I can’t say enough good things about 30 Minute HIIT Boxing in Austin! From the moment you walk in, you feel empowered, supported, and truly cared for. It’s a space created by women, for women — and that energy is felt in every single class.

Bridgett, one of the owners, is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does, and how much heart she pours into creating an environment where every woman feels strong, capable, and welcomed, no matter their fitness level. She genuinely cares about each member and makes you feel like family from day one.

Haleigh(the other owner), who was my very first introduction to 30 Minute HIIT Boxing, made me feel comfortable right from the start. She took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and instantly made me feel like I belonged. She creates such a warm, judgment-free environment that made it so easy (and exciting!) to start my fitness journey here.

And Tiffany (trainer) her energy is absolutely contagious! She brings so much positivity and motivation to every session. She strikes the perfect balance of challenging and fun, and you can’t help but push yourself harder with her encouragement. I always leave class feeling stronger, prouder, and excited to come back.

30 Minute Hit is a wonderful, women only space that allows you to get a good workout in while learning self-defense at the same time. It's good for anyone with a busy schedule and less than an hour to commit to getting out a workout in. There is at least one trainer every time you enter the floor to help you with your workout- anything from how to throw a punch, to foot work, to motivation to hit harder. There are no set class times, so you can come in any time that they are open and you know that you can immediately start your workout & you'll have someone to help you. Not having set class times works because the workout is a circuit routine. It is a very positive and uplifting environment, especially at the end of your workout when you're so tired but you are so close to being done. There is an option to do a free trial workout before you commit to a membership, and memberships can be on a month to month basis if you don't want to commit to a year. Almost every month there is something going on that is different from the month prior for members to participate in. And also every month there are Hit camps (1 hour duration) outside of the normal hours where you can really practice and implement what you have learned so far with another person 1 on 1; these have an additional cost, but are so worth it. There is a space for small children if that is something that you would need. There is a changing room and a restroom, and cubbies to keep your stuff in while you workout. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

5/18/24 Update: If you were looking for a sign to try this gym, this is it! I was hesitant before I finally booked my free trial, but once I did, I was like, “why did I wait so long?!” I’ve been working out at 30MH for almost two years, and I still love every min-hit (we’re big on puns including “hit”)! Owners Bridgett and Haleigh care so much about the community they’re fostering in the gym, and that consideration shows through in each of the trainers, too. I love all the strong, wonderful women I get to meet at this gym. The atmosphere is always welcoming, energized, and stress free. I’ve had to modify my workouts for health reasons, and the trainers were more than willing to help me come up with a plan to still get my workout in. It’s truly a special place where women can find community and get a good workout in.

If you're a woman looking for an empowering, fun, quick workout, this place is for you! I've only been here a short time, but already I can feel the sense of community created by the owners and the care they put into creating a GREAT workout space for Austin women. Kickboxing was never on my agenda, but I am so glad Bridget convinced me to take a free trial class! It's just the perfect environment & structure to keep me motivated to come in. There's no such thing as "late for class," and the high intensity intervals get my heart rate high enough to stimulate the endorphins that always make me grateful I made the trip. The trainers are fantastic - encouraging & just enough helpful suggestions, even showing modifications for things that don't feel right in my worn or underused parts. 02/2024 update - almost a year and a half after starting at this gym, I still love it 💗 such an inclusive and fun place to work out.

07/2023 - incredibly welcoming, clean, powerful atmosphere.

I was super nervous going into my first workout last fall, but all worries were put at ease within seconds of entering the space. I love the flexibility of the workouts and the different levels you can go through at each station as you learn. It's also awesome to be able to use the program virtually!

The trainers are knowledgeable and so kind. Bridgett and Haleigh (along with the other trainers) cultivate an environment of excitement, authenticity, and love. When you are a member at 30 Minute Hit, you are family - if you aren't in for a while, people notice and reach out to check up on you. They let you know that you matter. It's more than just a gym, it is a place to create community. <3

This gym is exactly what was missing from my life. Every single trainer is amazing. They give you the pointers, the support, but they're not constantly hovering over you. I love the flexibility of no class times and just showing up whenever I'm off work. The work out feels good and makes you want to push to your best because it's only 30 minutes. I used to hate working out after work but not with this gym! I'm excited to go even after a 9 hour shift!

The owners Bridgett and Haleigh are the absolute best. They, along with all the trainers, are so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable.

Hurt your knee? No problem, they can help you find modifications. Can’t do a lot of the motions? No worries, do whatever is comfortable until you can work your way up. Not intense enough? There are multiple different more advanced levels to try out to mix things up.

As long as I show up I’m seeing consistent and progressive results. I’m gaining strength, endurance and feeling more comfortable in my body than I ever have in my life.

Finding this gym has been life changing and I can’t recommend it enough!

I overestimated this gym. I was going in apprehensive because I didn't know what I was walking into. It's an all female class and the environment is completely chill. This being said do not think the classes are going to be laid back they're high intensity workouts similar to what boxers and kickboxers do. On top of this they also teach self-defense mixed in with the workouts. I was dying and struggling to keep up with Kelsey's workout, because this was something new to me. She was absolutely sweet and encouraging so I knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend checking this place out

Every time I go I have an awesome workout! Everyone’s so nice and encouraging and motivate me to keep training harder. Being an all womens gym is a plus! 100% recommend it to any women looking to learn how to box, self-defense, or get a good workout.

This is a great place for women who are looking for a quick moderate to high intensity workout by skilled trainers. After each workout I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The training is tailored for each woman to meet her personal fitness goals, and help challenge herself each time to learn a new skill/technique. I cannot believe my results from being a novice kickboxer only a few short months ago! The muscle definition I’ve gained and the inclusive atmosphere motives me to reach my fitness goals. I love coming here! I feel like I get a great workout, and I always feel super comfortable. The trainers are fun!! And we get to beat up a mannequin at the end. I’ve really grown to hate him and I look forward to wailing on him every day. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I love 30 Minute Hit - Austin! The workout is a great balance of fun and intensity. Stress relief through punching and kicking things has positively contributed to my pleasant demeanor ;-). I LOVE this place and cannot recommend it enough! I had not worked out in many years and was so out of shape and didn't even think I could make it through the circuit once. Luckily they have trainers on site all the time and they are super helpful and motivating! I am about 5 months in and I actually love this workout. I still have to talk myself into it frequently but once I am punching and kicking I feel so good about it, mentally and physically. The fact that you can get an effective workout (and self defense lessons) in 30 minutes makes it hard to come up with reasons not to do it! Thanks Bridgett and Haleigh :)

Had so much fun! Mutsa and Savannah were awesome trainers. I was sweating big time, but they were able to help me modify the stations because I'm super out of shape. They can do beginners all the way up to advanced. Using everything I learned to beat up "Bob" the dummy at the end was very satisfying.
