Julio is a 5 out of 5, he is very professional and very knowledgeable. Ask him anything fitness and nutrition related and he will know and if he doesn’t he will go out of his way to find the information for you. He modifies his workout routines to fit each clients needs. I’ve seen him train clients from all ages and with very different fitness goals. Great trainer!

If you want to see real changes in your physical appearance FAST…and you want to go from Good to WOW…then start training with Julio! While other trainers might scroll through their phone or look around the gym, Julio was attentive during sessions and demonstrated patience when I was learning new exercises. He strongly emphasized proper form to prevent injuries and to make sure I worked the right muscles. He incorporated several different and unique exercises that you won’t get with other trainers and encouraged me to give it my best. Best of all, training didn’t feel like training…even though the sessions were challenging, he made sessions fun! Julio has a very friendly personality and he’s funny, so time just flew by. I looked forward to every session!

Absolutely amazing trainer. From the 1st complimentary training to now (almost 9 months later) he has always been so welcoming & motivating. He is extremely patient (i complain alot). I can't even lie. I was never consistent with strength training or weight lifting before him. He has me so strong. I definitely recommend to anyone on any fitness level!

Julio is an amazing trainer! I am excited to see what I do every time he trains me. Julio records our workouts to study them and see what I need the most improvement on, then he corrects my technique and makes sure I understand what I am doing wrong.

I think working out is extremely difficult; especially when you are a girl lifting weights it is hard to push yourself. Julio pushes me in a professional manner by educating me, but he keeps things interesting and fun with his personality.

I have been training with him for approximately six months and I have to say that I love how I look forward to going to the gym. I recommend Julio if you seriously want to change your lifestyle and want to start seeing more definition in your body. He is committed to his clients and he is always learning different work outs to improve his training for us.

What sets Julio apart from other trainers I have had is his ability to push your body hard, but avoid injury or burn out. He is an amazing trainer.

I've been training with Julio for 4 months now and I'm definitely seeing results, which have also been noticed by those around me. He changes up workouts so I never get bored and he keeps personalized records of my results. He dedicates his time to you and isn't on his phone or distracted. He has a great personality and is easy to get along with so he creates a comfortable environment. The gym is in good condition with good equipment. UPDATE: It's now Aug 24th and I've dropped to 217! The weight loss is nice but the best part is that I feel really good, look better and can wear clothes that I didn't fit into two years ago.

I began my training with Julio on May 3rd and weighed 238 at the first official weigh-in. Today, July 18th, I was 223 and if I didn't love to eat so much, I'd be closer to my first target weight of 215! I booked 30 minute sessions three times a week and I feel and look 100% better than I did 11 weeks ago. He gives you a variety of workouts each day and even gives you homework and recipes to help you in your journey to eating clean/real food. Honestly, nutritionist and fitness people know that losing weight is 80% what you eat (or don't eat) and workouts can help with the rest. He documents everything you do daily and is very thorough. How many repetitions you do or how much weight you do is not the focus - the focus is on doing the exercise correctly and safely to avoid injury. Give him a 30 day trial and see how much better you will feel. I'm glad that I did.

Julio's technical expertise is only surpassed by his friendly and funny personality! I actually like getting up to go to the gym at 5AM because he makes every workout different, fun, and just a little more challenging each time. He thinks on his feet to adjust the workout if a pain or problem pops up. For example, I was doing a workout that involved my legs and knees when suddenly my knee was having pain. I felt I could push through but he said no, and quickly changed the plan for the day so I could still get a great workout without risking injury. Julio is a dynamic trainer and is helping me become MY best physical self! Thanks Julio!
