This is the best 24 Hour Fitness in the DFW Area. Always my go to, they have all the equipment I need from machines to cables and a great Olympic squat area with plenty of space to warm up and stretch. The extra amenities are very nice as well like their new pickleball area is pretty cool! I was quite impressed. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming!

This 24 hour fitness locations has everything that I need as far as amenities and gym supplies. The environment here is welcoming and relax. Very clean facility and assistance if required is always a plus and available for the asking. Michael the manager here who helped me out today was on point on the BOGO he gave me and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I am now a member for at least 2 more years at a Black Friday savings deal. Let’s Go!!! Y’all!!! Start the new year coming up with holidays deals coming up.
Lock in and go see Michael and his crew for your fitness needs; you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely a good environment at this location bit would love for it to either be opened 24hrs or open on time... this is the closest location to me and in no way will I drive 45 mins to another location.. Overall the gym is fine. Gas all the equipment you need. Does get very busy but it's also a small gym. Count on it being dirty, idk if it's cleaned frequently doesn't appear so. However if a piece of equipment is broken it is fixed rather quickly.

I normally do not do reviews unless something went really bad or really well. On 7/22/2025 I called about an account issue notice that I received in my email and while speaking to the manager Caleb he was very professional, listened and took care of my issue right away.

Now days customer service in most places are poor depending on professionalism, lack of training, or if that person is having a bad day.

I've been going to this gym for about a year and some change now. The equipment for the most part is fine with a few exceptions such as when they're inoperable or torn up. My biggest complaints are two things. As others have stated, sometimes the gym isn't open at the time it shows or is listed. Members must then wait for the late employee to come do their job. Second, the mens restroom is disgusting. I only use it if I absolutely must. Regarding cleanliness, it could be so much better. This goes for the gym as well especially the floors. The equipment could also use a good wipe down or dusting since that stuff is caked on. I'll most likely join another gym this year that's open longer and is cheaper than the $43 I pay monthly.

Tons of equipment, sure lots of it is a bit worn, but I'm here to get a heavy workout done not admire how spruced up a machine is. Locker rooms are surprisingly cleaner than most gyms I've been to that are the same age so that's a plus (and theyre worlds cleaner than the arlington location on arbrook, which is absolutely filthy).

bathrooms are average, though the smell is pretty gross but it's a gym not a resort so it's to be expected anywhere (I've been to fancy gyms and this is just a universal fact of life for these sorts of facilities. Even the lifetime fitness ones smelled and that gym is known for being highly maintained).

The guys working there greet me on my way in and out so no issue there. It's just a solid, no nonsense, come in and get your pump gym. I noticed people here complain too much about stuff that has zero impediment on their ability to workout because they find nothing better to do. though many other peoples complaints are absolutely valid regarding not opening on time, that is an absolute must for early morning gym goers. Otherwise if you are only going to the gym to use some cute and fancy equipment feel free to go to the Planet Fitness across the highway instead because it's new, just don't complain if you get lunk alarmed for somehow being too intimidating to others because of how much you're lifting (speaking from experience) lmao.

I give this place a solid 4 stars, would do 4.5 if it was an option. Recommended

The equipment is falling apart and there is no effort to repair it or maintain it. The price for a membership is way too much since they are pocketing it while actively refusing to do anything to keep it safe. This is just another low tier corporate gym with minimal equipment, no standard for member safety, and a greedy annual fee meant to rip off people trying to better themselves. I will give them credit though. I have been in

**Edited** I can no longer continue to workout here. Filthy, filthy, filthy. The men's restroom is not even usable due to the stench. I have to cover my nose with my shirt to be able to even be able to wash my hands in there. The urinals are covered in plastic. Even the small family bathroom had wet toilet paper on the floor in standing water. There are weight benches that need their covers replaced as they are very torn. The stretch area has not been vacuumed in a long time. The floors are covered in dead bugs and dirt. I hate to change my membership as I have been going to this gym for 10+ years, but there are just too many better options in Mansfield now.

Really disappointed in this company. Tried to make it work and they did not offer enough classes for my wife. And just did not work for me. I made the mistake of paying for training. Scheduled one session and the trainer cancelled saying he would reschedule. Never called back. I called to cancel the membership and was told that even though I did not use any of the training sessions that they would not refund them. They called the training a service and it was not their fault I did not use the 5 training sessions I paid for. Just terrible customer service. Do not fall for this TRAP. Avoid this company.

8/28/2024 Update: So I followed the instructions from the canned response that was given below and there has been no response two days later. I'm not so sure that they pride themselves on service.

