This gym is dirty and most of machines aren’t working . Sauna is dirty pool is filthy . Trash will be in the same spot for weeks . The only pleasant part of coming in is the workers that take the time to know us . Yesterday I witnessed the district/ regional manager be rude to their best workers . Jarrett and Josh was their best workers . Jarrett was the only one taking out the trash and cleaning . He knew everyone that came in and greeted everyone .district manager came in yesterday with a bad attitude and rude to works while we were infront .

Helena is outstanding, provides the highest level of customer service. She’s polite and friendly and knows all the best ways to save you money and we couldn’t have asked for better service. I would only imagine as the manager she trained her people to do the same thing. I’m sure you have a staff full of excellent staff members. In addition, the facility seemed to clean well run and good condition. We are excited to see all of the amenities up and working. We have high expectations for our progress.

Do yourself a favor and do not bother with this gym. This gym is absolutely filthy. Trash overflowing in trash containers, gym equipment that is filthy and needed updating about five years ago, a wet area that is absolutely disgusting with mold growing in some spots along the wall and a sauna that is a living cesspool. There was a storm about middle of summer that blew the front entrance sign off and is still yet to be replaced.
This gym definitely needs to be shut down or heavily updated with big renovations and new management as I have given direct feedback to manager and nothing gets done.
There is trash everywhere on gym floor and no one re-racks weights at this place because gym culture is non existent.

24hr in Fort Worth is a great facility. It’s never too busy and the staff are always friendly and prepared for anything.

I witnessed AMANDA from the front desk respond to an individual who passed out on the stair master. She reacted quickly without hesitation and understood what needed to be done. She directed someone to call 911 while she stayed with the individual after they came to, and monitored their condition until paramedics arrived.

I would like to give a shout out to Josh Leino for going above and beyond for my safety. After my work out I usually walk up to the front and hangout until my Husband is finished with his workout. This was on Thursday Sept 11th around 8:30pm, I was looking through my phone and I noticed a reflection behind me, it was a gentleman outside looking over my shoulder, as he continues to eye me and walk slowly away I looked up at him and he jumped towards me like he was going to “attack”. I then looked around and Josh who was working in the front had already had his eyes on him and was watching his moves. This guy continued to stare me down as he was walking away in the parking lot. Josh asked if I was okay and proceeded to acknowledge how weird that was. Once my Husband finished up, I told him about the incident and we kept eyes on this guy while walking to our car.
Thank you Josh for being vigilant and reacting the way you did, that made my Husband secure that when I do come alone that my safety is #1.

This is just sad ... first off Saturday this place doesnt open until 8 am maybe i am wrong but the name 24 hour fitness means 24 hours does it not? This place is extremly over crowded. Has a yearly fee for "improvement" but the equipment is falling apart and has been for years. The locker rooms are disgusting the counters are in peices like some one started a repair then decided awh good enough and left. The guy that sits at the front desk playing on his phone must be some kind of owner kicked back with his feet upon the check in counter. This place is so run down that even the doors to get in the building jiggle and sound like a busted car rolling down the road. Google only have 1 -5 stars but I'd give it no stars if it was an option... the amount of phone calls and discounts offered when I walked into this place just to he lied to about the conditions of the facilities is unbelievable.

The gym is ok for a franchise gym, and it does the job with a wide variety of equipment. I'm just a bit surprised that they don't do anything for the local community. I asked if they provide support for local education or other charitable foundations (I'm on the local Education Foundation) and was told by the associate that 24HF doesn't do any of that kind of thing. Five stars for the crew being the backbone of this place. Joshua is a fantastic manager, you can tell he cares; I always see Jarrett running around to keep the place as tidy as possible; and Wrangler is my favorite face to see greeting me.
The only downside is the equipment being a little outdated, but that is in no way anyone who works at this location’s fault, therefore they shouldn’t be reprimanded for it.
The people who work here make it easy and a welcoming environment for me to want to come in as often as possible.

I've been coming since March. And have worked with Helena, and got a personal trainer, Eric. Both were incredibly helpful, and Eric has pushed me with whacky exercises (they have names, so I'm guessing they're normal for other people).
Since March, I'm down 56# and went from unable to run 1.5mi to running it in under 19min, taking 4min off in the last weeks alone.

