Been a member here for over5 years now. It's a GREAT gym! Only place in Boerne with a true sauna, lots of equipment and the owner and staff are fantastic. 10 of 10 would recommend!

Deceptive billing process and will bill you for many years to put your account "on hold". My wife thought that meant zero charge per month, but no $10/mo. Tried to call the owner but he won't call me back. He also made a deal with my father in law that his family would never be charged due to a previous loan to keep this business afloat, but Parvis doesn't keep his word and still charges my wife even when the account is on hold. He refuses to return my calls and the mailbox doesn't take messages. Highly do NOT recommend this gym.

I was visiting my family in Boerne and did day pass (15/day, but there was a separate week pass rate). Had everything needed for standard gym, lots of equipment, front desk was super nice. Very pleasant surprise to work out here and recommend!

For those who enjoy the family style gyms! The 24/7 Health & Fitness is very well maintained and the equipment is on par or above most large gyms! Everything is clean and it's never over crowded. The staff and members are friendly. You don't have to worry about some "Hulk" or "Bro" messing up your set or being a creep.
Definitely recommend to those who like a good workout with no crowding or distractions!

Owner takes good. Are of his customers. Best time to go is before 5:00 weekdays. After that a lot of kids come posing in the mirror. I guess it's better than roaming in the streets.

When gyms were required to close because of covid they continued to charge my card and said they would “reimburse me” after they could open back up. I canceled my credit card and didn’t hear one word from them. Never got my money back

24/7 has great hours. You can go anytime! Their contract is very flexible. If you want to quit, just give them one month notice. There is a lot of equipment to use, weight machines, free weights, elipticals, treadmills, stairmills, etc. The equipment isn't very new, but it is mostly all serviceable. I can't say anything about most of their classes as the only one I've done is the cycle class. It is pretty poor. 99% of the class is spent standing up. So, you don't get much training that would help you on an actual bike. It's more like an eliptical workout class.

This gym is the best gym in boerne. Parvis who is owner runs a tight ship. The weightlifting equipment ranges from free weights to cardio machines. There are tons of kettle bells, crossfit equipment, and punching bags. The gym is refreshing in that it is locally owned. It also appeals to all age groups. 24/7 Health and fitness also has men's and women's saunas, a daycare, Zuma and cycling classes. My wife and I get a great deal for the membership.

the gym itself is dirty and multiple machines are broken. And the staff? ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!! I have no idea what they pay these people to do, consider yourself lucky to even get anyone on the phone, and if you do by some miracle they will say they work for another department or cant answer your question and have the owner return your call. This place needs to learn how to run a business, what kind of place doesnt return a single voicemail or email (at least 20 of each) even one time?! I have been trying to cancel my membership since i moved from Boerne in FEBRUARY!!!! when i do speak to someone who has an "answer" their "answer" is that i have to physically come in to cancel. which is not possible as i had explained many times. finally today a lady there tells me i have to send a certified letter to be able to cancel my account. which would not have been an issue if this weren't 3 and a half months later. WOW is all i can say for this establishment. the fact that i had to jump through 3 months of hoops to get to a point in which i can hopefully get my membership cancelled is ridiculous. I advise anyone who is considering them to stay away.