Obviously not 24 hours. When we got here at 10 30pm, there was a black hatchback/suv parked right infront of the building with no other cars in the lot. We saw two people working out in there. Must've been the owners because as we let my husbands phone charge and a few minutes later come up to the door and its locked with no black vehicle in sight anymore. I got the membership just to come at this time and take care of myself because with my schedule, this is the time l have to take care of myself at the gym. When I first moved from DC… started going here. That was 6 years ago. Went in with a buddy the other day, nothing has changed. Mgmt here must be absent or don’t care. I even tried to come back after the credit card debacle they had a few years ago. Men’s room still smells, equipment broken on every row, pool not serviced… what a drag. He went the extra mile for my handicapped son, he found different exercise techniques to keep him focused and working out.
My son and I were a challenging couple and had never exercised in our lives other than swimming and walking.

This gym used to be maintained a lot better. the past few years since COVID it's been neglected heavily. Here is a list of some of the problems I have with this place.

- Never went back to 24 Hour status after COVID and charges the same amount.
- Entire pool area and sauna is always closed multiple times a month.
- Out of 6 water fountains only 2 of them work and they are disgusting with dirt all over them. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. The other 4 have been broken for half a year or more
- I don't think the Toilet seats have ever been replaced as they look like they are from the 1980's with lots of gunk caked around them and the toilets themselves.
- There are 2 air dryers that barely work in the men's bathroom and they are just as disgusting
- None of the equipment or floors are maintained very well and always have spider webs and lots of dirt on them.
- I have seen about 6+ machines tossed out with nothing to bring in to replace them. There is only one calf machine now and their used to be 3. Same goes for other equipment such as leg extensions.
- If you look up at any corner there are spider webs everywhere. Just another point that shows this place is never cleaned.

This is the only review I have ever left because I feel so strongly about how terrible this place is maintained and want to share this with others thinking of going here.

The man that works at this location is a miserable person. I was hoping to use a 3-day pass and from the start he gave me a difficult time. He immediately responded aggressively. He asked where I live and if I had intentions of actually joining. I live nearby and told him I could join the gym. He said he is able to deny my access if I don’t have intentions of actually joining. I told him I’m using this pass to decide that. He asked how often I would come and use this pass. I told him I had never used the pass before and I wasn’t planning on using it again after looking at the gym. He went on about how he’s supposed to charge me etc. I told him I had been here before a while ago with my friend so I know the price. I read the pass requirements and as long as I hadn’t been a guest within 6 months it was valid. After this unpleasant interaction I ultimately decided this gym was absolutely not for me. Do not even bother coming here. I’ve read other reviews stating the gym is dirty and they don’t open on time. Overall, this gym is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Love this gym. Been going 6 days a week for 2 years. Only down side is they keep it HOT AF, it’s summer and their thermostat on the wall says 81, hard to lift or do cardio when it’s this hot. Please for the love of god lower the temperature

Years after covid, they're still not open 24hrs, or even later in the evening. Night time gym hours better suit my lifestyle, but since peak hours are really my only option at the moment here, I'm stuck having to wait around for equipment to be free. Cleaning stations are being taken down and having to travel to the other side of the facility to get supplies to clean up after yourself is annoying.

It’s one thing not to Operate “24 hours”, but it’s unacceptable not to open when you say you’re going to be open. I enjoy my before work workouts, but arriving to this location And seeing lots of angry people standing outside is beyond me. Such a damper when you can’t get that gym pump before work. That’s why I come early to avoid the 5pm people

Today is August 31, 2023 at 5:45 AM. This gym is scheduled to open at 5 AM. Customers who paid their membership are walking lapse in the parking lot because the gym is not open. I signed up for a fitness class last week and the instructor didn’t show. There was no announcement or notice given by the gym staff. The membership-paid customers were in the classroom waiting for the instructor. Every member should DEMAND a refund!

This is a great place especially if u have bad knees. Low impact is exactly what I need. I am the old guy from cibolo. My hat goes off to DJ and CHARLIE (Heart of GOLD). The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The machines are kept up and not run down, but not as new as some other locations. The busy times are very accurate and my only complaint is sometimes the restrooms are rough but nothing crazy. Overall its a good gym and I come here regularly.

The name advertises 24 fitness, however they are only open from 5am until 10pm. Ironically they cannot even open consistently at 5am. Let today after waiting 30 min in tht parking lot for them to open at 5am. Once this place has your money they could care less about providing service.

The gym has become very dirty and not taken care of dirty bathroom, wet sauna, showers.
it has plenty of gym equipment but never has enough cleaning bottles nor any paper towels to clean it with.
It also doesn't help that a lot of the equipment is broken and never gets fixed!

I normally don't write a review, however, the ball was dropped on equipment and cleanliness. I have been with this gym for years and I have endured the constant gym membership increase and at this location a decrease in cleanliness, lack of customer service, and the breakdown of equipment. This gym needs a complete deep clean and brand new equipment. I can go on and on, however, I decided to move on , cancel my membership, and become a member at Lifetime. I don't mind the increase in monthly membership as long as I got the amenities that I paid for.

