The gym has outdated equipment that hasn't been updated. It's unbelievable that the Hammer Strength Seated LED Press and the Life Fitness lower quadriceps machine, among others, have been out of service for several months. What's happening with the quality of service?

I don’t think any of the 5 star reviews are real. This place is disgustingly and poorly managed.
Great amenities, but nothing has been cleaned theres serratia marcescens growing in the steam room , MAJOR HEALTH CONCERN !!!
Manager saying I need to put “5 stars” to work out with a free pass is wild. and No reason 4 people at the desk but trash is spilling over, restrooms not stocked, lots of inoperable equipment. OSHA needs give this place a visit.24hour fitness and not even open 24hrs…

While this isn’t the newest club with the most updated equipment, the community you can find here is incredible. From Justin and Alonzo at the front desk during the weekdays, to Kimmy always working hard and taking pride in taking care of the facility. The team members help keep me motivated and make this a place I’m genuinely excited to go every day.

this gym use to be really good, now It is one of the worst and dirtiest places I have ever been, the machines are old and many do not work, the bathrooms and jacuzzi are disgustingly dirty, oh where does the annual maintenance fee go? I am really thinking about canceling my membership again. The gym is very big and I only look at the person at the front desk, no one is ever cleaning or doing maintenance, dust on top of dust and many doors are even broken.

This is dirtiest 24 hour I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, everything is rusted & dusted. A lot of machines are old, broken, and squeaking. It’s so bad, they need to close this place down to revamp & thoroughly clean. There’s no reason for an establishment to be in this sort of condition

Can we please get precor amt or octane lateral elliptical machines? Other locations have update equipment. Ours is severely lacking and ignored. “State of the art” is what the Mesquite gym referred to this gym as, it’s one of the worst in equipment age and the variety for cardio sucks.

I have been a member for over 5 years and this gym is not worth it . Nothing ever works then they fix something . And it’s out a week later all equipment is old and really used. The staff is not that friendly honestly in my opinion 24 hour fitness should just close down they’ve closed so many locations and aren’t even open 24 hours. steam room in the Dallas and castle hills location Tiles is dangerously broken and not safe. Do not recommend this gym.

I genuinely think the employees are paid to NOT clean the locker rooms/bathrooms. Unbelievably filthy and the entire area reeks like a wet, dirty rag. I don’t think the bathrooms have been cleaned all year, I think they just toss a tide pod in the toilets once a month and call it a day. The pool and jacuzzi area is dirty as well. I don’t understand why they can’t outsource a cleaning company or something. Gross.
