Alex is an all-around fantastic trainer. He is friendly, fun, encouraging, but knows just how to push you and gets the best out of you. I have yet to meet a trainer that pushes you to greater gains and reach the next level like Alex and this is not limited to physical strength but he pushes to excel in such a way that the progress is mental Alex has the innate ability to know just how much further you can push yourself- He enables growth not just by focusing on safe mechanics which he does but he artfully helps you push past mental blocks you have about what you are capable of achieving. The boost in confidence and sense of accomplishment is one of the greatest joys in working with Alex- his belief and faith in your ability is always greater than your own- his gift is helping you to see it as well. He is extremely qualified and knowlegeable as a trainer given his physical therapy background, so you perform exercises correctly to prevent injury, but his greatest attribute and what makes him so unique is his ability to motivate you to push past the mental limitations we all have- to find that edge and reach for a little bit more.

Before I met AB, I thought “glutes” was just a fancy way to say “pants.” Now, I can’t sit, sneeze, or laugh without feeling muscles I previously assumed were just decorative.
Alex is like a fitness Jedi—calm, wise, and somehow always knows when I’ve been cheating on my diet. The workouts are equal parts motivational and mildly traumatic. Who would of thought a medicine ball could be so terrifying.
They say pain is weakness leaving the body. If that’s true, then I am currently the weakest person alive. But thanks to AB, I’m on my way to being slightly less weak and significantly more sore.
Highly recommend if you want to get in shape, cry a little, and question your life choices in the best way possible.

Alex is hands down one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. His workouts are completely customized, and he has this sharp, analytical way of figuring out what your body needs. Alex is a delight to work with, I felt like we instantly connected and was able to identify pain points in my training. His understanding of the human body, especially the shoulder, is truly remarkable ; you’d think he’s a doctor or something.. I’ve suffered from pretty serious shoulder injuries from training jiu jitsu that had rendered my mobility to an all time low, but even after just a few sessions with Alex he was able to significantly improve that and reverse years worth of damage. Alex is patient, and has a great ability to explain his concepts in a way where even first time gym goers can understand. I look forward to every session with Alex, because I know he’s going to push me to my absolute limit, would highly recommend him.

Coach Alex is a very knowledgable coach, but more importantly he knows how to keep me entertained with his personality & his charisma while training. I had experienced some shoulder issues, & he really helped me within 2 sessions. He's extremely motivating. Watching him continue to further his education & joy for different type of fitness activities, seeing how hard he shows up for himself & everyone else around him, & watching him dedicate himself to a cause bigger than himself is inspiring.
