Junior at Alloy is so encouraging and professional. Thanks to him, I’ve seen a change in strength after just 3 months. The workouts can be challenging but I’m so glad I’ve started this new health routine. Thank you, Junior! 💪

It’s been about 6 months since starting 2x a week training. When I started I could barely lift 5lb weights.. today I curled 60 lb bar! I feel great and have learned so much about my ability, how sleep is so impactful for strength training and so much else! I have made new friends and look forward to my workouts! I highly recommend Alloy Castle Hills! Great trainers! So motivating!

My wife and I both joined the Castle Hills Alloy location in our neighborhood back in September through a friend who offered free trial. I joined as a result of lower back and core strength issues and my wife to help her agility on the tennis court. The staff is excellent. They adopt to each persons ability and personalities. Shout out to Junior for being a great trainer and motivator!

Great experience at Alloy! Workout was awesome and I feel like it is a good fit for anyone long term - super in-shape or new to exercise! Everyone in the small class got a good workout no matter where we were starting. Staff is nice and willing to help and answer questions. Kept us working hard.

I really was not sure if I was going to like this. However, I loved the personal attention, and the guidance made just for me. I have been doing my own workouts based on my research, but it was like the trainer knew what was just right for me. I was very challenged in the circuit, but also I didn’t cross the line where it was too much where I had to recover for days. As one previous reviewer mentioned, we were put on a circuit of the same exercises with a very small group, but the trainer paid close attention to all of us and modified it for our needs. There was a huge variety in the group I was in and everyone was pushed appropriately. I really felt like she keyed into the “Goldilocks” zone I haven’t been able to reach on my own. It is nothing like the average gym experience where I’m left to my own devices in picking bad exercise choices and I can slip into the anonymity of it. I highly recommend this if you are ready to seriously reach your fitness potential.

I had an amazing workout session at Alloy today! Stacy was fantastic—attentive, personable, and made me feel right at home. She took the time to ensure I had proper form throughout the exercises, which really made a difference. The workouts themselves were easy to follow and understand, making it a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

I started going to Alloy two months ago. I was skeptical at first. I am 60 years old and overweight. I was worried that I would be training with people who were significantly further along their fitness journey than I was.
It didn't take long for me to learn how different Alloy was. I signed up for three sessions each week.
When I came for my preliminary assessment, Audra asked me questions to determine my limitations and to help customize my program. She also had me use the Inbody, body composition analyzer to establish a baseline to measure my progress objectively.
Kayce was my primary trainer. She customized each workout session, and I go to 3 per week, so it matched my ability. For example, if I started feeling pain in my lower back, a problem area for me, she helped me determine why. Usually, it was due to me doing the exercise incorrectly. She would then help me do it correctly. Other times, there were exercises I was unable to do. She would modify it so I could do a different exercise and still work the same targeted muscles. The workouts were always challenging but not overly so. I cannot say enough about Kayce. She is great!
Now, two months in, I have dropped 10 lbs, my Skeletal Muscle Mass has increased, and my BMI and Percent Body Fat have decreased.
If you are considering starting a workout regime, you can't go wrong with Alloy Personal Training @ Castle Hills!

Not the Personal Training Experience I Expected
I joined Alloy Personal Training in September 2023, excited about the prospect of receiving personalized fitness guidance. Initially, I committed to going three times a week, and the first few sessions seemed promising. However, after a couple of months, it became apparent that Alloy was just another gym with a misleading name.
Despite being called "personal training," the sessions were far from personal. The trainers would simply assign six different exercises and briefly explain how to perform them, but there was no real one-on-one attention or customized guidance. It felt like a generic workout routine that could be found at any regular gym.
Moreover, the high turnover rate of trainers was disappointing. Just when I started to build a rapport and feel comfortable with a trainer, they would be replaced by someone new. This inconsistency made it challenging to progress and receive continuous, personalized support.
To add insult to injury, canceling the subscription was an arduous process, reminiscent of the typical gym membership cancellation experience. It required jumping through hoops and dealing with unnecessary obstacles, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
In conclusion, Alloy Personal Training failed to live up to its name. It is essentially an overpriced, regular gym masquerading as a personal training service. The monthly subscription fees are exorbitant considering the generic workouts and lack of individualized attention. I would not recommend Alloy to anyone seeking a truly personalized fitness experience. Save your money and find a genuine personal trainer who will invest in your unique fitness journey.

Alloy is the best personal training available! All the trainers are great! They push you during the workout while working with you one on one for what to do outside of the workouts. The small groups help keep you motivated and encourage you to challenge yourself.

Great Service! Really helped me find a good place to do workouts. Gives great advice to non Athletes on how to stay healthy while keeping a sedentary lifestyle through dieting and in home remedies while avoiding fake/unproductive weight loss products. All the trainers there are really nice and helpful while not judgmental of your situation or habits.

I love working out at Alloy. I’ve been going for 7 months now. My body feels so much better. I like the personal trainer/group class approach. I feel motivated by both and all the exercises are modified to meet me where I’m at with growth in mind.

I was one of the founding members of Alloy Personal Training Castle Hills. I am not a gym person. And struggled with yo-yo exercising on my own. This is the first exercise program in 20+ years that I have stuck to consistently (6 months now). You get all the benefits of a personal trainer for less than half the typical cost. Due to the very small class size they can work with you 1:1 to your individual fitness level, from beginner through advanced. It is very personalized with a lot of support. And I love the monthly In-Body assessments to monitor progress. I’ve found my workout ‘home’!

I’m so happy that I made the decision to join Alloy Personal Training! I am typically a person who works out at home and needed an extra push. The trainers are fantastic! I have some back issues and they are able to help me work around that so I don’t injure myself. I’ve seen a difference in my body and my overall strength in the past few months which is awesome!

GREAT PLACE! I’ve been going to Alloy since early August and have been really impressed with the trainers (Cam, Kayce and Logan), the program and my progress. It’s not a “gym” so you don’t feel like you are surrounded by tons of people and having to wait for equipment. And the people I’ve met at Alloy have been FUN - we all have a goal and it feels like you are working out with friends. So happy to have found Alloy; it’s exciting to “want” to go and workout and get healthier!

Supportive environment, clean facility, and encouraging trainers. Cam & Kayce do an excellent job of getting to know you, helping you reach for personal goals, and educating you. They make modifications based on individual needs, but are constantly challenging you and giving you advice to advance. I definitely look forward to each session and enjoy the workouts.

What an awesome place! After having a surgery and putting on some pounds, it has been very difficult for me to find the motivation to get back in shape. After meeting Cam and Kayce, I was rejuvenated! Such awesome people, great facility, and just what I needed! They took the time to get to know me, learn about my limitations, and quickly put a game plan together to help me get back to where I want to be! I highly recommend you go see them!