"24Hr Fitness" open 12 Hrs on weekends?...... I ask why they say "they dont have enough memberships, but when you go to work out you have to wait for the old wore out machine you want to use?... Seems more like LAZY staff and CHEAP owners SELL IT. Treadmills are constantly out of order or you get on one and it doesnt work right. Place is dirty, wouldnt even attempt to shower there. I know its a public gym and they cant control whos there but get ready to see nasty locker room habits. Maybe worth a $10 monthly membership anything else, look else ware. I started working out with Matt McAndrew about a year ago. I have a disability, and Matt went out of his way to research my condition, and he worked up a plan to help me avoid any injuries. His workouts with me have really helped with my muscle spasms. He is the best!

In January 2024, I signed up for a four session package and Matt McAndrew was assigned to be my personal trainer. I didn’t know what to expect or what to ask for and Matt helped design a plan for me which is helped build up muscles in certain areas that has helped relieve some of my pain, particularly in my back and my knees. Matt is very knowledgeable, he has a patient, kind, encouraging and inspiring. I look forward to working more with him in the future.

The cycle classes are great, with a motivational instructor. Staff is friendly and I feel the manager is doing his best. Unfortunately, it is obvious that there is a lack of investment in the facility. Much of the equipment is in bad shape or not working.

I used to go to this Gym but cancelled my membership for the same reasons you see in many of the comments. Every now and then I come to check out the reviews to see if anything has changed to see if I might rejoin. But it seems nothing has changed. And you get the same generic response from the owner that never does anything to improve the gym or equipment or even the cleanliness. It's sad because this gym is a prime location I wish a gym that actually cares about their members would buy this place out or another with good equipment would open up near by so the owner would have to improve this place to stay in business

Besides the obvious gripe about broken equipment and facilities (steam room for example) I think it is about time that this 24 Hour Fitness club changes it's name to "we're not sure when we'll open or close." Again today I sat in the parking lot for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up and open the building. After 30 minutes I left. There were several others waiting as well. This is not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I’ve been going to this location for a little over three years now. While it’s a smaller gym, it’s never been about the wants—it’s about the needs, and this gym has everything you need. As a college football player, I really appreciate the solid equipment selection and the atmosphere that allows me to stay focused on my training. The staff here are cool people, always helpful and creating a welcoming environment. If there’s one thing that could improve the experience, it would be fixing the platforms by the squat racks since they have some dents. All in all, this is a great spot to train if you’re looking for a no nonsense gym that gets the job done.

They never fix their stair masters theres only 3 out of 6 open. And its very hard to get on one when you need to. And the management treats the staff with unappreciated manner. Christian is very good at his job and hardly gets positive reinforcements for it.

This gym sucks. Terrible customer service, dude just sat there laid back and ignored me. Treadmills were trashed, trash is all over the ground. Weights and machines don’t work properly. No music, smells like BO. I am highly disappointed, and I will NEVER waste my time going here again. I advice you to go find a different gym.

I called about my account today. February 1, 2025. I asked about adding my kid to my account and he asked me if I had an account. If I'm asking about my account, doesn't that mean that I already have one? Then he put me on hold because he said that there was someone else calling. When he came back approximately seven minutes later, he just hung up the phone.

Its so dirty!!! The gym overall looks like it hasn't been cleaned so Covid Era. The wet area has rust and mold everywhere. Lots of covered up water damage and it makes the gym just feel unsanitary. I have decided not to get a membership at this gym because it is just not clean.

This place just needs some TLC to get back up to a good place to work out. Specifically, the shower areas. Mold, leaks, toilets not working, and showers that need pressure washing. The management is very dutiful but seems unable to tackle the above issues. I've been coming here, off and on for 10 years. Except for that lone episode of thefts in the men's locker room, I've not been deterred yet. Can we get an overhaul? 01/11/25 update. The pool/hot tub is clean and running. Saw a new shower head, and the control valve had been installed in the same area. Steam room was down. Place looking a bit cleaner. Doing better, 24. Keep going.

The staff was super nice but the cleanliness of the equipment needs attention. The base and foot of the equipment looks as if it’s been in the backyard. I know it’s the feet but if the team is routinely cleaning then they would notice the filth. The bathrooms , showers and floors is gross looking. It’s is spotless at the entrance tho.

