Love the kids club! & I really appreciate the womenβs section! It can be hard to get in free weights area or benches at busier times. So itβs nice to be able to get in the womenβs area.

Great workout! The Trainers are awesome! Tara and Rachel are very encouraging, If for any reason you are not able to do a station, they can modify it for you, until you are able, or just keep it modified.. The place is very clean, friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for a great place, this is the place. 30 minute intense workout, with great training. I have been a member for almost 2 months, I can see results already (so can my husband π) and plan on staying with it.

Iβm so happy I made the decision to join. I enjoy working with the trainers and being in and out in roughly 30 mins. They even have a little kids area for my children, where they can watch me or play until Iβm done.

Finishing up my third month at this gym and Iβve loved every minute of it! This type of workout has been a perfect fit for my schedule; there are no class times and you can drop in whenever they are open. The 30 minutes fly by and the trainers are great company that help inspire you and push you to succeed every time you come in. I definitely feel myself becoming stronger, and I have more endurance than when I first started. Thanks 30 Minute Hit!

10 out of 10. It was a wonderfully intense experience, Tara was so sweet and encouraging. As it was my first time she kept an eye on me making sure I knew what I was doing at each station. She helped me to slow down when she noticed I was struggling and pushing me when I needed it. It is a very welcoming environment for beginners and experienced ones alike. The timing and spacing makes it to where you are never waiting for someone else to finish their set before being able to move on. I would encourage all women to give it a try. There are no expectations on you as a member and when you sign up they give you the gloves and wrapping as well. Will definitely be coming back when I have time.

I love HIT, high intensity 30 minutes workout that helps you workout while getting stronger and learning some self defense moves. The facilities are very clean, the trainers are great and stay encouraging you every step of the way. There are no set class start so you can start your circuit within a couple minutes of getting there. Besides the great workout you get it is also a fantastic stress reliever.

I really enjoy my workouts here. The trainers, Tara and Rachel, are always extremely friendly and motivating. I have belonged to regular gyms before, and I always felt like I was walking around, not really knowing what to do. I'd do some cardio and weight train and leave without speaking to anybody. It was pretty typical and boring. Here, I don't feel that way. For me, the 30 minutes fly by because it's so fun as opposed to the seemingly never-ending 30 minutes I spent on the elliptical or treadmill AND you have trainers always there supporting you and giving helpful tips. You can adjust your workouts accordingly as well. If you have an injury, there is always a way to modify a move, or if you want to challenge yourself, you can advance levels when you're ready. If you're on the fence about joining, you can go in for a free trial class and see for yourself how fun it is.

If you have not tried out this class, you need to. I find it very convenient and am able to run over when I have 40 minutes to spare. I get my work out in and get back to home quickly. It is a great work out and you will burn some calories. The trainers are great and the place is always clean- huge plus!! They offer free trials so give them a shot.

I absolutely love this place! The team has helped inspire, encourage and sustain a healthy routine of working out. I love that you can walk in and not have to be tied to a class schedule. I can be in and out in 30 minutes and the routine continues to challenge me. It never gets easier, because as your skills progress, so does your technique thereby you are constantly striving for the next level. I also appreciate the trainers who are not only encouraging, but have made an effort to get to know me and engage with each of the ladies. My gym family continues to grow so that I enjoy visiting them (members and trainers) and getting a good sweat, often. Great little gem (gym) thatβs close to home!

I have been going to 30 Minute Hit in Humble since August and Iβm addicted. Itβs so easy to get in, get your 30 minute workout, and get back to your life. The trainers help you learn the moves at each station and then challenge you to advance to a higher level when you are ready. The studio is kept very clean. Everyone is spaced with one empty station between them and trainers clean after each use. Most importantly, it works. Iβm seeing improvements on the scale and mirror and feel better after such a good workout every time. And who doesnβt love getting some stress punches out on Bob.

I highly recommend anyone who is into fitness to go in for a free trial and check it out! When I walked in the Fall Creek location, it was extremely clean and inviting. I was welcomed by the trainers and felt comfortable even though this type of workout was new to me. I felt safe with all the Covid measures in place. The staff were constantly cleaning each station after every use. It was challenging and fun. The trainers were sweet and knowledgeable they explained each drill, demonstrated the proper technique and coached me through each station. As a mom, the fact that I got a complete full body workout including strength training and cardio in 30 minutes is huge. I encourage everyone to give it a try!

Tara and her team of coaches are very motivating and encouraging. They teach you the techniques you need to learn. I am a beginner at kickboxing/boxing and was very comfortable with the workout. 30 Minute Hit Humble is located are a convenient location right off Beltway 8 (near highway 59). The studio is spotless upon entry and the staff is personable and welcoming. The instructors offer positive and constructive feedback through the stations. Kickboxing techniques are learned as well as self defense techniques that any lady would benefit from knowing! It is hard to keep sweat out of your eyes while wearing boxing gloves, but I feel like if thatβs your problem then you are getting a kick butt workout!
