Don’t be fooled when you sign up for a tour online that advertises “no sales, no hassle come check out the gym for free” you can show up even after scheduling your tour and they will still tell you you have to pay for a day pass. Never been to a gym that does that.

Told me after 30 days trying to cancel membership. They emailed a 7 day notice policy for memberships.
So they charged me 2 extra months of membership.
When you first sign up it states cancel at anytime.
You are also charged your month upfront you cancel.
Be aware if you sign up here they make you fight and take more money for months down the road to cancel.
Once again nowhere in their contract stating this.

I’ve been going here since January 4-5x a week and like it a lot so far!
Pros: aesthetic gym and also a diverse amount of great equipment, turf area, etc. and maintenanced regularly. Never waiting more than a couple minutes for equipment even during busy hours. “Influencer friendly” but people are usually aware of their camera setups and will move if needed. I’ve never had an issue with it. People here are friendly but also keep to themselves/are focused on their workouts. The lockers are nice to have. Weekends are much less busy.
Cons: 4/5 stars bc biggest thing is it can be a super overstimulating environment. Music playlist is super redundant and cranked to max volume so I have to use my noise cancel earbuds on max volume and even then I can still hear it a little bit. Which I guess is a pro if you forget your earbuds and like the music!

One of the best gyms I've ever been to. It would be five star if they'd stop blaring the poser rap. The variety of machines is great and it's never overcrowded.

Edit: people say the customer service isn't good. I've been here since right after they opened and the staff has always been pretty on top of things, most of them are friendly, and I have a feeling some people who never worked at a gym just like to complain. If you focus on the weights you won't have time to be salty.

Crowded, music is too loud (you have to bring closed back headphones), no paper towels in the restroom (how do you wash your face?), half of the hand sanitizer machines don’t work, equipment is broken or squeaky (staff doesn’t check like they should), water fountains smell terrible, and the yearly fee wasn’t mentioned until after I already signed up.

The best gym in The DFW. There are so many unique machines and so much space that even when the parking lot looks pretty full, it doesn’t seem as busy inside. The aesthetics and lighting are great. There’s a lot of recording, so if you’re not comfortable maybe being in the back of someone’s video, this might not be the place for you. They’re open 24/7 even on holidays and always staffed, so your needs are always taken care of.

I've been a member since they opened. The facility is world class, you will not find a better equipped gym anywhere. It is crammed full of very high end equipment. My complaint is the volume at which they play the rap music. I listen to metal and even with my headphones turned up to almost full volume the rap music still bleeds through. This is very distracting and takes me out of my "zone". Ninety percent of the people who workout there wear headphones anyway so why does the rap music need to be blaring so loudly? It has gotten louder over time and I wanted to call this out to management because talking to other members most of them feel the same way. I am basically being forced to listen to this rap music and I do not appreciate that. Can you please just tone it down a few notches so I can hear my own music through my headphones and stay focused? I don't think this is asking too much. Other than this issue, the gym is absolutely fantastic
