgraded wifi service so that’s good. I do shower here sometimes, so the waters hot. It gets crowded between your usual 5:30-8 but other than that it’s not that crowded i always get a drink and the turf area is never crowded. The mirror i use for my selfie is clean. Love the gym.

The 24 hour gym here is one of the best I have seen in the area. It provides me with all the amenities and classes that I look for. The staff is very courteous and polite and truly cares for your well being. Artemis at the front desk gets my vote of confidence as she is caring and thoughtful. She is always looking for ways to maximize your experience true. I dunno what you’re waiting for, get yourself into the gym and see your life change.

This gym is horrible. They have one fly machine and it’s been broken down for over a month. They went out and bout new treadmills when they can’t even supply all of their machines with simple pins. You have to rob Peter to pay Paul on simple pins…..cycle room has been non existent for who knows how long.

Had a horrific experience at this location yesterday (9/23/25).

I'm new to the neighborhood, so I decided to sign up for the "free" 3-day pass to see if I liked the location before I signed up for a membership. The website stated that the 3-day pass is "free to all new guests and people who had not been members or guests in the past 6 months." I haven't been a 24 member since the beginning of 2021, so I assumed there wouldn't be any issues. I was wrong.

The employee who assisted me (a tall, slim African American man who sat on his phone by the self-service kiosks the entire 90 minutes I was there. I had to wave to get his attention when I walked in looking for assistance.) mentioned that, because there wasn't a manager present, they wouldn't be able to accommodate the "free" pass, and he immediately goes into a sales pitch explaining the different memberships. I ended up having to pay $30 for a 3-day pass, and he didn't even offer to give me a tour of the facility afterwards.

Did I get scammed? I haven't been a member in almost 5 years. Why was I forced to pay $30 when the website clearly states otherwise?

That put a bad taste in my mouth before my workout even began. Broken equipment and a disgusting Men's locker room was just the cherry on top.

To the management of this location: hire and train better people. I shouldn't have had to pay for that pass.

I like my gym ! I know it’s hard to keep cleaning crews , as most only stay for about 3-4 months here before quitting or moving

This last week the AC system was either not working in the back dance studio or it was turned off to save money . The temp was about 81F in the room so they had the two turbine fans going top speed

Yet the wind was so strong it was making a tornado of all the garbage and human hair on the floor land on me and my mat

Also there was a huge metal bar on the ceiling just waiting to fall on someone’s head and cause a law suit , DANGEROUS!!!

24 hr Kesslor we need to get the cleanliness under control , if that means closing for 2 weeks to make a shine I’m ok with this plan .

DO NOT SIGN UP — ESPECIALLY FOR A YEARLY MEMBERSHIP.

This location (and honestly, 24 Hour Fitness as a whole) is outdated and poorly maintained. The building hasn’t been updated in years, the bathrooms are consistently dirty, equipment is broken, and everything just feels grimy.

On top of that, the billing practices are incredibly misleading. I was hit with a $264 annual fee for my second year of membership even though I don’t even live near this gym anymore (it’s a 45-minute drive). When I called two different locations, including the one I signed up at, I was told I could get a refund if I canceled within three days. Later, the general manager informed me that was only true when you first sign up for the contract not for yearly renewals.

Their “notice” of the charge was supposedly sent via email a month before, buried among the endless promotional junk they send out. Expecting customers to dig through all that spam to catch a single important email about a $264 charge is ridiculous and unethical.

Bottom line: poor facilities, terrible customer service, and shady billing practices. I’ll never sign up for 24 Hour Fitness again and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

I have never been so disgusted by what I just witnessed. I was about to take shower when horrible smell of the dump sitting in a corner of the shower stall hit me. How? Why? Who? I have so many questions and concerns. I don’t even know where to start. Is this why 24hr is going bankrupt? Does management care? * I'm glad I signed up for membership with JOHN, club manager at Kessler Super Sport. Some other locations I called were not as personable and didn't seem to care about getting new business. But John understood my fitness needs, explained the options, and made the process seamless! The Body Combat classes rock, especially instructors, Adam and Juan!
* It would be great to have the GX Class Studio air-conditioned all the time like in the past, or for posted open hours, and not just on for the classes. The room is too hot to do the 24Go app workouts now, and there's no other sensible area in the rest of the club. But Corporate HQ dictates the AC and not the club managers.

To be honest. I have a membership at Planet Fitness as well as 24 Hour Fitness. 24 Hr.is a phenomenal Gym with a decent staff. The only major downfall is that the bathrooms are consistently filthy and as many times I've been coming here I rarely see anybody within the bathroom cleaning. I don't want to take a photo of the mess currently. I just hope that the right people in charge to see this message and take e to the cleanliness of the bathroom for its members Planet Fitness has somebody cleaning the bathroom almost every 45 minutes and rightfully so when you have hundreds of people consistently coming in and out utilizing the facility you got to keep it clean especially with us paying as much money as we do for usage of not just the equipment but a clean environment overall. Other than that I recommend people still to join the gym just at the bathrooms need some serious help as it is not the selling point

PROS

-I like the music vs other locations
-Actually open 24hours!! Huge plus
-Serious lifters which helps my motivation
-Lots of squat racks

CONS:

- NO barbell clips anywhere. All been stolen
- 1 triangle row handle for 9 cable machines
- Dumb bells missing; laid all across the floor
- Patrons slamming machine weights is odd
