AK Pilates is a great place if you are wanting a wonderful pilates experience in the Heights area. The instructor is very knowledgeable and trained in method of Contrology. Amber is focused on strengthening your body through low-impact exercises to increase flexibility, tone muscles and improve joint health. The studio is very clean and safe and adheres to all COVID19 protocols. As a client I’m very pleased with the services provided.
