Alloy is such a great gym!!! I’ve been a member for 6 months! Will is the most consistent coach!! He is incredibly kind and calm, and makes every session enjoyable, while tailoring it to each persons needs. He explains workouts clearly and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness. You can tell he truly cares about the people he’s training. Everyone at this gym, from the owners to the people working are encouraging and good people to be around. The classes are 6 or less, groups of only 2, making it a very approachable gym no matter your level of fitness! 💛💛💛

I’ve been at Alloy for 10 months and love it! The staff make you feel included and really get to know you. Will is an awesome trainer who pushes me just enough while keeping it fun. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, flexibility, and endurance. I still hate the assault bike though!

Closest workout you can do without having one on one personal training. Class sizes are small so the coach still has time to work with you and they have knowledge to work with your particular fitness level and any injuries you may have. Lastly, they really care about their customers.

I joined Alloy in April looking for accountability, and it’s been exactly what I needed. The small group workouts (no more than six people) are always varied, challenging, and done in under an hour. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and keep me motivated. I’ve gotten stronger and lost fat since starting. Great energy, great people—highly recommend if you want structure and results.

I joined Alloy in Nov 24 after I completed PT for an extensive ankle surgery. The team tailored my works towards full recovery. The experience has been great. I'm now fully recovered and feeling the benifits of working with the Alloy Team.

Great training team and overall environment. Hard but doable workouts tailored to your limitations, goals, and needs. It you come at the same general times, you can build a group of friends to workout with and enjoy the social aspect of a small boutique gym environment. Some of the transformations of the members is crazy impressive; its a hard-working group here and very supportive. Small groups of 6 at a time so you can get the hands-on support you want. They also hold social-type events and challenges that add another dimension to the gym experience.
My only criticism is they don't serve after-workout beer like races do...just saying...future member perk...?

Alloy is such a fun place to workout! You work out in small groups and get motivation from coaches to clients the moment you walk in the door! I have become so much stronger since starting my workouts and I enjoy coming to my workouts instead of dreading them!

I have been at Alloy about 4 months. The coaches tailor the exercises for every skill level. They know when to push you and just how far to go. I’ve noticed a significant difference in my strength level. I would not call myself a morning person, but I don’t mind getting up for the 5am or 6am classes.

This is my 5th workout and I absolutely love it! I have worked with Sam multiple times and she is absolutely amazing! She tailors my workouts currently to the injury I have but still pushes me to my limits. The atmosphere with the other clients is fabulous. Everyone encourages everyone and is just so friendly and the community of family feeling is here. I am so glad I joined and I can’t wait to work with more coaches, can’t wait to see my progress as I continue. Hands down again so happy I joined this community.

All the trainers I have had contact with has be very professional and helpful. The one that has help me the most is Sam. She is, understanding and compassionate. Through my bout with health issues she was in contact with me through it, Alloy is my extended family. Love it. I miss everyone so when I’m not here working out.

I had been searching for personal training when an advertisement for Alloy Personal Training appeared in my socials. I met with Alloy Director Sam to discuss my current goals, eating and fitness habits, history, etc.
and felt confident that joining small group personal training would be the right move for me. After over a dozen sessions I can proudly say I’ve found a home with some of the best coaches in the area! Looking forward to being in the best shape of my life and embracing all the wonderful changes that come with it!
Thank you Alloy team!

I cannot say enough good things about Alloy. To start, all of the trainers are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about you and your fitness journey. I have never been a part of a membership where the trainers are so caring and supportive. In addition, I had struggled with workout routines. I have had multiple memberships at different gyms and different workout regimens, but I always found that I would lose motivation after a short period of time. It occurred to me that personal training may be a better option, as I learned that I am not a self-starter and I truly need someone to push me to reach my goals. I receive all that at Alloy and more. Not only have I gained muscle and burned fat, I genuinely feel better physically and mentally. I actually look forward to every workout! For the first time ever I’m consistently motivated to workout.

