We had absolutely the worst birthday party experience here. There is zero consistency in what the “rules” are. There was a major lack of communication between both of the workers and what they were telling me, which resulted in time being wasted sitting at the tables and party ending early. I will never have another party here and will never recommend this place to others.

Unfortunately the teen teachers do not know how to give these kids structure or guid them or even keep these Littles attention. Even after talking to the office lady telling told her "hey it's okay to have my child sit out if she is not listening," she said oh well it's the first day and we will see if the kids still want to be in the class by the end of today. Hummm well we paid for our child to learn and you don't care if she is off jumping on the trampoline away from her group? You don't care if I have to go out and re derect my child 4 times back to her group? We paid for yall to teach and give structure, and INSTRUCTION! Beware if you sign up for any of these classes, we had a similar experience the first time around. And dropped class. Thinking back now we should have got a refund. IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO TEACH THIS POTICULAR AGE GROUP, THEY SHOULD NOT OFFER IT

I would recommend this gym to anyone, they have served our community for many years. The coaching staff truly does show passion for the sport, and are all great at helping each child achieve different goals, at different skill levels.

Kids love it, but if you have little one who do not attend, their wyfi is not great at all, so download entertainment before you arrive

Unfortunately you have to give one star in order to post. Very disappointed in the way one employee treated the adults and children. She was not friendly nor welcoming when we arrived. She acted as if she were disgusted to have to deal with people. She was rude to some of the children and appeared to have zero patience the day we were there. Hopefully she was having a bad day and does not treat all visitors/party guests this way. When the majority of parents are talking about the way she is acting, there must be an issue. When working with children or offering birthday party services, my hope is that the experience would be friendly, enjoyable, and upbeat for children to celebrate their special day. When we arrived literally 5 minutes before the party’s scheduled start time and asked where to take party supplies, we were rudely told…”just leave it here”—she gave minimal eye contact, had a look of disgust on her face and almost annoyed that we asked. Upon leaving, the same employee asked the parent to rate how the center did —“tell us how bad we did” as she looked on while said parent completed the rating. Not very professional in my opinion.

Grandson went to fun day. Had a good time, large area, plenty of areas to do gymnastics, trampolines, foam pits, etc. Have summer programs to look over.

This sports center is a large facility with a lot of various things to do. I was here with a friend and their children for a birthday party. It's a great place for that. All of the children seemed like they had fun. The staff was good with the kids as well.
From a professional point of view it seems extremely old, worm out, and in need of some new equipment. There are several pads throughout the place that are ripped open and spilling padding everywhere, even in the kids clothes and hair. There are also pads that have very little padding if any at all. The floor's edges were also open for feet to get caught on. The foam blocks in the two pits are also in terrible shape. I'm not sure how the classes are but if they're anything like the contents of the Sports Center, I would not attend. The birthday party was fun and a hit with the kids!

Staff is Great! However, they need to majorly renovate their mats. I do not see how these torn up mats can be safe for anyone. The place looks to still be stuck in the early 90's with a few exceptions. With a few new things and some cleaning up, it will be good to go again!