Gym is filthy. The cleaning that I’ve witnessed is not effective. Definitely zero deep cleaning. If you do try to wipe down the equipment when you’re done, 50% of the time the paper towels are out, the spray bottle is empty, or the spray bottle is busted. So you end up wasting time walking around to the different cleaning stations inconveniently located at the far corners of the gym. Overall, it discourages wiping down equipment. Most equipment is not maintained and noticeably old/rusty with missing/torn grips. Seems like there is at least one broken cable/circuit machine each week.

Monday-Wednesday weekdays starting at 4pm until 6pm have become a struggle. The last two months there has been a massive influx of new people (mostly huge groups of teenagers). There is no guarantee you’ll get what you need. I’ve been shut out of flat bench and cables regularly for two hour sessions. People hover and queue up waiting for these things. Even for a seasoned gym vet it can be overwhelming and frustrating. Takes away a big chunk of the stress relief and fun you get from working out. Thursday and Friday it’s much more manageable. Weekends (930am-12pm) are manageable as well. Gym temps in the summer are brutal, usually 82-84 even on cooler days.

Staff is friendly. Fellow members are nice as well. Lots of squat racks. Great variety of barbell benches. Overall a diverse bunch of equipment which is nice. Cable attachments are super basic and limited. Need more variety. Membership is pretty cheap. Never used any other amenities besides free weights/circuit/cables. Seems like there is always some room on cardio equipment.

This used to be a good gym to go get a serious workout but not anymore. When I went in the early morning the gym was fine but in the evenings, no matter the time, there are kids standing around chatting with their friends and not actually using the equipment. I’d say the staff needs to be walking around keeping things functional and breaking up gossip sessions. You cannot go in and keep a pump going. When you do find a piece of equipment open, it’s out of service or broken.

I don’t usually do reviews but I’ve been going to this gym for quite a few months and the machines are always dirty. The cleaning crew barely cleans. There’s always dust on the machines. Many machines stay broken for a while. The staff is unprofessional specially this Rachel girl who has been known for trying to get laid with several dudes at the gym. Many guys have spoken about this at the gym. They don’t clean their pool, sauna, hot tub, and the bathrooms. The bathroom’s floor are wet. It’s not a 24 hour gym. They don’t even open on time.

I would give zero stars. I don't write reviews, especially negative ones but I felt strongly to write this one. I tried a 3 day free pass, as advertised, and once inside they tried to sell me a membership, which I understand is their job, but after walking me through the gym, making assumptions on what my goals were, body composition, a total of 15 minutes, I was told I cannot workout unless I purchase a membership....without even allowing me to test the facility. I was told "we aren't actually doing the free pass as it says online". Really bad customer service and a waste of time, and made me angry enough to write a review.

Yesterday on the way to the sauna, I was screamed at by someone who was clearly under the influence. Then after ignoring the individual he comes less than arms length near me and proceeded to scream, “you’re just going to ignore me!” I don’t know this man and he was slurring his words and not in his right mind. Then about 15 mins later he’s falling and stumbling by the pool. I was too nervous to leave the sauna a few gentlemen offered to walk me out because they witnessed the situation. I saw one of the associates I was familiar with and told her what happened. She apologized and said let’s talk to my manager. I noticed that he(individual who yelled at me)did leave while talking to her. She was very kind but this wasn’t her position to decide what to do in this situation . The manager then told me he couldn’t assume someone was under the influence bc they are missing teeth and he’ll review the camera even though I explained the whole situation. I reiterated that he was slurring and could barley stand. He then told me he has to review the camera. Fast forward the staff to end up calling an ambulance and authorities because this man was PASSED OUT IN THE LOCKER ROOM with injuries on him. If this issue was handled initially properly this could have been avoided. I hope no one else has to experience this when just trying to workout in peace.

It's clean for the most part. Sauna I'd stay away from not that clean. Loved water aerobic. Down side not open 24 hrs anymore. I liked going at 1am. Friendly staff. They did charge me during covid when they were closed.

I use to love this gym and use to brag about it but since covid this has to be the nastiest 24hr on the planet so many things are broken forget swimming or using the sauna its always broken thats the best part of my workout but workingout here wont let me get rhat enjoyment i will never step foot in this location again i will drive 30 miles if necessary to avoid this place unless changes are made 24hr get it together this is ridiculous and you dont get to know the staff because its always changing i wonder why.?....hmmm

Uncomfortable. Dont offer biometric check in. So just take someones cell and go. Group fitness room is like zero degrees cold and everybody takes equipment in. Use the equipment that is in the room or dont go in the group fitness studio. Jump rope on the floor not in the group fitness room. Use your brains stop making people feel uncomfortable. Staff seems ok. Gym is clean.
