I started training at Alloy at the beginning of October and I already feel stronger! The trainers are amazing, experienced, caring, and encouraging. The initial session, where they get to know you and your history of training as well as health/injuries was great because I felt heard. It helped me ease back into a more active lifestyle, which I loved but was fearful of coming back to due to injury. I look forward to my morning workouts 🤩

Alloy has become a big part of my life! Every trainer that I have worked with has been fantastic. I work out most regularly with Chris and he is awesome!! He makes the workouts
fun and yet I always walk out feeling both challenged and energized. I strongly recommend Alloy to anyone who likes personalized instruction, a community feel, knowledge of needed modifications… and has a desire to feel strong and more fit!

I've loved my experience at Alloy Bull Creek. The trainers are helpful and encouraging and quick to help or modify an exercise due to injury or (just being old and worn out :-). Seriously, it's nice to have an over 40 crowd to work out with and not feel intimidated by people trying to outdo each other with lifting heavy. I love, love, love the small group fitness training, so there's a friendly environment and social encouragement aspect, but it doesn't feel crowded.

I love Alloy!!! The trainers are great, classes are 6 people or less and the workouts vary so I’m never bored. There is a strong sense of community and I have met some great people. This is the first time I have stuck with an exercise routine and I’m so grateful to have found Alloy.

I’ve been training here for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The environment is incredibly comfortable and caring, making it easy to focus on my workouts without any stress. The trainers are attentive, and ensure that I’m not going to hurt myself, While gently pushing me to build strength and achieve my fitness goals.

What also sets this place apart are the outside activities with other members. They’re always fun and inviting, creating a sense of community that makes working out even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a supportive and motivating place to train, I highly recommend this personal training !

I have loved my experience at Alloy-
located at the intersection of Capital of Texas and 2222. The classes of <6 make it essentially feel like personal training. Every single one of the trainers is fantastic and are always offering modifications (whether easier or harder) for each station. Bonus: being down in weight while also being up in muscle mass. Highly recommend Alloy!!

Love this gym! I love that we cater to the 40-50+ year old demographic that doesn’t fit into the “group class” environment. And we also offer personalized training that doesn’t cost as much as one on one. The community is great here!

Great fitness training for those wanting to learn and improve! Small group (no more than 6) sessions last an hour and cover a wide variety of strength training and flexibility activities. Groups are small enough to allow the coaches to offer modifications/substitute exercises for folks who have an issue while still keeping it safe and challenging. Not a cult, and not really the place to go if you just want to get swoll (but you will increase muscle mass). Well suited to middle-aged and older folks trying to learn (or improve) techniques for fitness. Coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. I've personally made great improvements over the past 5 months.

I started with Alloy as a founding member and I’m glad I did. The workouts can be tough or easy depending on what you need for the day. The head coach, Robyn, is engaging and thoughtful and has great modifications for any areas where you might need a different exercise from the group. I come home after my workouts feeling stronger and am enjoying the challenge of the varied and interesting exercises. I also really love meeting new people in my classes and seeing how all of us have our strengths and weaknesses, everyone is so nice!. A fun and challenging workout every time. (Karla).

It is so important to customize personal training for each individual. Alloy Personal Training provides that! Even though it's in a small, private group, they give each person their own focus, their own workout, and their own experience. Robyn, the head coach, is wonderful! She is motivating and keeps people accountable.
I highly recommend Alloy!

Before Robyn, I had no idea what I was doing at the gym. I would use random machines or copy something I'd seen in an Instagram ad. Robyn taught me what to do and helped me understand how to get the most out of each exercise. I love that she has a master's in physiology, and it shows. She's skilled, talented and a great teacher.

Alloy has been exactly what I needed to get serious about my health. As a woman in my forties with little athletic or fitness background, I have never felt intimidated or overwhelmed. Robyn and the coaches are highly knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend Alloy for anyone of any age, fitness level, or ability.

Personalized and professional session with enough intensity that you’ll notice results in no time, but not so bad you have to worry about throwing up 😂 Trainers are also very friendly and conversational. Would recommend for anyone trying to build a healthier lifestyle that’s ready to work.

I love the small group sessions (4-6 people) at Alloy. Coach Robyn does a great job of sequencing everyone SBDC adapting each exercise to the skills and needs of each person. Highly recommended.
