Cheryl evaluated my injuries to my ankle and shoulder. She personally trained me to strengthen both and did a great job! I had completely given up on my weak ankle ever returning to normal and it’s now healed. She also coached me to lose about 40 pounds through a nutritional diet. I highly recommend her!
