Such a fantastic place to work out. The trainers and management are top-notch—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. 5-star customer service all the way.

In just four sessions, Emily has already started correcting years of improper form and strengthening areas of mobility I didn’t even realize I was missing. I’m genuinely grateful to come in twice a week and feel real progress every time.

On top of that, Maxle is awesome to talk to and makes the day-to-day and membership process smooth and easy. Can’t recommend this gym enough!

I love this gym. The focus is not on rep count or bulging muscles, the focus is on ACTUAL fitness. The trainers are top notch and attentively ensure you are using proper form. Every workout is challenging but not impossible. I promise if you go here, you will do more than you ever thought possible.

Paige and her team are top notch from start to finish. The workouts are well suited to the client and I feel great afterwards. The facilities are kept clean. The trainers keep a sharp eye on the members during workouts to ensure our time and efforts pay big dividends.

I can't say enough good things about Alloy Personal Training. I was very nervous to restart my fitness journey after having kids, but once I found Alloy I knew it was the right place for me.
The sense of community at Alloy Fitness is unmatched. The small group setting creates a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. The trainers are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and motivating. They took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailored the workouts to meet my individual needs. They truly care about your progress and well-being.
I have gotten stronger, more toned, and overall more confident in my fitness journey thanks to Alloy. I highly recommend them!

Small classes with very skilled trainers. It’s a fantastic workout and a good time socializing. The focus is largely on compound movements with lots of core. The trainers help you tailor every exercise to your needs and your level of ability so there’s never any pressure.

I joined Alloy after baby #2, in hopes of getting in a routine and gaining some accountability. My experience so far has been awesome - the coaches are so helpful and welcoming, every workout is different and just the right amount of challenging, and I’ve definitely noticed legitimate changes in my body.

I’m 71 and very out of shape. I worried Alloy’s model of small group personal training with various weights and bands might be too much, but all staff I’ve worked with are knowledgeable, quickly modified for me as needed (knee replacements, low aerobic capacity), and encouraging without being annoying. The small group of no more than 5 works well. Most are middle aged and older, and I did not feel at all out of place like I would at a gym of young, already fit people. Having an appointment rather than just show up whenever is motivating as well. After 7 weeks of 2x a week, I see a difference in strength and stamina. Although I see they sell supplements, I’ve never even been asked if I was interested. Definitely not a high pressure sales operation. The only understandable downside is cost.

I LOVE Alloy PT so much!! I haven’t seen a small group fitness gym like this one! One where you are truly working hand in hand with a personal trainer with training, nutrition, recovery and so much more!! There’s so much to offer and they target 45-80 years of age which I also haven’t seen anywhere else. They can train any age but majority of the clientele is older because there’s no place like this. The members here are truly taken care of and the workouts are changed to fit each clients personal needs whether you’ve been injured in the past, coming off physical therapy, just recovered from surgery, etc. If you have back pain, hip/shoulder/etc. they can tailor each movement to make sure you’re moving safely and effectively. You also get a free InBody scan every month so you can keep track of your progress. There’s no competing with the person next to you. Just you versus you. Here you really get #StrongerTogether

Great gym with great trainers. Looked for years in SW Austin for a comfortable, professional affordable gym and this is it. The group training is fun and we laugh and enjoy it. Definitely the feel I was hoping for. Come join us!

Life Changing! In 23 years of marriage, this is the first training program my wife and I have kept up for more than a month. The FREE intro session and body scan totally motivated us.

I LOVE working out at Alloy Training! The atmosphere is fun with small group training, and smiling faces. The coaches are REALLY good at what they do. They take into consideration any injuries or soreness we may have, and individually modify the movements for maximum strength and injury prevention. The coaches will work with you on what your fitness goals are. The workouts are always different, and always challenging. Alloy offers several morning classes and afternoon classes to work around our busy schedules. I am a lot stronger, and in much better shape since training there. I highly recommend trying Alloy Training! You won't regret it!