This used to be my favorite location pre-2020. It keeps going downhill ever since. The whole place is disgusting. There is hair all over the floors of the restrooms and showers, mold in the shower areas (a lot), toilet paper strung all over the floor, and you can tell the floors under some of the machines haven’t been cleaned in years. When a machine breaks, it takes a really long time for it to be repaired. Also, the hours seem to be getting cut more and more. Definitely not 24hr anymore. Other locations are much cleaner and are even updating their equipment. I’m seriously considering cancelling my membership altogether. Planet fitness would be much better at this point.

I've had plenty of experience working out in austere gyms and showers in the military, and this place is far more disgusting. Between the complete neglect of upkeep and, I'll put this charitably, 3rd world... hygienic practices of its guests, I worry about catching tuberculosis, a black mold infection, or something more exotic here. Trash, used masks, used gum on floors/in showers, backed up shower drains, etc, in wet areas. People putting oils onto sauna/steam equipment with God knows what in it. Zero enforcement of cleanliness policies. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down for health code violations until they get their act together, clean up, and start enforcing their policies.

24/7 Un-Fitness

So much wrong with my visit. Front desk personnel watching videos on their phone, wearing headphones, don’t even look up when someone comes in. Bathroom stalls have trash everywhere. Soap dispensers empty. Music playing way too loud in locker room over speakers that are worn out and crackling. Floors throughout club look like they haven’t been swept in weeks. Pool cloudy with bugs floating on surface for second week in a row. Hot tub cloudy and green. Pool deck littered with debris and long-overdue for a pressure wash. Bricks left next to emergency exit so it can be propped open. Ladder left in pool area just inches from the storage room (where it wouldn’t pose a safety hazard).

These are BASIC issues that are obviously overlooked on a consistent basis. Cleanliness is obviously not important to management, nor is a positive guest experience.

Tell me again why I should pay for this?

It's 620 am and the gym is still not open. Not sure how many times I have tried to come over to squeeze in a workout before work and whoever works the am shift is never here on time.
First and foremost, gym is already the only gym that isn't open 24 hours but to top it off and not even open on time? There's several people here that are just waiting for gym to open.
Gym equipment is outdated and several machines do not work properly.
The place itself stays dirty. No one really keeps up with the maintenance of cleaning facility yet alone the restrooms.

Other than being crowded pretty much every day and having to wait in line for weights, the brain rot is real here. Every other tv is either Newsmax or Fox News, if the tv is even functional. Many machines are often out of service and they take weeks to get repaired. From the treadmill I’m writing this from, I see 6 cardio machines with an out of service sticker on it. Definitely a budget gym with a premium price.

If you are serious about working out, then this isn’t the gym for you. Save yourself the mental turmoil and stay away. I highly suggest working out at home or finding another gym that may be a bit further out. There are moments when you try to remain positive and just adjust your workout to get past certain issues like the broken machines, kids running around with tablets, members smelling like feces and/or marijuana, but some days it just catches up to. Sometimes it takes them months to fix machines. Just stop by and look at the cable machines for example. Also, most of the gym goers don’t understand gym etiquette because the gym itself doesn’t have a shred of integrity and doesn’t establish ground rules. Even the trainers will have a client taking up a squat rack for an exercise they can do elsewhere. Also, I’d wear long sleeves and long pants if you do choose to join. This gym is filthy and a borderline health hazard.

This is by the worst gym I have ever been associated with. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy and honestly it may be better if it shuts down and finds a new owner. In the Lake Worth area, we are sadly stuck with it for now.

This place is a joke. And based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way. Locker rooms are constantly dirty with either a toilet overflowing or a busted pipe somewhere. Machines/Treadmills broken that are down for months at a time, once they do get fixed it takes about 3 months to do so. This is the kicker, gym was closed because of "No Power" on Saturday 8/24. No update other than a handwritten note on the door. We live in 2024, an email to your customers would have been nice, or a Instagram/Facebook post that the gym is closed. Nope. Instead people have to find out when they get there. Fast forward to Monday 8/26. Gym is supposed to open at 5:00 am, myself, along with 20 other people waited outside the gym for 15+ minutes and the gym never opened so people left, not sure what the reason, but again. NO Notice to your customers.
