I reached out to Aice with some annoying pain in my hip, back and shoulders. He preformed a thorough assessment and recognized muscle imbalances that were contributing to my annoyances and discomfort. He began performing some of his pain relieving techniques over the course of the first few weeks that involved some pretty aggressive MFR and other stretching/corrective strategies. He designed a complete overhauled workout structure to address those imbalances and help me get back on on the track of being pain free. He's a fantastic trainer, very knowledgeable on musculature imperfections that can lead to discomfort. I highly recommend him to anyone needing pain management and a new plan for their workout routine.

I’ve been working out with Acie about 2 weeks now and all I have to say is his a GREAT TRAINER! I’ve paid my share of trainers in my 7-8 year weight loss journey and I must say he is the BEST worth every penny. Most trainers just want to get paid don’t even pay attention to you. Acie on the other hand is hands on he motivates you, works out with you which is a plus for me. I love that he challenges my overthinking but also ALWAYS remembers my past injuries that his helping me with. I do an hour five days a week and every morning I get up ready to see what my workout will be like what my new challenges will be. If you’re looking for a trainer that cares and is hands on Acie is you guy! Thank you Acie for motivating me to get fit...

I have been working with Acie for over 2 years and am very excited with the results. I was experiencing some pretty intense lower back pain and he was able to greatly reduce the pain through the workouts and foam rolling. Also I surf often and Acie helped tailor a workout plan to strengthen my core, muscles I use for surfing and increase my flexibility.

Acie is a serious, dedicated trainer/coach who cares and loves what he does. His unique style incorporates journaling his diet suggestions, which he monitors every time you meet with him, along with a cardio and weight training exercise plan that he has customized specifically for you.
Since hitting the fun-packed age of 60 with all "that 60" entails, I have worked with Acie and he has diligently helped me achieve a healthier lifestyle and (by my standards) increased positive goals set for myself. Meeting with Acie the first time, my weight goal was to lose close to 100 pounds, and currently I am well on my way. Training with him 3 times per week and following his suggested diet plan which has been individualized by him, is the basis of becoming healthy; but it's Acie's sincere approach that makes all the difference. Acie has surpassed the traits I was expecting from a trainer/coach. He is dependable and quick to respond with any questions or comments that I may have. Over the years, I have worked out with various trainers in gyms throughout Houston and can absolutely report that Acie is the best trainer I have found, as he is motivating, understanding, dependable, friendly, caring, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. I feel the time and effort spent with Acie working towards better health and well being has been more than worth the investment.

I have tried personal trainers multiple times in the past and have never been impressed. I would find myself leaving wondering “was that a joke?” However, I decided to give it one more shot and signed up with Ace Platinum Fitness. Whatever your fitness level, Acie will work to keep you motivated while also making sure you stay safe while pushing your limits. In the short time I have been training with him, I have experienced a dramatic increase in my day-to-day energy and focus at work. He has also helped to get my diet on track and we are also working hard to drop my BMI. I just overall feel better each day and would highly recommend Acie to any friend or family member…. Still working on trying to get my wife up there.

Acie Platinum Fitness is a great training program. This program has keep me injury free and been a great source of fitness for me for the past 4 years since 2010 when I joined. My standard training days make it easy to plan around this priority in my life, and I always know I will get my moneys worth during the training session. These sessions are an hour and enable me to get more calorie burn than some trainers shorter sessions. It is worth it to spend a little extra time for the benefit. I like the personalized approach where I can focus on body areas where I want to improve. I now choose to do a food diary with the trainer to help get reminded of by good eating and splurges, which has helped me to manage my food intake better and understand the impact of certain foods.

Acie has really helped me in my weight loss journey! I am a month in and have lost 15 pounds. He helps not only with the workout aspect of weight loss but nutrition as well. I was nervous to start with a personal trainer due to my size, but he makes me feel completely comfortable. We never do the same workout, every time is new! Not only am I loosing weight, but I am gaining muscle and getting stronger by the day. He is super passionate about what he does, and is always a text away from any questions I may have!