I am looking to replace a few pounds of fat with muscle. The onsite associates (Sam & Jacoby) take an active role in you meeting and exceeding your goals through a exercise program that utilizes both bands and free weights. Each session is different as they encourage you to improve both your endurance along with better eating habits.

I needed to switch up my workout routine and decided to check this place out - I made the right choice! The coaches are amazing, the class sizes are small and you get the individual attention you need. I have some medical issues to be careful with; not only are they attentive to this, I'm given modifications to ensure I'm being safe as well as getting in the work. I've only been working out at Alloy for a little over a month but am super happy to be a part of this family. If you're looking to get into working out, or are just looking for a new gym to call home - I highly recommend checking Alloy out.

I was skeptical starting up here, I had used personal training services at one of the big clubs and it was mediocre, crowed, and honestly ineffective.
The Trainers at Alloy, the class size, the personal attention are all the perfect combination to keep me coming back AND seeing results. Thanks, Sam, Jacoby and all the rest of the Alloy team for being what training should be.

Update 12/6/2023 - results are visible! In 2 months I’ve lost almost 5% body fat, and gained 2.5 lbs of muscle. My quads look fantastic, I’m the strongest I’ve been in years. So thankful for this gym and the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches in the industry! Sam and Jacoby ROCK!
I’ll start off by saying I’m not a gym rat, I have never been a fitness queen.. and while I consider myself to be relatively healthy, I haven’t actively worked out in 20+ years. I work FT, and stay busy raising 3 kids.. and have never made working out a priority. In September, I inquired after seeing an ad for personal training at Alloy. I spoke with Jacoby on the phone, and agreed to give them a try… BEST. DECISION. EVER! I started working out beginning of October, and what a difference a month can make! In just 4 weeks, I’ve already shaved off 2% body fat, and gained more than a pound of lean muscle (also lost 6 lbs on the scale without dietary changes—but I’m not working out for the changes on the scale). My clothes fit better, I have more energy, and I recover quicker between workouts. Sam is an absolute saint—she is the perfect coach! She’s supportive and encouraging, but also pushes you to get the most out of your workout. She is patient and fun, and encompasses all of the wonderful things that make each workout enjoyable. The small groups are so supportive, and quickly start to feel like an extended family of sorts. If you have been on the fence about starting, this is the place to go—you will not regret it. I work out with men and women of all ages, all different fitness levels, and we all have different histories—chocked full of various injuries and ailments. But we also all have one thing in common, we show up because we want to feel better, get stronger and live healthier lives. The hardest part is just showing up for that first starting point session!

I can’t say enough good things about Alloy Riley Fuzzel. From my very first interaction with director, Jacoby, his knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm had me excited to join the gym. Our head coach, Sam, has an infectious energy that is fun and motivational. Having her expert eye overseeing our workouts gives me confidence and has already helped me achieve an increase in strength that has surpassed my expectations. Not a single minute is wasted in our training sessions - I am constantly moving toward a stronger, more fit version of myself. My favorite thing about Alloy sessions is that they are the perfect combination of group workouts (camaraderie, community, energy) and completely personalized training (specific to my abilities, needs, and goals). I highly recommend Alloy Riley Fuzzel to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness and health in ways they never imagined were possible!

Nothing but good things to say about the staff, the atmosphere and the equipment. Very knowledgeable trainers that are willing to work with clients based on their individual needs. Great program that allows for modifications to help reach your goals based on where you are at and where you want to be. Classes are small, so you receive a lot of one on one Instruction The only downside is the price.

If you are looking for a great place to experience concentrated gains in your bi weekly or 3 times a week work out routine. Alloy is the place to go. Starting from their initial assessment and monthly check ins, to their coaching strategy.
Already I’ve seen significant progress regarding my shoulder recovery after a labrum repair. Not only do track your effectiveness per exercise, but are skilled in offering alternatives if you are unable to safely stay in a position.
Let there be no confusion, they will push you to your limits and ask how you are feeling after almost every exercise, ensuring that the pace that they are setting for you comes near or matched your bodies expectation of exertion.
Strongly recommend! 💪🏻
