Exceptional Personal Trainer – Highly Recommend!
I can't say enough good things about Mario! He’s an incredibly skilled personal trainer who truly cares about his clients and their progress. His approach to fitness is personalized, effective, and motivating. I saw real results, and more importantly, I enjoyed every session. Mario takes the time to understand your goals and creates a workout plan that suits your individual needs.
Unfortunately, we had to part ways due to scheduling conflicts, as we have two small children, and it became tough to align our schedules. If it weren’t for that, we would absolutely have continued working with Mario. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine passion for fitness are unmatched.
If you’re looking for a trainer who can help you reach your goals while making the process enjoyable, Mario is your guy. I can't recommend him enough!

Mario is a wonderful personal trainer! I completed the 6 week program recently and had great results. I am feeling so strong mentally and physically. He guides you through each exercise and explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for a trainer.

Mario is an excellent trainer! I was looking to shed some pounds and gain muscle which is exactly what I got with Mario. He seeks to understand your goals and works with you to achieve those- I had to start slow because I could barely lift 5 lb weights and slowly but surely week after week got stronger! He will also coach you on what to eat daily and how much protein you should be getting in. Definitely give him a call if you’re looking for an awesome, personalized workout regime!

Mario is an excellent personal trainer! I have been with him for 2+ years and could not be happier! He listens to you, helps you achieve your goals, supports you, and also becomes a great friend! The gym he trains at has great equipment and the people there are so friendly (and funny!) with an inviting atmosphere! HIGHLY recommend!

I trained with Mario 6 days weekly for 6 weeks, and finished the program feeling accomplished, satisfied, and strong! Mario was attentive and thoughtful and worked around my inconsistent work schedule to train. Overall I enjoyed the program and found it to be efficient and effective and saw results within 3 weeks while following the meal plan about 70% of the time. Thank you, Mario for pushing and testing my limits while keeping a smile on my face! It’s been a pleasure training with you and I’ll see you again if I need to be whipped back into shape.

Mario is an amazing trainer, motivator and coach. I have ridden my own roller coaster- due to my nutritional tendencies, going up and down the Yo-Yo… and the whole way Mario kept me strong and active with challenging tailored exercises. Super clean gym, great members to share with, a cadre of trainers to chit chat with, and Mario to make sure your form is on point as you push your fitness. This past October I got my nutrition right again, stopped bad habits and I have dropped 45lbs in 70 days with 6x6. It works, Give it 6 weeks, eat the way he says and you can slay your fitness goals

I did three 6x6 week sessions with Mario (so a total of 18 weeks, 6 days per week), and I have seen amazing results! I started at 148 lbs and ended up at 130 lbs at the end of 18 weeks, losing not only fat but also building muscle. Mario knows his training, he is knowledgeable and very patient. He is receptive to feedback, so if you want to focus on a certain area or goal, just communicate it to him, and he will adjust. I am still working out with him 4x/week, and can't wait to see what results in the next few months! Highly recommend Mario! He is an excellent trainer!!

Mario is a very motivated and hardworking trainer! I've been training with him for 5 months now and the results are amazing. I've lost close to 16 lbs. Before I was never motivated about going to the gym. But now thanks to Mario I love the gym and I enjoy lifting weights. He is very organized and he makes sure his clients achieve their targets. Mario has been my personal trainer for 4 years. He has helped live a healthier lifestyle by teaching me how to work out and eat healthier. Mario is a great trainer. He cares a lot about each of his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure you are giving your full potential to your workouts. His routines are fun and always changing. Mario is literally the best trainer I could have asked for! He pushes me and motivates me to do better and work harder and also gives me all the tools necessary for my meals and work outs outside of the gym. Great great trainer! Since being on Mario's workout plan and meal plan I've lost 20 pounds and have gained so much more strength. The workouts always push me and training with him has been a catalyst in my life - helping me have more energy and a healthier lifestyle. I actually look forward to the workouts! Before doing Mario's 6x6 program I tried it all to shed some weight and nothing was really helping me reach my goal. I can’t give enough praise to Mario with 6X6 training. After my 2nd child, Mario helped me lose 20+ lbs and there are too many non scale victories to list. This didn’t happen overnight, but I’ve been able to maintain in spite of all the craziness that is life.
More about Mario...I actually call him my training partner. From the initial consultation, I knew Mario was fully vested in helping me achieve my goals and teaching me more about my Nutrition pitfalls. He’s very professional and has a great sense of humor, so the sessions are hard but the time passes quickly. I've worked out with many trainers through the years and honestly many were on extremes - they worked you to point of passing out or didn't even pay attention to your form and progress. Simply put, Mario has figured out the right balance and has an amazing gut instinct to know when you need a lil extra push or a lot in my case!
