I used Ricky for 7 months this year, I’ve been working out inconsistently over this span of 6 years and could never get things dialed in, Ricky helped me tremendously in getting that consistency, teaching me better habits, and has become a great friend. If you are looking for a trainer that will keep you honest, teach you the skills to be successful in and out of the gym, he’s your guy. Ricky is hands down the friendliest and most authentic person. I started to train with Ricky 6 months ago. And it has been an amazing journey. Ricky really focuses on his clients. From fixing form while
Lifting, to adjusting any exercises to avoid pain or strain that is happening. I had a weak lower back and the the first month I wasn’t able to lift much weight but with the adjustments Ricky showed me my lower back is getting stronger and stronger and the pain is going away. Ricky is super focused on clients diet plans. Constantly adjusting food choices to help you stay committed and full. Since I started my dad and wife have also gave Ricky a chance and they are super happy. Ricky is the best trainer I have had not just for my body but also helps in motivation and self confidence. Ricky is an exceptional trainer. He's motivating, encouraging, and helps to push me to the next levels of mental health by showing me i still have 5 more to do. He shows me how the machines work and how the body reacts to certain ways I can move to feel the muscle. When I see him he always has the plan ready to go and ask me. " are you ready?" It motivating to see a trainer excited to see his clients reach their goals by pumping them up as soon as he sees them. He also pays good, detailed attention to form and that's a plus for me since I have several injuries. Good energy i definitely recommend him as a trainer.
