The facility is always clean. The equipment is first-rate and overall is in excellent condition. The management and staff are attentive and take care of issues as they arise or are informed of.

I was in town for one night on Tuesday, July 8th, and needed a gym for just an hour that evening. I showed up around 8:30 PM—facility looked great, clean, and people were actively working out. However, there wasn’t a single staff member on-site, which surprised me. I called the main number twice and didn’t get an answer either. I didn’t feel right just walking in and using the equipment without paying, so I ended up going next door to The Forge. Dan, the owner there, answered right away—even after hours—and got me set up for my workout.
It’s a nice-looking gym, but it’s strange (and disappointing) that no one was available or answered the phone during normal business hours. A little more responsiveness would go a long way.

This gym is so clean and they have everything you need plus more! I love that they have non supported squat racks and bench press and they have dumbbells heavy enough for my husband. The staff is incredible and the people that workout there are very considerate.

I have been a member since 2011. Location is great for me because I work nearby. they are rather crowded most of the time because they have the best membership prices plus they have a woman's area & kid room. The kids room is glass so you can see your child when you are working out. I hate that people dont put weights back and will leave trash around, but the girls working there are really good about picking and cleaning up.
