9Round offers a great workout. It is about 40 minutes in length versus 30 but well worth it. I have burned about 500-600 calories with each workout. The workouts are challenging yet fun. The pace is fast so the workout is completed before I realize it. I am truly enjoying it. I can already feel a difference in my inches. In addition, the workouts are never the same and the instructors make sure to work out then entire body. Instructors are fair and attentive. More importantly, they motivate and when slow, they go through the cycle along with me. Thank you. I needed an alternative to the stale and boring traditional gym.
