This is where gym and a supportive community come together! It is easy to stick to a gym routine when you can work hard and have fun. Go at your own pace and have wonderful trainers making sure you are doing everything correctly so injuries are avoided!

Hands down the best gym around. If you're looking for a place to feel comfortable and see massive results, this is your home! 99 Health and Wellness offers a range of class times and the trainers are all amazing. I've really built a community within this gym and have been so pleased with my results. I enjoy waking up early, stepping foot into 99, and feeling so good and ready to start the day after. They have both classes and personal training. You 100% need to give it a try and get your first week free!

I’ve never been someone who loved working out—until I found 99 Health and Wellness. I’ve been going consistently for about 4 months now, and I actually look forward to my sessions 3-4 times a week! Dianna and her team of trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly committed to helping you succeed safely. They’ve taught me so much, from proper form to smart modifications that help prevent injury. I can honestly say I’m a changed woman—mind, body, and soul—thanks to this incredible gym. I have been attending 99 Health and Wellness for years now. I can honestly say this was the first gym where I was able to make working out a habit. Everyday is a little different so the workouts never get stale. The trainers are amazing people and it’s a clean, positive place. Best way to start your day!

I have never been one to stick with a gym but I’m in my third year at 99 Health and Wellness and I love it! The trainers are great. They work with all levels and meet you where you are. I have made some new friends and best of all, I feel great! Even after three years, the workouts are always different and I’m never bored.

Super impressed with every workout here!! The trainers are all great and I love the structure of the workouts. Prep before the workout and recovery after the workout is a huge emphasis and great for longevity. As a Doctor that preaches that to people daily, it is awesome to have workouts designed like that! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this gym 3 plus years. Everyday you do something different. One day arms another legs don't forget cardio! Best trainer's! Always encouraging and watching you too make sure your form is correct and you aren't going to hurt yourself. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. After struggling to loose weight, and having blood work that came back with not so stellar results, I realized everything I was struggling with came from the food I was eating. Dianna worked out at my gym before starting her own business and I was familiar with some of the things she provided. Dianna helped me clean up the food I am eating. This was through a grocery store tour, nutritional consultation and educational material. I’ve learned so much about how to read nutritional labels and about specific brands. She has guided me through making better choices among different types of food and brands. She explained why it was so important to choose clean beef, chicken, turkey, seafood, other proteins, and produce. With the changes in my lifestyle that she has helped shape and along with working out, I’ve lost 37 lbs in 10 weeks. I’m a firefighter and I’ve improved my physical agility from 8:15 to 6:52, I feel better, and my cloths are getting loose. I could not out exercise a bad diet. With Dianna’s help I’ve been able to start the process of loosing weight and getting back to a healthy weight. Sweating, working out, taking the time for myself, all things I didn't like or didn't do. But 99HW has made me believe in the advantages. Being older I was worried about starting, but they make it easy; need modifications no problem; need a pep talk, no problem; need a kick in the rear, no problem; need some fun in your life, no PROBLEM. They truly do make working out fun and the benefits are fascinating to watch in your own body. I just completed a month 99 Health and Wellness. I have never gone to a gym before. I had the best time, all the trainers are wonderful and worked with me in the group setting. I had lots of modifications but they were very encouraging, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Even my fellow gym members were supportive.
I would definitely recommend.

As a 60+ year-old woman, I had not done much exercise.....at any age. Walking into the gym and meeting Dianna, and starting to work out with her changed my life! She makes you feel comfortable and capable, which I never thought I’d feel! And - it’s FUN! I don’t dread going, and always leave feeling a huge sense of accomplishment. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to return to a regular exercise program with Dianna's help.
