I've been working out with the team at Alloy now for a month. They're very mindful on body and injury limitations, and know how to help you build strength and increase mobility. After a month, I'm able to engage in different excercises I haven't been able to for years due to previous injuries. I'm losing body fat, I'm putting on muscle.... I'm feeling great and more motivated to work harder. Sometimes, I'm still not able to engage a particular excercise, but the trainers modify that excercise based on my limitations, and help me build the strength needed.

If you're mindful about injury prevention, building strength and improving mobility in a fun group atmosphere, then this is the place for you!

I have done 2 months of this training with Alloy. I really like the variations built into the routine, 2-3 times a week.
The instructors are mindful of the specific focus you have; and given the small group format, they are able to monitor and track your progress even as you do the workouts in a group.

Best workout ever… Love this place! Excellent program and staff, and the small group format is excellent for bonding and encouraging each other. I’ve been with Alloy since last May, and have never looked forward to workouts as much as I do here.

I've been going to Alloy Personal Training in Cedar Park for a couple of weeks now, and I already feel stronger and more confident! Ebi and Amber are amazing trainers who bring energy, knowledge, and motivation to every session. Each workout is a different full-body challenge, which keeps things fresh and fun.

My goal is body recomposition—building muscle and reducing fat—without obsessing over the number on the scale. The coaches really support that mindset, focusing on strength and progress rather than just weight. I'm also learning so much about form, technique, and how to get the most out of each session.

One of the things I enjoy most is the camaraderie with the other members. There’s such a positive and supportive vibe in every class. I actually look forward to the workouts—something I never thought I’d say! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger and feel better inside and out.

I’ve been working out at Alloy for 4 months. I joined because I was losing muscle mass and strength, and every day activities were becoming more difficult.

I cannot say enough good things about Brianna and James, as trainers. I have been working out with them less than 6 months and feel remarkably stronger and more stable. It amazes me how they can help everyone in the class with their own bodily challenges and modify the exercises as needed to help the clients get stronger while protecting them from injuries. I am 65 years old with nearly 25 orthopedic surgeries to help keep me going, starting in 1977 with the first knee surgery. After the injury in 1977, my doctors recommended that I quit collegiate sports. I have not done any type of weight training or workouts since that time. I have always been active in my jobs either mechanic, pool service and construction to remodeling houses. I was afraid to go to a gym since I had no real training on how to work out safely. I was worried that I would hurt myself while trying to get started. My jobs were making me look like I was in good shape. I knew that I was getting weaker and less stable because of aging and all the previous injuries. It was not until my wife and I started working out at Alloy, that I was able to see just how far I had declined. In the short time of working with Brianna and James, considering it took me 46 years to get in this condition, I can really see progress and feel much more stable and secure. Brianna and James thankfully watch over me and are regularly modifying the base exercise, so that I can get the most benefit of the exercises while protecting my body. I am eternally grateful for their help and experience.

My husband and I have been attending Alloy twice a week consistently for about 6 months. We realyl enjoy the variety of the workouts, which are different every day, and have both significantly increased our strength, stability and lean muscle mass.

All levels are truly welcomed and you will get a high level strength training work out fit to your needs.
