My husband and I did sessions with Leo! Loved working with him , extremely knowledgeable!!Great training, explanations, and simplification for where we were in life. At the time I was starting to lift weights and Leo was very careful that I’d learn proper and safe techniques that I use until this day.This fitness center has a great atmosphere overall, wonderful energy and very neat and clean.

No waiting, clean, private, great customer service, and knowledgeable personal trainers. I’ve been training with Josh since I started coming here and am loving it. He is a great personal trainer and knows how to push you yet, at the same time, makes sure you are safe and not overdoing it. He is very versatile and able to help you achieve your goals. My physique, strength, mobility, and form have all improved while working with him. His expertise as a physical therapist is very helpful as well. The owner Leo is very welcoming and kind. You will feel at home here.

My first time passing by a couple of months ago, saw the place so clean & so well placed. I met Leo (Amazing Human Being), professional, lots of knowledge about fitness & health. I wanted to train with Female PT, Leo suggested that I go with Meri. So, I listened. What a great choice!! I love Meri as soon as I started with her, her humor & her knowledge. Everyone there is so nice, friendly & professional. Thank you Meri for making me want to do try harder with my training, being kind to me, you are a great lady. I'm so lucky I've found all of you in This Valley Town!!
