I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I enrolled my daughter in this program with high hopes, but unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointing and frustrating situation.

Communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. When I expressed some hesitation and wanted to be sure my daughter felt comfortable, I was told there was no rush to make a decision. Less than two weeks later, I was unexpectedly met with pressure and attitude. My daughter hadn’t attended a single class since May, yet I was made to feel like asking for a refund was unreasonable.

This experience felt more like a pushy transaction than a supportive learning environment. It left a bad impression, and I would not recommend this program to other families.

Gymnastics Redefined has had a truly transformative impact on my daughter. Since joining, she has grown tremendously—not just in her athletic ability, but in her confidence and resilience. The coaches create a supportive yet challenging environment that encourages hard work, discipline, and self-belief. My daughter has learned to push through setbacks, celebrate progress, and believe in herself both on and off the mat. We’re so grateful to be part of a program that builds strong athletes and strong character.

Gymnastics Redefined has been such a great addition to my family's lives. My daughter loves coming to class twice a week! Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. I love having an positive and encouraged environment for her to grow as a whole person. I can't say enough good things about Gymnastics Redefined! The friendly atmosphere is unmatched, and the coaches are so welcoming and attentive. They keep communication clear and consistent, which makes me feel like I'm always in the loop. Most importantly, my daughter has made incredible progress in such a short amount of time. This gym is an amazing environment for children to grow and thrive. It’s more than just gymnastics—kids gain life skills that will last forever.
